Employee name “Bilal” rude, arrogant, very nasty with a bad demeanor. Snaps over the speaker at the drive through. Shoves a full cup of hot coffee with the lid on an angle. I will NEVER go back to this store. We patronize Tim’s 10 times a week. Last time after today. This employee should be terminated for how he treats customers.I did call guest services following this incident. I have never experienced this from any service I ever visited. Several weeks ago he did the same to my wife. She went into the store and confronted him. Tim Hortons should be ashamed of keeping an employee of his character.

This franchise I could easily get used to. Wish we had one here. A Canadian company started in 1964, they haven't delved into CT yet and may not. Closest restaurant to me is White Plains, N.Y. Lucky them and for anyone else close to one. I was unfamiliar with the brand, but as soon as we got to upstate NY, my partner kept pointing them out and saying, "Let's try it!"Taking him up on this one late morning before a destination drive, we noted the drive thru lane was moving fast but long so we decided to go inside and eat. Glad we did. The interior is more upscale and modern than most chains. The only other patrons there were a senior couple seated in front of a built-in gas fireplace with their newspaper and meals. Lots of seating of different types, clean and contemporary with no caricatures or design bent towards children.Because Tim Hortons was created by a Canadian ice hockey player, Tim Horton, and a partner who was in the doughnut business, the franchise still sells doughnuts as part of their product line. Rather than selling hamburgers and chicken, Hortons prefers breakfast and lunch sandwiches with a healthier makeup.They also sell a lot of coffee under their own name, and it's high quality. We bought an original bag to bring home.Choosing what to order as many menu items were attractive, I liked they listed nutritional facts on the board which fortunately, is becoming more common these days. My fresh egg sandwich with bacon and cheese on an English muffin was just what I wanted. The steak and cheddar panini my partner ordered was pressed with grill marks, hot and tasty. He also chose a iced cruller as an add-on side which he enjoyed. We bought a turkey bacon club on a fresh roll to go for someone we were picking up after we left. It was loaded with turkey. The recipient said it was really good.Although owned for eleven years by Wendy's starting in the mid-nineties and now the Brazilian company which owns Burger King, Tim Hortons remains a national treasure in Canada with over 3,500 franchises in the country. Whether there or here in the U.S., I recommend this fast food eatery as a place to sit and grab a quick bite or take-out for the road.

I sent my friend to pickup my mobile order and the manager gave her a HUGE problem about pretty much everything. Refused to give her the timbits for $1 like it said it was online every Tuesday. Then proceeded to tell her that they don’t make the waffle sandwich anymore when it’s very clearly pictured on the menu? Lots of attitude for no reason. Clearly this manager doesn’t know how to treat customers and should not be in that position. I would take the time to go all the way to east henrietta road before getting anything from this location again.

I ordered just a drink - coffee latte with peppermint, after paying more than the sign indicated I waited at least 5 minutes to receive the drink. The line behind me grew, the girl at the window said nothing; like "sorry for the wait". When I finally received it, drove away and started to drink it, it was not peppermint! Just coffee and some whipped cream. That's my last visit to Tim Hortons!

General fare for Tim Hortons. Larger vehicles like pickups need to be cautious in drive thru as the turn is very tight. Former 24hr location, no longer open 24hrs.Parking: Small location. Shares entrance way with Red Roof Inn on West Henrietta Rd. Right turn exit only onto Lehigh.

My favorite go to spot when I want coffee. Love the coffee at Tim's,they always make it exactly how I ask. I've tried different things and have never been disappointed. Employees are really nice and friendly,the restaurant is clean. I wish they were open later than their current hours.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian sandwich options are pretty good

I should probably be used to this by now but I guess it's still annoying. I put an order in online and they messed up my name when I went to go pick it up. They wrote "eggy" on the lid of the coffee cup and they said it again in the drive thru. Honestly that wasn't even the main issue, the order was completely messed up. They put soooo much sugar free hazelnut flavoring in the coffee that it tasted almost toxic. Would not recommend.

The employees are either nice or extremely unfriendly. Food is okay. They need to work on their app and restaurant relationship because it is the worst I've ever experienced.Gave me a completely burned bagel. I hadn't time to go back bc I was already running late. Waste of money.

Had a quick meeting at the Canada chain. It appeared they were understaffed, but got the food and beverages out as well as expected. It's the normal chain you find everywhere. It was clean, but a little chilly. Parking is a little tight and entrances/exits can be tricky if you're not familiar with the area. Quick access to 390 and the Thruway.Parking: Runs the perimeter of the building with a drive through.Wheelchair accessibility: Compliant as per code.

I can't help but agree with others. A nice new building, clean environment, nice place to meet, but bring your own food. The staff appear to be actors hired to pretend to be Tim Hortons employees. All I asked for was extra cream cheese, and the confusion that ensued resulted in a 10 minute phone call to NASA For a clarification on the procedure and some palpable stress. Even I apologized.

Closes doors two hours before closing time , claims no staff, several workers on the shift clearly visible inside and cars waiting over 10 minutes with only two cars in lane, older guy working very rude and not welcoming I think he's the owner.

Great donuts... The rest is a train wreck. Breakfast sandwiches are cold. The woman that runs the drive through I'm assuming is the manager is the most miserable person on the planet. Every morning with her. Acts like she's top dog in there but absolutely miserable. I stopped going just because of her. Not worth dealing with someone like that to start my morning.

The big sign on the door says the dining room is open 24 hrs. It was 5:15 pm when I tried to get in. All locked up. Not a customer in sight. I went to the drive through to see if they were open at all. The drive through worker said they lock the dining room at 5 pm every day because that's what the owner wants. I didn't feel like eating in my car. I left and went to another tim Hortons -- same situation. This chain is going downhill fast

Most of the Tim Hortons you go to are close to the same. So, what really makes a great location is the staff. We had a very friendly woman take our order and take our money at the window. The food wasn't ready in time, so she came out to the truck to deliver it when it was. She was funny and friendly, and she made my wife and I's day. Might drive all the way out to Henrietta from Niagara county just to order there again.

I was excited to visit Tim Hortons since I haven’t been there in about 10 years. I downloaded the app and ordered a coffee, which was great. I tried to use the app for the $1.99 breakfast sandwich and they said it wasn’t working and gave me a blank stare. They saw that I have activated the special but they could not get it to work. They did not offer any help or discount so I went to Wendy’s across the street and gave them my money instead. Their digital coupon worked there but it wasn’t the money but the principal.

My gfriend and I went to Tim Horton's on Jefferson Rd and Winton Rd this morning. It was horrible. I ordered a biscuit sausage breakfast sandwich but got a english muffin. My friend ordered breakfast bacon sandwich and the bacon was raw ... Wasn't even cooked. Coffee was terrible. Never again will I go there. I'll stick to the one in East Rochester. Staff was not friendly at all.

I had an uncomfortable experience at this location. The lady called out an order that sounded similar to what I had ordered. I picked up that order by accident. I realized it and told her about the honest mistake and offered to pay for it. She started yelling and freaking out. She took the order back and stormed to the back. Her coworkers stepped in and took care of the issue. Never going back to this location.

They have no heat, you complain an they ignore you. 30 degrees out an they have the air conditioner running. The woman's bathroom has had a bathroom stall inoperable for 2 years. The new owner should be ashamed an tim Hortons should be ashamed they have a skum owner running there chain

I walked in and was waiting for 5 minutes with no line, but also notice inside the bakery case fruit flies all over the product. Plus another thing I noticed the donuts are a lot smaller than usual which means we're paying the same for less. this place used to be great and then all the sudden it just went downhill I think maybe because new owners suck and also the company itself is downsizing products and expect the customer not to notice. Customers are not stupid.... This will be my last time entering a Tim Hortons.

I went for coffee in a Sunday morning. It was busy,but the cashier was efficient and the line moved quickly. The coffee was hot and fresh and the bagel fresh. Very good for a lite breakfast. My electricity was out due to a wind storm, and they have free wifi and several charging stations. An excellent experience.

I wish my town had a Tim's. This one in particular, they could not make us sandwiches or wraps due to equipment failure but they did not leave us disappointed.they made sure we all got something we wanted and bakery items were fresh and coffee was exceptional. Who ever was working this restaurant at around 12 today (9/29) two girls in particular I wish I got their names but dark curly haired girl and an i want to say the manager on duty they were both awesome 5 thumbs up. Thank you so much !!!!
