They’re selling FAKE Pokémon cards. Repacked and all. I get it’s a discount store, but some little kid (or grown adult) is about to keep spending money on counterfeit cards. Real packs don’t have the crimped / jagged edges.

I love this store, great clothes, especially men’s at great prices. I live in California but every time I go see my dad I go at least once or twice( he lives I new paltz)this time I got beautiful grey suede duck boots for $34.00!

Lady at register is sneaky. She adds more money on to your items if you don't call her out on it. Also adds extra charge if when emptying your basket. Check the receipt before paying

I shopped this location christmas eve, as I made my purchase the attending cashier stole my merchandise as she was packing my bags!! Items i paid for were never put in the bags,Do not shop at this store!! They rip you off!!! I do not recommend this store!!!!! How are you going to steal from shoppers??? REALLY????

I love strolling around this store and just enjoying the time. They have everything. You're paying for what you get for. So pay attention. Some items are higher quality than others. The place is huge. Return policy is sketchy. But it makes sense for the type of store it is. If you have anything that is electronic, plug it it before leaving the store. Make sure it works. Return policy is difficult.

Horrible customer service and return policies! I usually just stop there for cards and wrapping paper but I took a chance and purchased a men's shirt as a gift. The shirt I purchased was one size too small so I returned with the receipt within a few days of the purchase since I know their return policies are ridiculous and designed so that customers can rarely get an exchange even with a receipt. I explained I had removed the tag since it was a gift and that I needed another size. The cashier scrutinized and even smelled the shirt and then stated that the shirt had been worn. I explained that the shirt had NOT been worn and that it had been tried on for five minutes and we realized it was too small.She then said again that the shirt had been worn but that she would give me store credit. I also had the receipt and bought the shirt a few days prior. What kind of "customer service " is that?' She just didn't want to give me an exchange. I got the next size and left the store and will not return. I had a similar experience about five years ago and stopped shopping there since they are rude and unethical in their policies but I gave them another chance since they are so close to where I live. This time they have lost a customer for good. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Good values, but watch out if you need to return anything. They are incredibly difficult about returns and then they will only honor a store credit for 4 weeks. Literally not a day more!

I go here maybe once a month. Once, the lady rung me up completely wrong, and my bill was like $1300. The last two times I went there, I walked all over the store (its large), picked up a lot of stuff, got to the front and then they told me credit card machine is not working. I told them it would be nice to put a sign on the door because I just walked all over the store for a half hour. On top of that, everything I buy there breaks. I wish we had a close department store.

Do not buy anything from this store that requires you to plug in. I purchased an Iron yesterday. It was burning my scrubs even on the lowest setting. Went to return or store credit and they told me no returns on electeonics. So why purchase at this store if you do not offer returns on them.

This store is huge. They pretty much have most of what you are looking for. Men's work clothes are plenty, a lot of clothing for everyone, socks, underwear, shoes, boots, hats, gloves, pocketbooks, toys, pet, kitchen, so much more. My only. Complaint was it was so cold inside I couldn't stay any longer.

It was my first time going to the Warehouse. I must say they had such beautiful things their prices were reasonable. However the service there was dissatisfaction and their transaction system needs some serious upgrading and I was overcharged because the cashier had to enter the pricing for each item manually . The manager she was rude not pleasant and kept speaking in Spanish to the employee. I am not sure if I will go back there. If I do hopefully the customer service will be better. And I will be sure to add the totals for all my purchases.

Thus store has great prices for their merchandise but the staff isn't friendly. I paid for $500 worth of stuff and one of the employees accused me of stealing thermal camo set. They need more space and a different way to ring things up at the register.

I love this place. It’s so cheap and i found the cutest jeans. Really good for basic clothing like zip-ups and sweaters. If you look hard enough you can find really good stuff! Please restock i love you Warehouse outlet❤️❤️❤️

- An interesting store because it has an enormous quantity and variety of merchandise. The store is quite large. Some merchandise seems to be left over from other retailer's inventories (I recently purchased Staples copy paper at Warehouse) and some is offered in worn boxes or has 'dogeared' wrapping. Not everything is priced. Prices range all over the place ranging from a few bargins to others that are priced quite high.It is not a very busy place and has an antiquated charge out system, which slows the buying process (A prime reason for lowering rating). Its best purpose to visit is if one needs a specific item and don't know where to buy it; "Warehouse' has a good chance of having what you need hiding in a small corner of its sales floor.

Great place to start your Christmas shopping for warm clothes. I found brown, suede boots, with a 2 inch heel, kick-but red dress shoes, for my daughter's BD. Sweat shirts were at a great price 7.99 in many colors.

I like the things they sell but they have gotten a little more expensive. The workers are helpful. The only thing i dont like is that they dont answer the phone when you call, and they dont always let you use the bathroom.

I go into to buy some clothing and they have a sign that said blazers $9.99 the one I picked out was priced 15.00 when I went to check out I told the cashier that it was on sale. She asked for a price check and they claimed that it wasn’t on sale I told them I would go back and take a picture of the sign when I got back there they removed sign. Extremely unprofessional and scummy business practice over 5 dollars they lost my business today and forever

They are kinda rude. They look at you like why are you bothering me. That's the family though. Just the workers that have no family ties are friendly. They never really have much information and some things are too much money for what it's worth. What I don't like is everything is non refundable; so you know what that means. It's gonna break as soon as you get home. I would like at least a weeks return policy and a exchange policy. I bought a pot that was to big and instead of just exchanging it, I now have to buy another pot. Also, their kid sizes are off. I bought my son a size 8, which in Walmart would have fit fine, but here it was way too small. And the review that said don't listen to the negative comments sounds like the family, with enough snip in it to be rude. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the people that own the company made that comment.

Nice selection of merchandise!The lady at the register is very nice...I'm assuming she is the owner....she's always there. It makes a difference when you feel your business is appreciated.The help there is nice as well! 😊
