Suzanne and her staff are amazing.We had her do flowers for our wedding in August 2023. This was one of the best decisions we made and flowers were not something I ever had to worry about. Suzanne sat down with me and was very careful to capture every detail and color and flower that was important to me. You can tell she is so passionate and gifted in creating masterpieces. I even called less than a week before the wedding to see if she could flower the cake for us- which she did so beautifully! Please see the pictures- they speak for themselves! (My favorite pieces is the arbor she decorated!)

First off Suzanne is a pleasure to work with I enjoyed her costumer service and enthusiasm for what she does. She has a talent for what she does, and it shows the recipient was genuinely surprised and loved the arrangement! Highly recommend.

We used Flowers by Suzanne for all our wedding florals in September 2018. We found out about Suzanne (and Brenda!) because the business came highly recommended by friends and family in the area who have loved her wedding services. Suzanne made our: bouquets (bride, bridesmaids), boutonnieres, corsages, flowers for the tables, candles for our cocktail tables, and white (fake) flowers for the arbor.Communication and coordination was over the phone; Suzanne and Brenda don’t do email or social media. So, to see previous clients flowers/photos, we had to visit the store in person.We were planning a wedding from San Francisco and Suzanne was very adaptable to our travel schedule challenges and other things that go along with planning a wedding from thousands of miles away. That being said, she executed perfectly on what our vision for flowers was. They were GORGEOUS. We wanted flowers that reflected the wedding - natural, rich colors, lots of greenery.Overall, we were ecstatic with the quality of flowers and the service provided by Suzanne. We would absolutely use them again in the future and strongly recommend her for anyone looking for a florist for their wedding!

Suzanne did a wonderful job on an arrangement for my brother’s memorial service. Friends in the valley highly recommended her and when I called from FL she took time to go over colors, flowers, etc. including ordering peonies for us. She went to the cemetery twice to see the stone and the area for placing the arrangement. She even whipped up a small bouquet for us at the last minute to place at another gravesite. Beautiful work and awesome customer service!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Flowers By Suzanne. I popped into Suzanne's shop on a whim while in from out of town to see my venue. She didn't have to time to meet with me then but scheduled a consultation for the next time I was in town. I immediately liked her, she is clearly experienced, professional and talented. Suzanne completely understood and captured my personality and vision. She created the groom's and the father of the bride's boutonnieres as well as my bridal bouquet. The flowers were vibrant, fresh and artfully arranged. I would wholeheartedly recommend Flowers by Suzanne to anyone.

What a wonderful experience! Called on Christmas Eve by chance to have same day delivery! I actually called from another state, just as they were closing, to deliver locally and I think it was the owner who accommodated me. My heart is overwhelmed that she was so sweet and also my family received their flower arrangement in time! Thank you so much! Merry Christmas!

We booked Flowers By Suzanne for our wedding day. All the flowers turned out amazing!! Suzanne discussed with me ahead of time of my vision and captured it perfectly! She also came the day of the wedding to set up the flowers on arch. She also was able to put flowers on my dog’s collar which turned out amazing! I highly recommend Suzanne for anyone looking for flower arrangements

I called from Missouri to Flowers by Suzanne to order flowers for a dear friend near christmas. Suzanne could not get in touch with these folks that I was sending the flowers too, she had a church event to go to. This is the actual owner of the business. She contacted me, waited an hour after she was supposed to have left the business, and delivered them directly to their house herself. The arrangement was gorgeous the pricing is moderate, but I could not recommend any florist that would be better

Flowers are beautiful!! The lady that works at front counter is completely RUDE to customers!! Second time this has happened. Other staff have to apologize cause she's stressed cause of prom orders and mother's day. Not a customers fault when they order in advance and you don't have orders ready. Customer service is #1 doesn't matter how good a product you have. I won't go back and will let people know. She belongs in back making arrangements.
