First of all this review is not intended as a reflection of this store or all the other employees. Its directed towards one employee. I usually stop here often on my way home from work. The workers here have all been very helpful and courteous except for tonight. Recently there has been a new woman working here who has extremely poor customer service and quite unprofessional. This was the second I had her as a sales clerk and had to ask her for a bag for my groceries. The first time she just set it on the counter and I bagged my own items. Tonight she set the bag on the counter again. When I asked her if they don't bag groceries anymore she responded you asked for a bag. Apparently she expects customers to bag their own items. Then just walked away. The other gentleman came over and bagged it for me. Then when I went out to pump the gas, she never even set the pump up . I had to go back inside. Perhaps I'm wrong but I've never had anyone else expect me to bag my own products unless it was a self checkout.

This is the best 7-11 around . The staff is professional , friendly and realky care about The customers . Managers are always on site . They work very hard. Never call out no matter what, make sure the store employees are happy. They are even kind to those who dont bother to show up for their shifts and try to figure out how they can make things better for them . They always work on their days off to make sure tgubgs are running to the best of their ability. This is the type of team i used to Manage yrs ago. Hard , Dedicated workers . The owner is amzzzzing! Honestly , They should get a Community medal !!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

2/2/2021 3:30 I had gone into store to buy gas and dry gas . The young gentleman was so helpful . My cars gas cover was stuck and he went out of his way in the freezing weather to help and figured it out !!! little did i know if car is locked the gas cover wont pop open . ( new car to me - i didn't know :) THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!!

Complete lack of enforcement of New York's face mask mandate during the COVID-19 pandemic. The cashier was wearing her mask around her neck, a person stocking shelves had no mask, and several customers were allowed into the store without a mask.

Last time i was there , m from ohio and some lady accidentally did my double transaction, they had took my 11 doller more money from the actual price , i just know that when ever i see my online banking account!! I need help how can i get my money back????

If y'all hungry and need some snacks just grab 5 dollaz and get you some trollis and an XL slurpee. I love the fact that there is a 7 eleven next to my neighborhood. Thanks for everything.

Picked up a pizza for lunch, not that great for the price, could have easily gotten a cheaper frozen pizza that was much better! xD

It was once chicken. Idk what was done to it. Squishy chicken. Slow dim staff. Ditto for manager , whose priority was not customers.
