I'm really disappointed with my local CVS. I've been there twice and both times, I got zero help. They have this button for customer assistance, but nobody shows up when you press it. And why is the Tylenol locked up? You have to press a button to get someone to unlock it, but again, no one comes. I'm not going back to this branch. They need to step up their game in customer service.

CVS pharmacy at Hewlett NY has really bad service the staff is rude Many times I was disappoint if they didn’t have prescribed medication they didn’t care for substitute medicine If you want to discuss any issues with them they hang up the phone on you If you have a question look like they trying to give you any answer but didn’t try to understand your questions …,It’s so difficult to talk to a person the automated system is crated almost impossible to request to speak with live personI am thinking to change my insurance to avoid using CVS

Local CVS that has everything I need and I am addicted to the rewards program. Seriously addicted. It's more like a family addiction. There is usually no line or a very manageable one, for both the pharmacy and regular check out. I love the interactive app Feature that lets me know when my prescriptions are ready. There is usually ample parking and it is conveniently located on Peninsula Boulevard

The management is unprofesional and rude. There is no money gram. Been there 3 times and is never in service. The store is filthy.
