Great selection for anything necessary for your home! Everything from decorations, fixtures, lighting, outdoor furniture, gardening stuff & tons of beautiful plants, they also have a large selection of cleaning supplies & paper goods. They have it all & at a very good price

I had a wonderful experience at lowes today. The man who helped me I believe his name was Noor it was his first day and he was friendly and super helpful and Chris in the pro department also helped me with flooring options and was accommodating knowledgeable and kind. I was helped within minutes of being in the store I couldn't have had a better experience thanks to these wonderful people. Thank you.

Yep! A home improvement hardware store is just like any other right? WRONG! It’s all about the customer experience. This customer was treated like royalty. Carlo took such pampered care of me throughout my big LG washer and dryer purchase and made sure I got every penny off that I could. He called for teammate Kaitlin’s backup to help with checkout and reinforcement from head cashier, Rob when my quirky checkout process got challenging. Super friend and patient teamwork!!! Happy workers make a HUGE difference! Give these team members a larger than normal pay rate increase please! They were worth my 27 mile trek over to your New Paltz location. That pic below of the interior is meant to show you- no lines—streaming down the isles on a Friday evening in the summer when weekend DIYs are out in force!!! Loved my successful visit!

Buyer beware!! If you order something to be delivered and installed they use CRST...Google them. They won't call and they won't show after you end up waiting for 3 weeks or more for your order. You're better off using your own installer or just going somewhere else altogether. Management seems to care less and offer nothing to make things right when they screw up...and trust me, they WILL screw up. Save yourself time, money and a huge headcahe, go somewhere, anywhere, other than here!!!

Two separate occurrences today in which the staff was not helpful, and lacked good customer service. First, when I asked where I could find lattice and in the middle of the salesperson's response another customer walked up, interrupted us, and both staff proceeded to ignore me to speak with her--until I reminded them that I was in the middle of a sentence. Poor professionalism. Secondly, my receipt failed to print and the cashier didn't know what to do and proceeded to ask me to step aside so she could handle others in the line. The correct thing is to call for backup and finish with your customer, not leave them hanging to help someone else. I found a manager to resolve but this, again, was poor service.

When i was young my father redid the downstairs...one board at a time...one board per pay check...Now I.am buying everything I need to build a deck off.my cabin..and I am buying 100 dollars worth every two weeks from lowes! I made a list and It feels so good to see my stockpile grow. Lowes has everything I need. Spring is right around the corner..THANK YOU LOWES..I know my dad would be proud!

The absolute worst service. Do not recommend using their carpet/flooring installation crew. We had an appointment scheduled from 1-4 on Friday with no call prior to the appointment. The crew shows up at 10:30. They contact me and I let them know my wife was 20 minutes away and they said they would wait. My wife shows up 15 minutes later and they've left and won't pick up the phone. I called Lowe's and they said that they "might call you back if they have time today". What a joke. We decided to cancel everything and go to a company that actually takes care of their customers. They need to realize people take off of work go around their schedule. Terrible service, Terrible experience.

Made an emergency plumbing order and drove 35 minutes to pick it up. It was ready, correct, and a lovely person working the returns desk at 4:30 (did not get her name) showed me how to work the pickup lockers. Thanks!

This is the absolute worst Lowes in the Hudson Valley. Everytime I come here they don't have anything in stock. The website says the item is in stock and when I drive all the way here, it's not. Tonight was the last straw. I came in for a small garbage can and they don't even have the lid for it with a big sign "don't forget the lid". When I tried asking for help, I found 6 employees wandering around and no one bothered to help me. I'm done coming here. I couldn't care less if this place shut its doors

Their customer service desk representative Andy is the epitome of "I hate my job". I placed an in-store order for items to be shipped to my home. I never received a confirmation email so I stopped by to make sure the order was processed. Andy seemed highly annoyed that I wanted to confirm my shipping address. He initially told me that he has no access to tell me where my orders are going to be shipped to. I became confused and questioned. It wasn't until I told him "that doesn't make any sense" he miraculously has access to the information.The only reason I am leaving 2 stars (instead of 1) is because their customer service representative Ariana (who I initially placed the order with) was so pleasant and understanding. Even with customers before me, while I was waiting in line, was very helpful with them. I think she was even training a new staff memeber the first time I was there, and she was great with her too.But Andy. That man should never be able to interact with customers. I will never shop here again specifically because he was so rude and nasty.

I've been shopping here for a full home remodel for the last year or so. They have all the basics, and often a bunch of extra or more advanced options, for everything from outlets and lights to lumber and tools. I've also used several of their subcontractors along the way, and with only a few exceptions I've been very happy with the results.Special shout out to Melissa in the kitchen/cabinets department, who has been just awesome to deal with!

Typically have what I need. Easy to return stuff if needed. When needing a key made always need to find someone. No one ever in that department as well as chain/cable to be cut. Just easier to do it yourself these days

be careful, the rebates are a scam. twice I have purchased paint, that is supposed to get a 50% rebate on the second gallon. I checked with the paint clerk if the paint i purchased was eligible, and he said yes, a month later the "rebate center" says it isn't. This is after a couple very long phone calls. I guess i will have to try Home Depot

I ordered some items by mail and asked to have them shipped. Lowe's was only able to ship 1 item out of 7. I called them and explained my circumstance to them and the rep immediately set to work to get me those items. She was excellent, she was diligent, and she did not give up. In the end because of her hard work, I received my items. Started out a bit rough but ended spectacularly. Job well done!

Everything is good except their customer service. I bought a washer and had them delivered to me.Everything went well until I found out a few day later that they took all of my shipping bolts and some parts that I supposed to get (like anti-shake pads, hose guilder, etc.). I tried so hard to get it back. I called, I talked to someone on their website, I went there in person, no one could help me.A person there from customer service advices my husband to buy a new anti-shaker pad. That's ridiculous. We were supposed to get it because it comes with it. But your delivery guys took it. Easy solution is just telling customers to buy a new one so you can get more money from customers!!??Also a person who I chatted on the website suggested me to have a technician from Samsung to come to my home in case they can help. A guy from Samsung came here and he said it's not their responsibility. It's Lowe's responsibility and it's their mistake. I couldn't agree more.I gave up trying. I still go there to buy their products because it's very close to my house.But I think it's better to buy applicants somewhere else.

They will make you waste your time.Chose a dryer, they checked it was in stock, paid and scheduled a delivery date.They canceled without even calling and refunded my card.I called to ask why, they said they’d look into it and call me back within 10 minutes. They never did.I will not go back to this specific store anylonger.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. 7 weeks of endless excuses trying to get my fridge. Does this store even have a manager? They are never there when you show up. When you call, they just leave you on hold and hang up on you

Wow, what a difference between stores. This location was awesome. Not only did they have the item I wanted but the customer service was great! Very helpful and friendly. Recommended for sure.
