Friendly staff. Great customer service. Very diverse selection of goods offered. Reminds me of an old country store where you could buy just about anything.I special order multiple bags of Southern States dog foods from them. Have been taking the long drive down from Rochester for over a year because of the service and prices.

I enjoy the atmosphere here. I feel like I took a step back in time each time I walk in the door. Everyone is pleasant and willing to take time to talk with you, and the prices are reasonable. If you miss the smells, sights, and sounds of the old feed store, its worth dropping in for just that.

They are nice but have made a few mistakes with charging incorrectly and not catching it. Seems like it's an ongoing issue. It's happened to us 7 times in the last 3 years.

I can not stress enough how appreciative I am for the incredible service and communication Hemlock's offers. I am an international level rider and trainer with a very large boarding, training facility. I recently changed my barn over to new feed and started using Hemlock's. Every step of the way they have been extremely accommodating and effecient. I have used numerous feed stores over the yrs in the horse industry and hands down Hemlock's has been by far the best to work with.
