Purchased an undergravel filter it did not get broken during shipping it was broken because of the way PennPlax packed it Order the second one same problem and they have no phone number for any elderly or disabled customers to call we're all supposed to email them and do things that some of us physically cannot do and with the chamber of commerce they have the wrong phone number listed for them and it wants to give you an offer for some kind of trip at least the chamber of commerce should make sure that the phone number for them is correct I used to carry their products in my pet store and I'm disgusted with them at this point. Update when the called thet didn't care about the lost fish or what I've paid for that I still don't have I said and asked to speak to someone above the woman I had she said she'd send it on and gave my usual availability and phone number to.STILL NO CALL.........Also She first blamed Amazon for it and that was debunked immediately with the second one they sent me that was pillow packed in a bigger box than needed to make sure nothing happened to it then she finally admitted yes it is a problem with our packaging so I'm still waiting for the call from somebody higher up than her and I expect that call!!!!

Came across their Baby Shark Betta tank at Walmart. It's far too small for any fish to thrive in and promotes the idea that fish are toys. It's honestly animal abuse and I do not stand for it.

So far support its been a nightmare , they simply just said that they don't sell replacement parts , they do not provide number for the superiors, hopefully this gets some ones attention.

0 out of 5 stars- unresponsive customer service. Your phone call goes to voice mail and you will never get a call back. I would conclude their 3 yr warranty is useless.I bought a brand new canister and a part was missing. I left several voice mail messages but never got a response. Had to bring the product back to the retailer. Very disappointed.

Did not honor guarantee and no reply or help at all, canister lasted 2 months guarantee was 3 yrs, very poor service
