Diana the pharmacist is the best! She always makes sure each customer is treated with compassion and excellent service. I am so thankful to the pharmacy and staff at the Highland, NY Walgreens pharmacy and thank God for them and for the pharmacist and staff being careful to give me the medicine I need. It is a busy place and it is always worth the wait. Anthony and Catherine and Diana are a great team and work long hours and work so very hard. All customers are in good, competent hands with Diana, Anthony and Catherine.

One star for friendly staff and friendly pharmacy. What disgusts me about this store is how incredibly filthy the unisex restroom is and always is. They converted the women's restroom into the employee's only and the men's into a unisex because they know how sickening it is to use. The restroom is conveniently located next to the vitamins and pharmacy for your health needs. You may think the photo's aren't that bad but trust me it's gets real bad in there and they leave it like that all day.

Was told over the phone I could come in and get my COVID-19 vaccination and once i arrived I was informed by the pharmacist that I wasn’t allowed to because it hadn’t been 60 days since my last dose , however I did the math & it was in fact 8 weeks, the CDC recommended time to wait. I called my local doctors office and they confirmed with me that I was in fact correct and gave me my shot. It seems when it’s close to pharmacy lunch times they say and do anything to not have to treat you. Very sad and not to mention the pharmacist is very rude & ignores your questions.

Huge thank you to manager Karen for helping me out with my FedEx package! I was turned away by the other local Walgreens but Karen was happy to help me. Everyone staff member up front greeted me and it was overall a great experience! I will be driving the additional miles in the future when I need my Walgreens run!! Great job all!!!

Poor service. Made a mistake ordering online and asked for internet price on item. One person said he had to see the price on my phone. I retrieve my phone from the car. A different person at register won't change the price to the internet cost. Is there a policy about obtaining internet pricing or is it up to the whims of the clerks? At the end of the day, they lost a sale.

Thank you to store managers Jamie Moody and Monique Peragine. I own a daycare and I desperately needed Tylenol for daycare children as well as my 7th month old grandson. They were very diligent in their communication with me. They let me know when the shipment had arrived even while short staffed. They were very professional helpful and showed that they cared. Broken. So broken. The pharmacy is the worst run pharmacy I have been to in my life. Employees are nice but they never change signage and constantly have communication issues. Use Hannaford's - much smoother experience. Moving the entire family's prescriptions there - 5 people.

Went to pick up my prescription on a Saturday only to find that the pharmacy isn’t open on a Saturday!??? Fortunately for me, I can survive the additional two days, but what about someone who can’t? It seems that this pharmacy does not care about it’s customers. I would advise choosing a different place to pick up medications, I know I will. Additionally, the hours are so limited that it isn’t helpful for those with limited schedules. Do better or put a drugstore who will actually have what people need. Not for nothing, but anytime I need something from the drugstore, I have better luck at a dollar general or grocery store. DO BETTER.

Unfortunately, The majority of the Pharmacy department is extremely rude, and try to comment on things they know nothing about. One of the store managers (female) also extremely rude. The older lady on register is helpful and nice. There is one gentleman who i believe is also a manager and works register who is amazing. The best employee they have by far!!! He is ALWAYS extremely kind, always pleasant and always goes out of his way to help!!Honestly, if not for him and the other lady behind the counter, and the fact thats its the only recognized pharmacy near me, i would have stopped going there long ago. And, you can NEVER get throu to customer care. Ive been trying for over a year!!!

Spent at least half an hour telling me they don’t have my prescription even though the Doctor is telling me he called it in, as I wait. Magically, they’ve now found it. Now I need to wait for them to fill it. I’d be better of driving across the bridge to Poughkeepsie.

Refused to refill rx the day before thanksgiving bc they claimed I wasn’t due yet (I was 2 days past 30 days), went in today (11/30) and they had closed earlier than before the transition from rite aid and not knowing this I was 5 minutes past closing time. I asked to speak to a manager and out comes Maureen, who I was supposed to be able to explain my complaint to, but she came out from the back with such an attitude I couldn’t even get the words out. Complete lack of regard for customers.

Poorly run pharmacy. Pharmacy pick up closes at 6 and none on weekends! Not suitable for working customers and more expensive. Not much selection. I'd rather take a drive to Poughkeepsie or Kingston than deal with this place.

Walgreens is horrible. They put the local pharmacy out of business then cut back hours and days ,they have the absolute minimum employees because they know we will stand in line and wait. Disgusting

There is absolutely no way to get through by phone to have a simple question answered. I was on hold for 40 minutes but when I walked in there were several phones in evidence but only 1 person on one. They answered my question politely so I gave 2 stars., but seriously do we need to drive 30 minutes to talk with someone for 1 minute?

Recently changed from Rite Aid to Walgreens, as far as the transition of companies, it was overnight and obviously so. Rite Aid was my preferred pharmacy for my medication but since it has switched to Walgreens I’m incredibly disappointed. Long wait times for simple customer service as well as prescription refills on top of the staff themselves being less than helpful. It’s fairly obvious that the pharmacy department are there to do what their job entails and not an ounce more. Whatever. I’m rambling.TLDR; Rite Aid was better

This place has permanently lost my business. They never pick up the phone. So, I go to get a medication for my sick child that was sent in the day before, and they tell me they're out. No phone call or anything. Now I have to wait hours and go somewhere else. Unbelievable!

The staff is great, but the store is terrible. The setup is horrible and there is never anything on the shelves, even before COVID.It is a waste of time to go there because they never have what you need. Waste of real estate.

This place is terrible compared to Rite Aid. Prices are higher, less selection of products I normally bought at Rite Aid. Layout no good. Sorry so negative, but it’s really that bad.

They just switched from Rite Aid to Walgreens and they’ve hired new employees. The employees work really hard to assist customers. Even with the strain of the transition. They’re doing their best.

They do not compare to the Rite Aid store that was taken over they have nothing vitamin selection is garbage and half the store is empty.. I miss Rite Aid

It Is now 9:11 I went to my rite aid in Highland and the lady seen me there getting ready to come in and I came at 9:04 I seen her she hurried up went outside to get the cart saw me coming and locked the front door behind her mind you it's not closing hours I'm really angry at this point and this isn't the first time this has happened with the same women
