Today I had the pleasure of being served by a lovely young lady named Kendall. She was super friendly and had a beautiful beaming smile. Plus she managed to get all of our groceries into a tiny bag!We had a little banter at the till and she mentioned that she liked the colour of my Hijab (Muslim head covering). I was absolutely flabbergasted that Kendall actually knew what it was called and instantly she made me feel welcome (which is not how I usually feel).I am actually lost for words but I have the biggest smile on my face.If management are reading this review then give the girl a pay rise because she is definitely a merit to Tops and deserves it.Just a note to say Kendall was friendly and welcoming to all the customers not just me. Looking forward to seeing Kendall again.

Local grocery store prices are a little higher than Wegmans or Walmart mostly. Just for convenience, people are friendly, typically very clean

It's nice for a small grocery store. Clean and good prices on certain items. Great prices if you use coupons. It doesn't have the selection of a large grocery store, but great for everyday items especially if you ran out of something and you don't want to travel 20 minutes to a superstore.

Little small and higher priced. Good option though if you don't want to drive an extra 15 minutes to pick up a few things. Wouldn't want to do a full week's worth of shopping here though.

My husband and I have been shopping at the Hilton, NY Tops. It started out as part of another grocery chain which has always kept a family like store that put the accent on customer service, superior meats, produce baked goods as well as their deli. In addition, they also treat cleanliness as a must. When Tops came to Hilton we were concerned that all of those things might have been compromised. Much to our pleasure Tops Hilton have kept all of the original attributes we were concerned might change.Should you find yourself taking a trip to the Hilton Tops, be sure to partake in their (best ever in my opinion) the "Hilton" beer battered fish fry, outstanding subs, salads, and desserts on hand. You will be so very glad you did.Without question, the Hilton Tops is well worth a visit. You will find yourself making it a regular stop on your busy life!

I go to the Hilton tops every 2 weeks,when I take my mom,I love the fact that they never lost there friendly laid back attitude,(from when they were big m)i haven't met a single employee that isn't friendly, polite,and helpful, and the store is immaculate, and very well stocked.I only shop at this tops,it's small quaint, and has a small town feel

Check out is a nightmare, my blood pressure reflects this. There are a lot of hard working folks there, however it seams the younger generation work force does not have the same values. There is usually a very hard working staff who helps all the people going through self check out, but she has her hands full. Self check out needs to go, or charge people less for using it.

This location of tops i’ve found lots of products that have already been expired or i would buy it to find mold on it the same day. There is a good selection of products for a small tops but, make sure to watch for best by dates. Most of the staff here is nice except a select few. One lady that was at self checkout named i think Jessica seemed to have an attitude when asking her a question and refused to greet people. This tops is very convenient but just be careful of these things.

Smaller than normal Tops stores..they keep discontinuing my favorite products..but it's close by and generally good. I take advantage of the sales and collect gas points and those are good things. It's well maintained and convenient

So this used to be a big M. It had been here forever and a day. It was awesome. I don't like tops. Tops always seems cold and inhuman. The staff at any tops always seem unhappy and stressed out. This tops is nestled in Hilton. It's the only grocerie store in town. It's small and the people here were friendly and chill. I'm glad that the big M style stayed and the name changed. We rarely shop at tops. So when we had to hit this one I was happy to see hometown friendly. Wish the other tops could follow. But that's why we almost always shop at....... Ok I'll be nice. But Danny's stores are friendlier and nicer and happier.

Prices are expensive with everyday products unless it's on sale but make sure you look at the dates on all the products before you buy it. It is always better to make sure products are fresh.

Cute little Tops. Very nice staff. The management seems to be mostly teenagers unfortunately though. And there's no pharmacy which I found disappointing. The prices are ridiculously expensive unless you get 1 of the crazy "Buy 2, Get 3 free" deals. Pretty much like any other ordinary Tops.

It is nice to still have a small but adequate grocery store within the village of Hilton. I don't carry everything, but certainly a good selection for a smaller store. Without question, the Hilton Fish Fry is one of the best I've tasted.

Here's my problem. I absolutely love the store the atmosphere the people that work there but there is a man that works there by the name of Clyde and he is the most rude disrespectful person I have ever met. He acts like I'm an inconvenience when I go to check out. I go there often and Everytime I see him up front he's always talking back to other staff especially female staff. I don't feel comfortable bringing my kids around him when he's there. Laura Kate Shelby and Jordan have always been extremely nice and helpful to me hence why I come back.

I like this Tops because it's convient and friendly. There produce can be terrible. See photo below of produce cut into a few minutes after being home.. The produce can also be ok. The prices are a little more expensive than other area stores. If you shop the sales, there are some good deals. On the upside, the people who work there are always friendly, helpful, and kind. I have never had a bad customer service experience here.

Just had my first visit to this Tops store. This is the cleanest and most organized grocery store I have ever been in! This was not a huge mega place, but small, quaint, cosy store that just made you feel comfortable and at home!

The staff is wonderful, the selection is ok, very small gluten free section but at least they have one i guess. Later hours are self checkout only and the self checkouts are always some sort of broken, either the cash slot is broken or the scale doesn't work.

They don't stock the shelves with your favorite product on a consistent basis. You get it one day and a week later they dont have it for days upon days. Get this, the cashiers have the nerve to say "hi, how are you" and if you politely respond good and you ? They freaking don't answer!

Well stocked and ok on pricing. The check out lanes and areas are well marked for distancing and spacial etiquette. Staff are meh. You have those who are super nice and chatty and then there are the ones who look and act miserable

Nice and clean store but WAY over priced on alot of products. TOPS seems to always test just how much people will pay by jacking prices till they dont sell then bring it back down. I know several employees. You'd be shocked how much meat they throw away..
