Calling CVS is a total and complete nightmare. Something needs to change because every single time I call to try to get through to the pharmacy I’m having to first be on the phone listening to a maze of prompts for a good 5-10 min then once I do get through to the pharmacy it’s 5050 if I get to speak to someone or it makes me leave a VM message with 0 call back. Extremely frustrated.

Monday morning at 830 am on December 13: The woman working this morning could not even put her phone down long enough to look at me and her tone was disgusting. I NEVER leave reviews. I made the account to do so because it was so off-putting and there wasn't an ounce of customer service in the exchange. I like the night employees, but I would avoid this time on Mondays. I was there to pick up medications because the pharmacy business hours online said 8 am. No big deal, the internet lies, but I would have bought a few things had I not felt so unwelcome.

Wont sell me gift cards, they hit the max for the day even though they have hundreds left. What a joke.

I have been a customer here for 6yrs. I have always had bad customer service with one of the Pharmacy techs. But, she really went over the top with her rudeness on Friday. Throwing my prescription on the social distance table, and getting irritated when I had two other medications to check out, which she also threw back at me. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I am tired of being treated so terribly.

Not good. Woman in front of me at counter was picking up pictures. One employee in store in nearby aisle. Woman called out for some one to help her a few times after couple of minutes. Nothing. I told her employee was right around corner, maybe was ignoring us. Employee scurries tword us saying " we do have a self check - out you know". Woman was not happy. He did help her though. I decided to use self check-out. Big mistake. Have used others before, this one was slow and rediculous. Contimplated walking of store without waiting for change.

I am not sure who I spoke with in the pharmacy. Her name may have been Tracy. She was very very rude when I called and ask a question about my daughter's prescription. She acted as if I was bothering her and basically hung up on me as I was telling her I would be in later to get my daughter's pills. I have never had such a rude person wait on me at this store. I have been getting my prescription here for 20 years or more. I may take my business elsewhere.

I left urgent care with my 2 year old daughter who has a severe ear infection to go to CVS pharmacy in to get her Amoxicillin. Apparently they close at 5PM on Sundays which I was unaware of. My fiancé ran inside a few minutes before 5 o'clock to get the medication which had already been filled and the lady was very rude and unprofessional and said that they were closed and closed the gate in his face!!! So then we called to get it transferred over to Wegmans so we can get it tonight and he gets there and was told since CVS pharmacy had already filled it then we would have to pay out of pocket because the insurance will not cover it twice. I am VERY upset and disappointed in the service my fiancé got from them!! Terrible service and rude employees!!!!

I think that CVS is great. Yes I understand some of the reviewers here and for me too not every time here went perfectly, but overall it did.

I have to say we had one incident at the Hilton CVS Pharmacy when I first came there, but since t was all taken care of I have to say it was very pleasant today and my PERSCRIPTION was not ready but the women helping me today was awesome and she is the one we had problems with in the beginning! BUT TODAY FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN OUT IN AWAY AND SHE WAS SO PLEASANT AND HELPFUL!Thank you for the help in explaining why my persecripton was not ready! This was on my Doctors office so I am so glad I never went to another CVS cause I love everything about Hilton and because I decided I wanted it to work out in CVS pharmacy it paid off!!!! Nothing but smiles on there faces and Pleasant!!!! Thank you you made my day and hope this will make all of your day!!!!! 😃😃😃😃😃

If your script involves any extra paperwork for the pharmacy, expect to be ignored and told you aren't covered for medication you need -- when you are fully covered for said items. After it was discovered that the medication was in fact covered and their spot was blown up, then came the attitude and rudeness to fill it... which they were required to do. Horrendous service, and terrible professionalism!!!

Great everyone is so helpful.I also don't know how I would do without everyone in the pharmacy they are all so kind and caring to me and really care about what I should be taking I would be a mess if I did not have them taking care of the most important thing in my life right now at 73years.I owe a big thank you to all who work back there.
