I called the location before my arrival when I got to the store with my granddaughter the staff catered to her. She was getting her first pet a Betta fish. Just loved how nice they were in the store. Great customer service.

Today I went to this Pet Valu to look for a coat for my lab who unfortunately had to be shaved to due major surgery. The woman there was able to show us adorable ones which we quickly fought over lol. I also requested if she knew where I could find treats with high in protein but low in fat, thinking that's probably improbable, but, she knew the exact ones that would be perfect. It looked like she really knew her products and how to talk to and help customers. My parents and I actually commented about great customer service at the same time. Will be a returning customer!

Great customer service and knowledge. However, they don't have a large selection. I also wish they had the dog baths here though, because I have to drive all the way to Commack, meanwhile I have one around the corner.

Used the self serve dog wash today for the first time. Definitely will not be the last. It was great. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. Loved it!!!

What a great place! I didn't know they were there I'm so glad we found them. You got to go there to bathe your dog during the winter you can't beat the price and its top notch

Every time I go there they are very helpful. They do have a limited selection but they can always help you find something comparable to what you are looking for if they don't carry something your need. Exceptional customer service every time.
