I walked in tonight a half an hour before closing, the employee, young woman looking like she was dressed for the club, stopped me at the door with "sorry we're closed" I asked "I thought you closed at 9" and she replied "yes well I'm closing early because I have someplace else to be".. meanwhile 5 or 6 dudes, probably friends of hers, sit at the ice cream bar and look me up and down until I leave.. very unpleasant, uncomfortable, and unprofessional.

Dirty and disgusting inside. The customer service was awful! There was one girl working there on a Saturday night and when we walked in the store she disappeared into a back room somewhere. We stood around for a few minutes then left. I’m glad there is a McDonalds down the road where we can get some soft serve ice cream at a fraction of the price. This place looked enticing as an old town mom n pop shop but it’s very overpriced and customer service sucks. I’d recommend saving your money and going somewhere else.

Good selection of traditional and creative flavors, plus sundae and split options. Child size scoop was very generous-- more than our little boy could eat! Also has a small selection of West Point souvenirs.

Small ice cream shop with lots of verity. The place is bit small to handle crowd. I went at 3 pm and there were 4 to 5 people ahead of me and it took 30 mins to get the order.
