First time shopper alert! Went to the local grocery store to grab some groceries for the family. Had the pleasure of being checked-out by “Coleen” at the Hannaford. Coleen was friendly, professional and had such great customer service. The prices were reasonable, the store was bright, clean and the aisles were fully stocked. Vegetables and produce were plentiful and there seem to be a TON of different apples for sale. If you’re a regular or visitor check out Hannaford for your shopping needs.

I like the supermarket I don't like all the pickup spaces in front where everybody who actually goes there needs to walk Park their car and go back to the car with a cart full of groceries. They should move those parking spaces further away or someplace else around back. They also have a wider selection in the past there are some items that they used to keep and some Gourmet items that are just not there as well as they used to be. Extra parking spaces or just poorly planned and make an inconvenience for regular Shoppers that go there and probably spend more money besides when my wife uses the online grocery ordering they pick out the worst condition fruits and vegetables smashed boxes and leaking gallons of milk I would not suggest ordering you're better off just going and getting it.

Nice store, fresh produce, uncluttered aisles, clean, well organized. Only stopped in to get a floral bouquet for an event but ended up doing a bit of shopping.

First, the traffic just to get a parking,and go inside. Second, went to the pharmacy, the pharmacy tech that was working yesterday around 6 pm, was so nice to the customer before me, a white lady, and once she got to me, all her smiles and friendly energy went out the door. And they did not have any aloe Vera gel, all the Hannaford's have it in the pharmacy section, they did not. Third, the store is set up odd, all the other Hannaford ahvw the pharmacy to the left of the entrance, they have it to the right, and don't have half the items the other Hannaford do. Won't ever be going back there, first and last time.

Jeremy and Gary are the worst two managers in the history of grocery stores. Attitude reflects leadership and I've never met so many miserable employees that don't want to be doing the job they're doing

Good grocery store with well stocked produce section, deli, bakery and beer selection. There is a wide variety of choices for beers. The selection in the produce department is better than an average grocery store. The service is very friendly. There are no plastic bags at checkout. Paper bags are five cents a piece. It is best to bring your own reusable bags.

Always been a great store but for months now I barely buy fruit there and when I do I get home and find mold on it. I double check everything in store but then when I clean them I find mold. This store has gotten horrible on quality control. Hannaford shoppers have delivered meMultiple times moldy fruit and vegetables which tells me they aren’t looking either. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a store have this much issues when it comes to moldy produce. Everything is so much more expensive yet the quality is ten times worse.

It's always same old, same old at Hannaford. Choices of hot prepared foods, cold foods, frozen meats & fish, ... NEVER anything new, week after week. Same arrangements, same old brands, same limited choices. The ONLY thing that changes are the prices which keep going up.

Rude staff and nowhere-near-fresh fish counter do not make a good shopping experience. Some products usually found in other companies (Shop Rite) are not carried by this Hannaford. Coupons and rewards are okay, but the prices keep going up, but true that is everywhere. Prices of meat are much higher than SR, but I have noticed other products higher in SR than Hannaford.

The store in not big enough to serve this growing area. (Highland, Milton, Marlboro,West Park)Buy what you need on Fridays because it probably won’t be there on Saturday Night or Sunday morning.This is my only real complain but it’s a big one considering you too frequently have to drive across the bridge or to New Paltz to buy some thing that should be readily available in any Super Market.This rating is only meant to pertain to the physical plant an not to the great staff who work there.

Never been here before, i don't live in the area. I was there with a friend that was shopping there. Seems like a nice place. Very organized. I don't know if this is everywhere now, but they charge for bags, and their bags are paper bags.. No handle to carry.

Christian (unsure of spelling) who works in the meat department at Highland Hannaford was absolutely amazing this morning.I called at 615 right after leaving work and another grocery store where I struck out, in hopes to find a specific thing my husband needed for a special roast for my parents for tonight, I haven't made anything like this before, nor bought it.Christian was so pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. He had what I needed cut perfectly, wrapped and ready to go AND it was on sale in under 20 minutes and absolutely saved the day.I'll certainly be back here more often in the future.

This Hannaford is not the biggest and newest and it was often short on supplies during the pandemic. It has an ok selection and prices are a little high. But the pharmacy is a godsend, fast and professional. And the store employees have always been excellent - a wonderfully good hearted team of locals. The employees make this store great, they get little thanks but I think the people of Highland love them for what they do. The store employees were heroes during the pandemic and they continue to be.

Love this store! Their prices are fair and they have such a wide variety of food options. I love their premade stuff for lunch as it's easy to grab and go. Their Bakery items always are fresh and there is a nice wide variety to choose from. I only wish I lived closer so that I could shop here more often.

This is the only Supermarket in Highland. They have a lot of fresh groceries from local farmers and businesses. There is also a pharmacy inside. They also have a very good nutritional, and organic section. If you live in Highland then you know it's in a plaza with other types of shops. I would recommend you go see if they have the groceries you normally would get from somewhere else and compare receipts. Hey what do you have to lose right? Happy Shopping!!

Very upsetting that they got rid of a lot of their plant-based milks and creamers. All my favorites are gone with no alternatives. There are no longer any pea protein based milks when they used to have at least 2 options with Not Milk and Ripple. Bring them back! My coffee sucks now.Oat is too acidic and almond isn't as good for the environment nor does it taste as good.I hope other people complain to the customer service desk to show there is demand.

Stories very clean I actually did not have to wait in line which is always a plus and they actually had stuff in stock of certain things that I can't find anywhere else like eggs so expensive like everyplace else but at least they had them

In general a very nice clean store, reasonable prices and very helpful employees!!! Sorry they don't carry my Goat yogurt anymore. But not their fault but maybe they will try again to get it.

As always, sometimes the prices get expensive than they would at other markets and stores.But the quality is high usually anyway from Hannaford, and thats what you can expect from them.If you want high quality food, different array of choices for snacks, dinners, and desserts, this might be the store for you.Just make sure you have enough money!I've come here, picked out displayed sushi in boxes and it was always delicious (and I'm a fanatic about sushi).You'll also find many different things you don't get to see or haven't heard of in other grocery stores here.The traffic here is pretty heavy too at times of the day, if not all throughout the daytime!There's a couple of speed bumps when you drive into the parking lot.It gets crowded and your left either getting the last of things or not getting the last of certain things. Sometimes its hard to get out to the door, with your cart, because register aisles are pretty packed and staff is low.Don't pack your cart too much here, you'll probably get a headache and become hungry after you are in your car again...Overall, food is great, prices can vary but still pretty high because of quality, and the crowds are terrible.Is it worth it?Its one of those specialty stores, at least, but with high price tags but better quality and crowds.Its up to you how you interpret that and what your spending habits are.

Store is fine but website crashes constantly. I've been trying to load their website for an hour now. Everything comes up but screenplays frozen. ALL other websites are working on my phone at the moment. Frustrating when you really needed to do a curbside pickup

Best meat man in the business. Always grind my sausage perfectly, loin is always nicely trimmed. If you’re looking for someone that will handle your meat with pride… Go see John! No need to thank me but you can.

Good go-to grocery store. Good seafood, meats, deli. A couple drawbacks that there is no Boars Head brand available at deli. Also, the hot self serve bar needs more healthy options. Sucks walking in there at 7:30pm when you're hungry after a long work day and there's really no more fresh hot food coming out. Not everybody in town works until 4:30pm. Staff is really good and Rob the manager is always friendly and helpful.
