I just wanted to give recognition to the great employees at the Walgreens on E Henrietta Road in the Photo Dept, specifically Olivia. I placed a large card order for my wedding invitations, and there was an issue with the border on my detail cards that couldn't be fixed with the automatic cutting machine. Olivia offered to cut all of the detail cards by hand, which took a significant amount of time and extra work. She did an amazing job, and I'm so appreciative of all of her effort. She truly went above and beyond to deliver great service. I wish I could've given her a tip, but felt the least I could do to show my appreciation was to write this review. Thanks again Olivia!

I am writing to formally articulate my profound discontent and issue a stern warning regarding the service at this pharmacy, a place I have frequented for over two to three years. My patience has been exhaustively tested, culminating in my decision to pen this review.Today, I lodged a formal complaint with your Chicago headquarters concerning a technician whose conduct not only breaches professional decorum but also borders on outright discourtesy. This individual, previously encountered and recorded being blatantly rude last month, dared to question the legitimacy of my inquiries about my medication. Such audacity and lack of respect are astonishing and entirely unacceptable.Moreover, the ongoing fiasco surrounding the availability of my ADHD medication exacerbates my concerns. The conflicting and erratic information I have received, paralleled by the inconsistent status updates on your website, is not just a minor inconvenience; it represents a grievous breach of the duty of care owed to me as a customer. This negligence and misinformation directly jeopardize my health and wellbeing.I must underscore the gravity of this situation. Any further instances of neglect or miscommunication will not be met with mere complaints but will prompt immediate legal action for professional misconduct and endangerment. This is a somber declaration, not a threat to be taken lightly. I demand and expect a significant and immediate improvement in the level of service and communication, failing which, I am fully prepared to pursue all available legal remedies.

I went couples day’s ago bought medicine and I saw nice I phone cable 10ft and was expensive too 24.99 plus tax I bought it and I didn’t took the receipt because I trusting the quality (walgreens) today morning the cable stopped working I went back with box and cable to this store and they told me ( we can’t back your money because no receipt) I told them but my credit information in your system so if I just swap my card all the history up to 30 day showing? They told no we don’t have this options long short story I just Exchanged with new one and kept the receipt for exchange ,so I’ll back again soon to exchange again I believe that but with the receipt! Because it’s really bad quality no one buy it please

Stopped to drop off unused prescriptions at 9 this morning and kiosk was locked, indicator on unit says "when red light is on unit unavailable" -- red light was off. Asked employee about it and she tried door as I did. Her reponse I guess it's not workimg and walked away. Pharmacy was not open.

Absolutely terrible customer service at the prescription pick up counter. The consultation area even worse. An individual was at the Consultation counter when I arrived at pick up. Two individuals in front if me at pick up and NO ONE acknowledged him at consultation. When finally it was my turn at pick up counter, both clerks left. I said to the last leaving, you're not leaving are you? The answer was yes I am.Glad I live in NC where customers are valued and not in Monroe county NY

Went to pickup prescription. After waiting in line gate was closed in my face. Saying we have to take are lunch break. After calling corporate I got a call back saying it's state law that they close. Law says only the pharmaciesto take break but cashier may take customers.

Tried to submit a survey but for some reason the link isn't working. Stopped by here today to pick up a picture order, just 4x6 prints to send to my elderly aunt. The person at the drive thru window was incredibly nice. I appreciate her kindness - I've had a difficult few weeks and my cashier's sweet disposition brightened my day. I use this Walgreens for photo prints all the time, whether it's 4x6's, enlargements, or holiday cards. The location is convenient, store is clean and well stocked, and staff is friendly. Thanks Walgreens! :-)

Went to get a passport photo and the process was relatively smooth. Though very odd experience with the employee. When cashing out she seemed like she had touch of an attitude/came off as defensive but everyone has bad days so no harm done. All and all the experience and product weren't terrible.

Up until recently I’ve never had a problem with any of the pharmacists or clerks at Walgreens. I have a chronic condition so I go to the pharmacy more than the average person.I’m ALWAYS patient, kind and have never once complained or been rude even after waiting for a long time and having to come back (without notice) because of shortages.“It wasn’t until the clerk “Lexi” (I hope she’s not an actual pharmacist) went out of her way to be rude to me - in front of my 8 year old son and fiancé.She didn’t respond to me when I said hello and said nothing when I said have a nice day.I even repeated it nicely because I couldn’t believe she was going out of her way to ignore me.I have never in my life been treated so disrespectfully. It’s like I wasn’t even important enough for her to respond to.She was rude the entire time and both my fiancé and child were also stunned. I drove away and 8 year old asked me why she was acting like that.I normally would just brush it off but I decided to go in and talk to her. To give her a chance to apologize or explain.She not only did NOT apologize but she gaslit me and was completely unprofessional.So then I asked to speak to her manager. I’m not sure what his name is.He was always kind to me I’m the past but when I explained what happened he didn’t address my concerns.He simply asked if I “got what I came here for.” And yes, I did get my prescription but I was hoping for a sincere apology.At the very least I wanted to know someone was going to seriously talk to her and save another sick person from her wrath.I have never not once in my life complained to management. I’ve never even stood up for myself like that.It’s unfortunate that instead of them taking responsibility they decided to blame the victim.Clearly Walgreens doesn’t care about their customers. They see us as a number. We don’t deserve to be treated with basic human decency.At the very least I taught my son that there is consequences to bullying.Although Walgreens and the manager didn’t hold her accountable, at least she won’t be able to keep doing this to others.

The most unprofessional, racist, and dirty Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Please clean your store, it’s disgusting! The team lead Pete was rude, unhelpful, and gave racial motivated responses. I needed assistance with sending money and his response was “I don’t want to lose my job. I can’t help you, you must understand I have a family I have to take care of.” He then continued to harass me with multiple questions after he stated HE COULD NOT HELP ME. When I did not respond to his harassing questions he then said “you must give me an answer.” It was intimidating and I felt threatened. I immediately in order to protect my safety, remained quiet and left that establishment. Pete should be dealt with in regards to his passive aggressive and condescending behavior towards women that are NOT CAUCASIAN. Then there was another cashier she did not have a name tag on, however she had short black hair in a ponytail and glasses. She was 0.1% better than Pete, however she was still inconsiderate, unlearned, and unhelpful. I asked to speak with the store manager and according to Pete he was unavailable. I refuse to ever spend a penny at that location because of the ignorant employees that are employed there. Hopefully, this messages helps someone, just be cautious if you still decide to go to this Walgreens and you are NOT caucasian. Be prepared to face phony service or flat out discrimination.

The cashiers that work in the store are wonderful but the pharmacy needs some work. Maureen (pharmacy tech, I believe) was absolutely miserable to both me and my boyfriend on separate occasions. If I'm spending literally hundreds of dollars on prescriptions you could at least be a bit more pleasant. I didn't do anything besides show up for my prescription at a busy time. If you can't handle customers then you really shouldn't work in a pharmacy.

Nothing but a nightmare! Why provide all the insurance information they need just for them not to use it. Every single time having to remind them about the insurance. Being charged for my sons medication when it should have been run through the secondary insurance that they apparently did not put into their system correctly. Same with a prescription discount card for a medication that wasn’t covered by my insurance for myself. Nothing but incompetence. When I asked for a phone number to call and fix their mistake...couldn’t get a correct number. No one had an answer for me on any question I had. And lastly not only are they incompetent but to top it off expensive as well. If I could give no stars I would have because I’m so disgusted and the customer services is not the best either. Here’s a suggestion to Walgreens employees...learn the system you work with and inform yourselves so you can give accurate information to your customers.

This is a rating for the Pharmacy. I have to take a specific natural thyroid. Because I had changed my Medicare policy and United listed Walgreens as a partner pharmacy, I would Supposedly save on the cost Of my prescriptions. I picked up my first script of several hundred dollars. When I got home I discovered it had a different name. I questioned the Pharmacist, I was told that that was the Walgreens preferred company and that it was the same natural thyroid medicine. So I took it and it made me very sick and as I did some research found out that they are different compositions and thyroid medication. So I was out several hundred dollars. It took a long discussion to get them to realize I had to have a specific type of thyroid. One would think that they would have a computer system that has this in there (like for allergies) but every time my doctor calls to change the dosage I go through all the hassle of having them put the wrong medicines back and getting the correct medicine. I have finally given up and I’m moving back to Wegmans ,even if I have to pay more, they are listen, are intelligent, caring, and always get it right.

Just switched to this pharmacy from the CVS across the street after many years of using CVS. What a difference. This store is clean and organized and the pharmacists and employees are friendly and fast.

Helpful, friendly staff. Pharmacists were very informative and knowledgeable. They gave me advice on how to use a new inhaler that I had not used before and suggested I talk to my doctor about getting a vaccination that I could get for free at their store.

It's a great place if you don't mind turning a 3 minute stop into a 30 minute ordeal. The people that tend to shop here are some of the most high maintenance customers I've ever seen. Oh! You just needed to grab a pack of gum? Not until the 3 people in front of you figure out which coupon they've been hoarding since 1996 they can use on the exchange they still haven't decided on and can't find the receipt for. I feel bad for the employees here.

This pharmacy is HORRIBLE!!! Ive had nothing but problems since switching to them. I went to pick up my sons GERD medication and I was given EYEDROPS then the staff acted like thats what was ordered by his doctor even tho I had his freshly printed medication list in hand and it stated omeprazole.. lastly they wouldnt fill my medication because it was originally accidently sent to another pharmacy before being transferred to theirs and they told me they didnt have the phone number to the other pharmacy so they didnt call to cancel it and fill it there... youve got to be kidding me. I have never seen such unorganization and unprofessionalism in a healthcare setting in my life.

6:30 at night on a Monday in Dec, pitch black out and the sign by the road is out. Wasn't sure if they were even open. Told them their sign was out and got they responded, "oh we just haven't turned it on yet." Picked up 2 extensions cords off a shelf with a bunch of the same cords marked with a large sign saying "50% off this shelf." Staffed decided they weren't 50% off and had been stocked in the wrong place. Worst customer service I've had in a long time. Instead of being Good to a customer they decided it was worth $8 to lose one. Good thing there are 2 other pharmacies right across the street.

Do not trust them with ANY important prescriptions! They do not follow-up with Doctors or prescribing Physicians and they do not communicate anything to you. They basically do NOTHING. I will never use them again.
