Shop the other day on Friday & one of the managers bag searched me without any cause, they need to check well surveillance camera & have strong proof before accusing someone of stealing that's how Keyfood loses customers from shopping. also the young person spainsh light skin in diary/juice stocker has to stop making imaginary accusations of thefting & needs training classes on who's stealing at store tienda's !

The store is very neat with nice and clear displays. No matter what the time of the day there are always plenty of people working on the floor to take care of the customers. There are also always plenty of cashiers so if there are ever lines then the lines move very fast. I am usually out in less than 10 minutes.

I love this store. But the problem is that they got mold on the Polly-O shredded cheese on to make some tacos. And they also sell moldy blackberries last Tuesday. Do better Key Food!

The Store is always clean but the cashiers should be more respectful and smile. It doesn’t take a lot to smile and say hello. The parking lot needs to be cleaned because I smell rotten food and a dirty smell always coming from that lot. Key Food should power wash the area and disinfect it even where the bottles are recycled.

Great service! Always wants the customer to be happy and helpful. I left groceries in a taxi one day, my groceries were brought back to the store. I called the store and they told me they had my food and brought it to me for free. I love this store and the prices are amazing.

This grocery store is convenient because of its location easy to walk or drive to. The bakery is good its fresh pastries and breads, because of food prices raising so often its becoming expensiveThe down side of it is constant overcrowding of people an. The small fish market needs better ventilation to cut back of the smell of fish and fresh chicken so close by.My husband and I had to return a few packages of steak that turned brown only after 3 days of purchase an placed in freezer once we got home within minutes after grocery shopping.The store is always clean which is a plus.

This Key Food is an unsatisfactory experience for Africa's.98% of the employees definitely behave as if there is no want for African American presence in the store but of course they don't care if we spend our money for such disrespect. I remember when most latin people were friendly. They fooled me but no more. The way I defend my BEAUTIFUL BLACKNESS IS TO NOT SPEND A PENNY IN THIS Key Food. Since they don't want us they don't deserve my money.

Key food has changed drastically. That's why they are losing customers. They raise their prices on you and I bet if you investigate you will find price gouging. I have shop here on and off for over 30 years. After my visit the other day, sorry to say it was my last.

That store is really nice. I like the new renovations that was made. Truely amazing! The food is very fresh. The fresh veggies i bought were huge. The store is clean. As soon as you walk in, it's open area, it is like you can find everything you need at a glance. The fresh fruit looks delish. Prices reasonable with the times. Great shopping experience!!

Very clean and orderly.I as a black man experienced racisim at quite a few spanish supermarkets always with a woman cashier who blatently have treated me differently than a customer who was white or spanish.I dont detect any of that here .The cashiers are very nice which makes me want to return.

I don't like they customer service they treat the Spanish customers better than they treat a Black customers and this is from experience the only reason why I shop there sometimes is the fish market or they might have something that Bravo don't have that I need immediately otherwise I try my best to avoid them

I stopped in to get some green vegetables for cooking. They have cilantro, green onions (scallions) and even leeks. Usually $1or under per bunch! I had a quick checkout experience Friday around 5 pm.

Not sure the best customer service. The store hours on website states this store closes at 9pm. I called at 8:30pm to verify , and the woman on the phone said in 20 min we will close. I got there less than 5min and the manager met us at the door very rude making gestures that they are closed. It wasn't even 8:35 pm yet. I manage to tell him that I only need a few things and he let me get the items. He made me feel like he was doing me a favor by letting come in to shop.

Store was expanded but not all organized yet. Couldnt find frozen potato patties? What?? Who doesnt carry that...lol anyway the checkout lines were too crowded. Otherwise when they get all settled and organized its going to be great i believe.

Dirty with bad customer service and we felt discriminated against since we are non-Spanish speaking Caucasians. We purchased a box of cereal which an employee packed and put heavier items on top of box causing it to rip on bottom and then they would not take it back!!

If you are on the market for some very specific ingredients to prepare Latino and Spanish foods this is your place. Though, as other reviews mention, it is overpriced and the parking is horrendous. Still, if you are in for an adventure, fret not!

The Spanish Puerto Rican man behind the deli have to know how to change his gloves when he's dealing with money he did not change his glove with dealing with the money and steel cut cold cuts with that glove on that is a safety issue with the fool when he's dealing with a customer but after all the services in the store it was okay
