Relatively clean, big variety of items to choose from. I was particularly impressed with the wide selection of home goods, including soap, dish cleaning items, etc. They also had items for every single holiday simultaneously... Interesting. There is no handicapped accessible entrance here and no automatic door at the entrance.

This Dollar Tree was the best I've ever shopped.. All shelves were full, no boxes in the aisles waiting to be stocked, no wait lines, very organized, clean and neat.. has all party needs.. I purchased 2 stuffed animals, that were squishy soft for my 2 granddaughters... They were only $5. Each.. some things are more than $1.25, but are very worthy of it... This is a store by itself with plenty of parking, accessible from both roads, Calkins Rd. & E.Henrietta Roads... Courteous workers too!! Enjoy!!👍 Food was fully stocked in reach in refrigerators..

Nice store: clean & well organized. There is a lot of variety in items. Checkout person was very nice and pleasant. Seems like a good location for this store. I mean Dollar Tree is basically the same all over but it really depends on where it is and what type of people come in. I love Dollar Tree and will continue to visit them regardless of where they may be.

Dollar tree is such a fun store. There are aisles and aisles of interesting and colorful things to look at from holiday and home decor, to personal care, gifts, snacks food, and drink. And who doesn't love buying each item for a buck? I know I certainly do!

This Dollar Tree is bigger than the one in Geneseo near my home. It has different products and wider aisles. I think it is much more handicap accessibld and the staff is very friendly.

If an associate cannot be polite to the customers, then maybe they are in the wrong line of work.I asked if the store had chocolate coins and the associate told me in a grumpy and annoyed voice no, and when I kind looked at with her in disgust she replied,"You're not the only one who asked that question you know." Your attitude was inappropriate especially in front of a five year old girl. Show kindness and maybe you will get some back in return.

Lots of parking, but be careful of pot holes. Lots of space inside and aisles & things seem pretty clean, too. When it gets busy the lines don't take too long, unlike other Dollar Generals. Seems like some very good workers on deck!

The newish Dollar Tree on East Henrietta is large and well organized. Great selection. Lots of parking also!Update. 8/6/23 This Dollar now carries the higher end products in the $3 to $5 range!

I will start off by saying this store is probably one of the cleanest and well organized Dollar Trees that I have been too.The low review score is because of the manager's "attitude" towards customer service.We purchased a toy that our son was excited for. After we opened it at home, we realized that one of the pieces was actually defective. When I went back to the store to ask for an exchange, the manager's response was "you can't exchange it after you've opened it" which is asinine because the only way to tell the toy was defective was to actually open.Then she started to say that i could try to jerry-rig a fix to make to the toy work. All this to avoid having to allow me to exchange a defective toy.The cashier was very friendly and helpful. Wish the manager was as professional as the people that she manages.

Went to Dollar Tree on East Henrietta Road to exchange some items. I handed the girl at the register the bag and showed her the receipt. I asked her if I should take the bag with me or keep it at the register and she said, she would keep it at the register. I went to go get the items I wanted to exchange and went back up to the register. My bag of the items I was exchanging was missing. Apparently a customer walked off with it. They called the manager of the store to see what to do. The managers response was there was nothing they could do. This is totally uncalled for. It was not my mistake it was theirs and now I am out my money. They need to eat the cost as it was their mistake not mine.

I went to dollar tree on 9/26 around 2:30pm and found what I was looking for. What made my experience bad was the cashier didn’t speak and after ringing my purchase, put the receipt on the counter and turn to start talking to someone. Cashier needs to learn customer service skills

I was just in the Henrietta store in Rochester NY and my family and I encountered the WORST cashier! His name was Tom. We watched him disrespect and be plain out RUDE to an elderly female customer. He didn't try that attitude with us, probably because we're young and my husband was with me. I wouldn't have said anything but my teenage daughter is still talking about it 20 or so minutes later. She was so upset by what she saw. Hopefully someone will offer this guy some training in customer care!

Ella or Elle very rude to elderly and telling people that they are related because they came together. How the hell can you say that they are related? You judged them because they were of the same culture. This is not the first time as I was told by another person who I do not know while waiting in the other line. With a nice cashier I had. So 2660 E. Henrietta Rd. Very bad customer service . Flexing unnecessary muscle to others when this should be a time a kindness and being helpful to all. She will cause a riot if not getting this under control. People are scared 😬.

Everytime I go to this location it's closed. I went Monday at 8:54pm and was closed. I went today (Tuesday) at 7:20pm and was closed again. Hours says 10pm so what's really going on? Why it's always closed hours b4 10?

The experience here is hit or miss. Either is clean or it's not. Either people are rude or normal. It's not a bad location or a good one. It's what you'd expect from a Dollar Tree.

The cashier was very kind. I had purchased glass mugs and she did not have any paper to wrap them in. She wrapped them in bags instead. When I got home all three of them broke. I called the store and they said I could buy new ones and not get the ones I had just bought replaced since they didn’t have the paper it’s not their fault.

An older gentleman cashed out my girlfriend and her mom and he was very rude to them. They greeted him and he ignored them and said nothing in return. When he was asked a question he replied with an attitude.
