I go to buy 2 lawn mower batteries. I install the battery and nothing happens. I call down to ask if they needed to fill with acid and forgot. They say no sealed unit. But you need to charge them. What is the point in buying a new DEAD battery, that I need to charge. I could have just charged the old one but didn't want to wait the day because I need it now. I'll NEVER GO BACK. such a waste of my time and money. Enjoy your $127 dollars it's the last you'll get from me.

Such a wonderful caring staff. Really is an example of what a small business is supposed to be like. I never have a problem finding anything there and someone is always ready and able to help me out if I need it. It's so nice to be able to talk to a person that actually knows how things work and doesn't need a computer to find a simple but or bolt..... 5 stars in my book.

Came in looking for some plumbing parts, not knowing exactly what I needed. I thought a local place would be much more helpful than the chains, but I was wrong. Young man at the front said, “the plumbing stuff is towards the back.” When I asked for help, he said “I’m not really a plumbing guy, let me call someone to meet you back there.” I hung out in plumbing area for 15 minutes and eventually found what I needed on my own. I told the young man when he cashed me out that no one ever came. He didn’t respond other than to tell me how much I owed. I will think twice before coming here again.

I took a chain saw in for repair and was treated as they were doing me a favor. Stopped by today and they haven't even looked at my saw. It sat there for two weeks and then I asked for it back and had to pay a 25 dollar fee plus tax. Definitely not gi them my business anymore.

Wide assortment of items. Employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. Had my snowblower serviced there last year. They called me when they were ready to pick it up for service. They repaired it and returned it the following day. Price was very reasonable compared to my John Deere dealer. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely the best,travel a long distance because they have almost EVERYTHING in stock,awesome customer service,and prices often far better than “big box” stores!!!Wish I had a hardware store close to me like this one

As always the staff is friendly and willing to help you find anything you might need to complete your project. If they don't have it in the store they can order it for you and have it shipped.
