Picking up a prescription at the Henry St. location is as if you were begging for service. The people at the counter are rude, unfriendly, obnoxious. I've had several bad experiences here. As of May 2024, I'm done!Not visiting this store again!!!

Initially came in around 2pm and my RX order was never received when I placed it online so an associate put it in for me via drive thru services. Then I come back around 5:50 and get helped by an associate named Selena who was outright rude. She was getting off of work at 6 pm and made it very clear. She initially was helping me with my prescription and decided I was too much work because she turned to me and told me my RX order wasn’t her problem since it’s now 6pm and proceeded to clock out with the same computer she was helping me on instead of having decorum and clocking out else where. The nastiness was uncalled for I only came to pick up my order. The issue was my order was never put in at 2pm with the drive thru (for the second time) so it really was outright disrespectful to be nasty when it wasn’t my fault. She got off at 6pm on Saturday 2/4 and made it clear so I’ll make it clear. I don’t even know if they lied about her name since another associate only cared that I asked for her name. Didn’t really care about her horrible service; wanted to hear gossip and asked me not to leave a bad review. Save your headache go to a different location or just go to Target if you don’t want to deal with unnecessary attitude and unsatisfactory performance.

If I could do a negative star I would…. Horrible customer service, horrible wait time on the phone. This is THE ONLY CVS I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH!!!!!!

While the overall store never gives any issues the pharmacy department is a complete disaster and no matter how many times you fill a prescription here, without fail it won't be ready on time. And when you come back when they say they are, it still won't be ready because the communication is so bad inside that they won't tell the rest of the team to work on a prescription to have ready or they forget you are supposed to come back at all. If you have prescriptions being sent here, unless it's the only location you can physically get to for them I'd highly recommended moving prescriptions to another location ASAP, and save yourself the headache of back and forth trips and hours of waiting on lines.

Bad service bathroom working and they have sign of not in order they lied and don’t let customers use the bathroom and lock doors for emergency my son pee on him self because they didn’t want let me use it

I've had to deal with withdrawal from my medications multiple times because of this terrible place. I can't get a prescription on time, they never pick up the phone, and kk they constantly leave me stuck without what I need and with no recourse. I am forced to use them because of my insurance, but I would go anywhere else if l could. I'm currently several days into waiting for not one, but two late prescriptions. And there is nothing I can do about it but stand in line for an hour to be told they can't help. No one cares here.

I've been using cvs for over 20 yrs and have loved the experience for the most part. however this location has made me not want to deal with cvs for my prescription needs. service here is horrible. they never have your meds in on time. They never answer the phones. whenever i call to check on my prescriptions im on hold for over an hr and no answer. i end up driving there only to be told my prescription is not ready. i could save myself the trip if they would answer the damn phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CVS TO ANYONE. looks like I'll be switching to the walgreens that is a block away from my house.

The pharmacy is so slow, I have never once gotten my meds easily nor on time. The workers have been repeatedly rude and loud. Its like the DMV, where they tell you to wait in adifferent line repetidly, ignore you, and ask you to please wait an hour. I have gone through withdrawal MULTIPLE TIMES due to the STRIGHT UP LOSING my ordered meds. I need to move my meds elsewhere

My husband and I went there for our Covid 19 vaccinations. Pharmacist was very on point. He was very efficient, systematic, hygienic, light handed during injections’ administration. Highly commendable.

The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They keep, conveniently forgetting my insurance information in an attempt to make me pay out of pocket. I was having an asthma attack and they told me to come back for my albuterol tomorrow because they can't figure out why I have to pay more than the last time I bought the same albuterol. They told me they were closing in a few minutes and I have to come back. How about some compassion? The mom and pops parties are way better. I will not be filling my scripts here any more..

I forgot how terrible this place is, I don’t know why I kept going to a big branded pharmacy that would still charge me a couple of dollars for my prescription. I should never be charged I don’t have a co pay or anything. Most times the prescription is never filled, the workers are incompetent and hate themselves. They look miserable and they don’t know how to properly function a line. Will give you problems each time you fill your medication. Long lines for no reasons, confusing lines, when something is wrong speaking to a pharmacist is like pulling teeth, very abusive. It’s just laughable that they still aren’t closed, honestly go to a mom and pop owned pharmacy Instead.OMG they have people( employees probably) writing reviews for them lol!

I have shopped in this store for years.Grateful to say I have never had a bad experience.The manager and staff are courteous,kind and patient with all customers.I have witnessed rude and unruly customers take out their frustrations on these folks, just doing their job. There is no reason for that. I appreciate the manager and his staff,and how hard they work,everyday to accommodate customers needs.Maybe these hard to please customers should be more like me. Find the "good" in the situation,a little gratitude goes a long way.

Not sure what's happened here in the past few years, but the pharmacy has really gone down hill. Between lost medicines and prescriptions falling through the cracks, it hurts to see a good thing go bad.

The staff at this local CVS pharmacy is rude and unprofessional. Mostly the staff at pharmacy in the back they yell and scream at their customers. They never answers the phones and have extreme hold times.I decided to go in thru the drive thru line to pick up my prescription and there was 6 mins left until they close the drive thru window and I was there prior to that and received the wrong prescription when I realized it I went back around and went to the window when a lady came to it screaming " we close in 6 minutes you must come inside" she didn't even let me explain the situation.I'm almost 8 months pregnant and I had to drive around and walk where I barely can get out of my car.This is unacceptable how they treat there customers.Management needs to get new staff and fix this bad customer service problem!!!!!!

I been coming to this CVS for 12 years , but the past 3 months have been the worst experience of my life !!! My mother a cancer patient medication RX has been messed up so many times and the head of the pharmacy doesn’t even have the guts to help out just look away while I argue with there brand new staff, I have reported them to corporate multiple times in the past 2 months. They told my dad a RX wasnt at the pharmacy when I personally saw the doctor send it to pharmacy and verified maybe because as a RN I have access to the doctors system. The lying, the no compassion!!! This is peoples life ,patients need there medication to help !! I wish I could give a zero , just to avoid all the frustrations go else where , thank god for curemed RX in new Hyde park for helping me with all my moms needs

Pharmacy is really disappointing I went to a doctors visit Monday 11/14 for asthma got my nebulizer the next day from the doctors and it’s now 11/23 and I’m still waiting on albuterol sulfate to come in I was told to wait till Saturday 11/19 went in to pick today and they told me there out of stock it’s always something with this pharmacy I’m done coming here for medication.

I have been trying to reach this pharmacy by phone for several days to find out the status of a couple of my prescriptions.One was on order but it has been 3 weeks and no word from them.The others are ready for refill but the website says I have to speak to the pharmacist. You can't reach them. I have been on hold for as long as an hour before hanging up or being disconnected. One of these meds I am supposed to take daily for the rest of my life. I took the last one this morning. Wish me well.
