So far so good! Did self checkout but no bag or anything available for purchase so good that I got my own bag. Not a lot of good deals; just average. Overall, Walmart is a fun place to shop with different departments from food to clothes, and almost everything you need! They do have pretty good back to school supplies now!

Walmart surprisingly has the largest display of organic fruits and veggies! When we run out of our own organically grown veggies we have a place to go ! Wish they would involve more local farmers like ourselves @ambrosiafarmsny

Came into the sporting goods department to buy some rounds. Nobody was around.... Pressed the call button several times and nobody answered. Walked around the whole store and asked 3 or 4 employees to speak with a manager who said to go to customer service. Finally found a manager over in grocery who explained the only employee in the store trained to run background checks was on lunch until 5:45. Went back to sporting goods and waited for said employee to return from lunch. Pressed the call button a few more times and waited some more....... Beyond frustrating and a complete waste of time....

They have taken away both sanitizing wipes and towels near both entrances. When I asked an employee why and if they were just out, they said the district manager thought "they looked sloppy." Um, no. I think that's corporate greed and makes me want to shop elsewhere- where they care about my health!Furthermore, they have a horrible layout now.If you go early, like 7, to beat the business, there are Walmart employee shoppers with huge trolleys everywhere, taking up the aisle.Also, very few, if any employees ever say hello and greet you. It all feels very impersonal and robotoic.

What can I say it's wallmart they got everything you need at the best price thays why there are no mom and pop stores anymore maybe Walmart should run the country maybe then our tax dollars would not go to waste they became the largest business in the world in 15 years and or government has had programs for over 70 years and lose money and fail every year 🤔 wallmart for president 🤔

Self check out missing bags to purchase, so I went to use an actual cashier purchased the bags with the groceries....since when do cashiers not bag for you. And if you ask, you get told it's not my job in a rude unprofessional manner. Walmart has hit a all time low in every aspect = selfish staff + low quality service.

This store is horrible they have loss prevention following you if you stay to long in one spot an then they accuse you of stealing when u not even done shopping an self check out is a joke If u make it threw that getting bye the employee's at the door practically frickin u at the door be for you leave it's nutts I don't bother to stopping cause they touch my food I don't want it I don't know where there dirty hand have been with COVID going around I not taking the risk but I would recommend not going there but go to any Walmart in Utica

Used there service center to purchase 4 tires and have them installed. I was told it would take 1 hour was stuck there almost three hours the staff behind the counter are awful with little knowledge and make you feel invisible won't be back

I was not happy at Walmart I had a cart with items in it & my personal bags, I walked away to look for something& they took my cart I will not leave my cart like that. Nobody seem to care!😪

this been happing for now 3 months i order from this Walmart's weekly and they delivered to the wrong address and i have to go and get my stuff and then i try calling new Hartford Walmart's and no one picks up the phone how nice is this over 500.00 we ordered and had to go get it from another house I'm very disappointed in this

Very polite and helpful staff.Clean store & always friendly as well but it's become somewhat of a military occupied zone especially when it comes to self checkout.. makes me not even want to use that option but unfortunately it's the only one available when I'm free from work to shop. Still a great store.

This is definitely one of the nicer Walmart locations I've been to. The floors and asiles seemed clean and well organized, even the toy sections wasn't too out of place.We mostly spent time in the electron section looking for games and movies. While they didn't have a great selection of games to choose from. They had just about every movie know to mankind available.The staff we pleasant but didn't seem to go out of the way to help customers.The only reason I didn't give this location a five star review is because they had school supplies put already...

Oh god… this place is a HOLE! I avoid going to this location as much as possible, and tonight I remembered why. The store was absolutely filthy. The selves have clearly been neglected for a while and the service was a joke. At one point my husband asked a employee if he could direct us to the rice. He just kept walking. We thought he was taking us to the isle, but nope! He was just walking. We couldn’t help but burst into laughter. Come on people, DO BETTER!

CAW. First off, the area where this building is located is a complete nightmare. I hate going up into that plaza because people in this area love to take chances and don't care caw caw, they drive like they're filming the next Jason Bourne movie.Parking lot also has a many one way areas which I find strange with a place that has about 5 different entrances into it's location caw caw.Other than that be prepared to WAIT if you have more than 20 items, cashiers they have either 1. Don't speak English 2. They have little to no retail experience and sense of urgency. 3. They're super old and they just flat out don't care caw caw.Overall to me it's not worth the hassle of fighting the traffic in the plaza and dealing with cashiers who take so long that my milk spoils before I get home.

Now we usually love shopping here. But when me and my daughter were shopping there recently it was the worst shopping experience we have ever had at any Walmart.First off we went in & was going to stop at their deli & get food before it closed for the evening. We decide not to after standing for only a few minutes listening to there so called "manager" that was behind the deli, name tag states his name is DJ. He was really rude, belittling, & belligerent to his fellow employees. So much, so we were afraid of asking for food. because we didn't want to see these poor employee's get spoken to like this any longer & didn't want them to suffer any further repercussions for anything else. We couldn't believe that Walmart is now allowing such people into management positions.Second, we shop around the store picking up things that are in full compliance with the WIC program. Only to be told at the checkouts that by Walmart policy we are only allowed to buy their Walmart brand a.k.a. Great Value products now, REGARDLESS of what the WIC pamphlet states. Well I guess we will cashing WIC checks elsewhere now, as Walmart is no longer complying with WIC policy's and forcing us to buy their brand, when WIC gives us a list of what kinds we can and can not buy.We did call and report this to the WIC Program! Also have been telling everyone we know that's on WIC. Hopefully, everyone will boycott using their WIC checks at any Walmart's as they restricting your ability to purchase what WIC allows! Unbelievable!

Hello... welcome to Wal-Mart!! Lol everybody knows what Wal-Mart in general is so, this location is a superstore with a Tire Lube Center, Optical center, in store bank (Woodlawn) , and a hair place. It is located at the West end of the village just along rt5. Staff here is always friendly and go out of their way for customers.Almost nightly we go to tjis location to walk around and browse and rarely come jome with nothing.The only thing that I have noticed, and have noticed this in several other Wal-Mart location, is that at late night they turn of the coolers that maintain the freezers off and you can smell the wet cardboard/ spoiled food smell almost nightly here. For this reason we do not buy any frozen items from any Wal-Mart location.

If there was zero star, I'd have clicked that!There's never enough cashiers. They refinish the floors during store hours. Why can't they do that when the store is closed??The entire dairy cooler was empty. And there were a few Sam's club waters. Otherwise, that shelf was also empty!These are the worst things! I don't like making several trips to other stores.Most of the card machines are held up with gum packages..multimillion dollar company and that's the solution? Pathetic! Prices are rising, not a few cents but 8-10 cents or more at a time. Bananas are now 50 plus cents a lb. If they don't get better, I'd rather spend a little more for better quality and cashiers to get out of the store at Price Chopper or Hannaford.I buy my meats at Hannaford.

Very busy place which I can understand it's Walmart but the workers are unprofessional. On top of that I was sold undercooked fried chicken. I'm upset about the situation because I don't drive so it's not like I can just return it "right away" but I'm definitely returning this. And I bite into it. I just hope I don't get sick plus my children ate the legs so hope they don't get sick!!!!!!!!

A hot mess moving everything in the store all around again. Now the makeup aisle is where the grills and outdoor furniture used to be. But yet the beauty creams and beauty skin treatments are in a completely different spot where they used to be together with the makeup. It's crazy. I couldn't find anything
