The first couple of times I'd gone there the toy aisle was very messy, along with some other aisles. I don't know if they've hired new people or it's because the busy season of Christmas is over, but there has been a huge improvement! It is much easier to find items and their prices.There always seems to be the same shift manager whenever I go in and she is very nice and helpful.

Be aware:I let my 13 go into the store this evening. For something he needed for school tomorrow. Well it was taking 20 minutes for him. So I went into the store and the cashier was a older lady she had already range him up . How ever the register was not working right. So then he was moved to the next one over and when I was looking over his items I asked what something was my son said a lighter thenI asked how old lady says 18. Mine you mason is only 13.he had to be to buy it. The lady sayou had to be 18. But she sold it to a 13 y

Even in this busy time of year, the team at Dollar General ...always makes our shopping experience pleasant and on point .. Though this one lady.. And whom ever you are ..Just so you know .. Everyone can hear you when you make remarks about customers .. Even though this is not a pleasurable experience.. It's great to see her pleasant to everyone's face as she is cashing out customers.. Over all .. Great experience.. Happy holidays everyone💛

Cluttered and dirty, very hard to move aroundin with a shoppingcart. It would be IMPOSSIBLE for a person in a WHEELCHAIR to navigate around.

Always clean, friendly, and courteous clerks. Newly remodeled and updated. Some things are harder to locate as everything was moved . Would be helpful to have a map of sorts, to help the customers locate what they want without such a frustrating hassle. May be worth it in the long run to do so to also help lessen shoppers irritability towards the future relationships of same.Update! SO SORRY PPL. WRONG LOCATION! I visited here but thought it was the one in Ilion it wanted a review about. This store was what others prev. stated. Not organized, unfriendly clerks, a headache & accident going somewhere to happen. Not good.hard to get in & out of.

This place is so unique organized and the staff are rude as hell but there are a hand full of shops in town the staff keeps you waiting in line.....hope you have no place to go in a hurry because it takes 5 to 6 minutes to get waited on.and the manger of the store should not be a manget she has no people skills at all.Herd she got fired from arc goodwill store probably because of her lack of people skills.

The shelves are pretty bare over in million Dollar general I know during the pandemic supplies are getting low so but it's it's convenient it's a short trip for me and I will always continue to go back there because of the pandemic yes or every store is short on goods friendly people there is at work there

All in all, we enjoy most of the products we get here, with a few exceptions. For example eggs, because it is hit and miss if you want to boil and peel them. Shells tend to stick to their eggs. Fried or scrambled is no problem. Also potatoes. More times than not, they get overly mushy when mashed and some times turn dark when boiling. I am just stating our experiences, so dont let them deter you from shoopping there. Prices are very reasonable. 👍👍

I love dollar general, the staff is wonderful, selection and prices are great, only thing I don't like is the small aisles, very difficult to get down an aisle with a cart especially if someone else is already in the aisle

One of my personal local favorites ! It manage a nice crossover between an old fashioned " Five and Dime " and a modern " Dollar " store. I like the employees and love the " cramped little-isles retro-ambiance ".Given that I absolutely DETEST Walmart, I wind up going here almost daily for all the basics. From bread, milk, eggs, chips, etc...along with toiletry, personal hygiene needs and batteries ( and sooo much more ), I get what I need and I'm out in less than 10 minutes.Its also worth mentioning that they're one of only two physical locations in town ( Walmart being the other of course ), where you can reload prepaid credit cards such as BlueBird, Visa and American Express. EXTREMELY handy for me as I use them regularly.

Always messy, always short staffed. Employees act as of your a bother when cashing out. I often get stories from employees how they have to juggle merchandise and cashiering. MAYBE they should have more than 1 person up at the register. Everytime I go in there is at least 4 to 5 people waiting in line.

I have shopped here for years and there are two things I can say. First, the floors are always dirty, never scrubbed. Second, the cashiers would be on their cell phones during transactions.

Their parking lot is a nightmare, the store front belongs in the ghetto, and there were carts of freight blocking the aisles where ever I went. I didn't even find what I wanted. I was frustrated and overwhelmed by this joke of a store that I left.

This store is crowded with almost everything you need. From mothballs to artificial flowers to food items they have it. Just kind of hard to maneuver through the aisles.

Cheep products. Bought laundry stain remover and used it. Made cloth smell horiable ! Took it back as defective and got another bottle with different batch number stamped on bottle, same results.
