I have donated A Lot here and got a thank you only once. Only After she saw what I was donating did she finally become polite, smile and say thank you. I have never "bothered" asking them for a receipt. If I want one I donate elsewhere, so I don't need to feel like I'm a nuisance.Also, the new heavier set cashier is completely snobby and acts like she owns the place. I have heard her be rude to another employee more than once. I have seen her from out front, texting on her cell phone behind the counter toward the end of the day- noticeably startled by me as I walked past.Also, the older cashier with the harsher voice and short hair is often very rude and bothered by being there. She (and now the other new cashier has followed suit) is rude to anyone who is there past 7, bc they want to leave early all the time. I would stay longer otherwise, but am unwelcome.The older blonde lady in the back I'm pretty sure is stealing bags of items. She frequently carries bags of stuff right out the front door, and the new heavier set cashier displayed behavior indicating she may have a hand in it. New games and records have come out EMPTY cases/sleeves. Always seems to be the valuable ones too. Then I see the blonde come from the back with her big bags again.Other employees and manager are absolutely wonderful- kind and hardworking. Prices are fair! Nice to get a bargain before trying a retail store. And you never know what treasures you'll find!

Very expensive you would think you were in a retail store,alot of broken merchandise on their shelves .looks like everything was tossed ,I used to love this store but it has gone downhill,

Top of the notch thrift store and carries new clothing and accessories donated by the local big box department stores at a fraction of the cost. I got lucky and found an antique apothecary jar for $3.95 that turned out to be worth $600 You never know what people donate so it is worth a look. They have just moved to this location and it is a large, neat and very organized thrift store. Best thing about shopping here is your purchase helps others. If that's not enough, they have a rewards program that gives you a generous store credit for money off future purchases!

Usually very nice place to shop. However, my last visit I encountered a very rude, elderly lady that ,for some reason, was irritated with me, trying to rush me out. Even tho it was at least 30 minutes till close. And other customers came in after with their family. I bought over $60. WORTH OF items so don't know what the problem was. All of my previous trips have been without incident and I love their selection & the service before.

Customer service sucks! Not only has everything gone up in price, there are a lot of rules inconvenient for buyers and they are very rude about it. A remark was made to me that my three-year-old daughter moved some toys and I was told that there is no playground here.

Very organized, and nice quality things. Though it's on the pricey side for used goods, and the changing rooms are there but not able to be used. Paired with returns for store credit only, this is very inconvenient.

It wasn't bad. You have to go with the expectation that you may not find anything. And each season is different from a price standpoint. Their furniture I have found to be quite costly so I would go to another one of the places I go to if I'm looking for furniture. This last trip I didn't really find much. But there have been times when I've found a lot. It's a gamble.

Absolutely worst donation site I have ever encountered. We called ahead to say we had a uhaul full of donations and furniture and inquired when my 75 year old husband and I would have assistance unloading it. "Until 3pm" we were told. Not so much. One gentleman with a bad back pointed where WE should unload and put it. Called for management; rudest people I have ever encountered. NO THANK YOU. Had to ask for a donation slip. Again no thank yous. Advise you to find somewhere more cooperative and grateful for donations.

Love the senior discount for 55+ on Tuesdays..occasionally find jackpot items. Half price color of the week is a plus.Drop off donations get a card punched. 4 donation drop offs gets you 25% off any purchase.

The prices are high, I've found Walmart brand clothes prices higher than Walmart would charge. Today, I went to check out with items I selected for the daily .99 cent or half off special and was told one item doesn't qualify even though it fit the description and the other was "that's not the right item." I could tell they were was lying to my face and didn't buy anything. I'm on a highly fixed income and can't afford anything I need. For a store designed to help people, disabled people like myself, they didn't seem like they wanted to help.

This place is great for this community. They have a decent selection of different things from home decor too toys and clothes. The store manager is a kind lady who keeps the store looking great along with her staff. I found alot of clothes with the tags on them still. Some great finds.

Store hung-up on me! The woman is unstable. Who owns this store? Is it Good Will or ARC, I'm so confused? What are they doing with the donated clothes, strange? Think they are selling them wholesale to a secondary company! Illegal!-this is Alexandra

Clothes are good, but kinda high priced. Half off items are fairly priced. They keep lights inside low, so look carefully at what your buying, or you could easily get defective clothes with tears, snags and holes.

Found some great items in really good condition and the prices were incredible. Wish there was another store closer to me, but regardless I'll definitely be stopping there when I'm in herkimer from now on.

This is the only thrift store around that organizes by size and it makes such a difference. The prices were great and they have great sales (based on tag color). Best thrift store around!

Way too high of prices for a thrift shop. Name brand items are being sold for the same amount as they are being sold for through their website, store brand items are being sold for the same or more in their own store.
