New store, building is clean and pretty well stocked. Employees are courteous and friendly. Product selection is good, however it suffers from the usual corporate inventory control. Instead of stocking what sells most in any particular area each store gets the same products in the same quantities. Also unable to accommodate customers who wish to buy products they don't stock because the local store management has no authority to do so.Just about anything you could possibly want is there, with a few exceptions. Stock on some items varies from other local stores. Such as the reading glasses. In nearly every other local store they stock classic mens reading glasses with large lenses and metal frames. In this particular store I found some small lens glasses with flat tops and plastic frames. I needed a set then so I bought them, but I looked more like a cat than a 60 year old man.The other problem this store has is again equally shared by all other Dollar General stores. Like products are scattered ALL OVER the store instead in the same aisle. One section of toys in one aisle, more toys in a different aisle, still more in another aisle. I know the purpose is the same as all retailers, making people wonder the store to spend more. But a lot people are like I am. I want to see what they have in one location. Don't see what I want I am on to the next store. I am not wandering aisles for hours.Overall is a good store and it saves a lot of time and gas running around in a sparsely populated area looking for basic necessities.

This DG is a newer one..clean. Nice staff. It's a quaint experience as there is at least one or two Amish Buggies parked on any given day.

This store always has what we need in stock. It is great to have a Dollar General locally so that we don't have to drive into town for basic supplies.
