I really like going to Target in New Hartford. They have lots of good things to buy, and their fruits and vegetables are always fresh. Everything looks nice and clean and the people who work there are nice and helpful, which makes shopping easy. Target is a good place to find things like clothes, cool stuff, and things for your home. I like going there because they always have what I need. If you want to buy things that are good quality and tasty food, you should go to Target in New Hartford.

Has happened One too many times that when I ordered Food items Online from you that they are outdated. This is why I was not even interested in buying a gift card for your store Even at 10% off. Who knows how sick one can get from eating the food from Your store. Walmart is much more Trustworthy. These items were picked up on 4/17

You can always believe in target! 🎯. A great place to shop, and sometimes stores offers its own clearance toys. Staff members were so nice and friendly, it made shopping easy! Thank you ~

One person working the customer service area. He's running around doing order pickups and dealing with returns at the same time. Long line. He couldn't help me with my email gift certificate question. Then it was my job to run around looking for a manager supervisor. Hadto interrupt a cashier they couldn't find one either. Then someone finally came and said I needed to call Target gift cards . The store is fine if you know what you need and leave.

I went into the target that is located in the Singletown mall in new Hartford New York. I had to go get a prescription from CVS, which is inside that target. Have a lot of nice stuff in there and I saw a sweater that caught my eye while I was waiting in line and I saw that it was 40% off and I got it in a really good price. I live for deals . It’s bright and cherry and all my patients at work Love it.

Usually this store doesn’t look this bad but we couldn’t even walk down some aisles they were so messy. The toys and shoes were the worst. If you’re pushing a cart then just forget it. The staff was friendly and the deals are good but this store needs a little Marie Kondo.

Very poor experience, store was an absolute mess. Tried to purchase an item that would not scan even though it is a normally stocked item and was told I could not be sold said item. Manager Kim k. would not assist me in any way and treated me with no respect whatsoever. Can not reccomend avoiding this target enough

I tried on 12-13-2023 and 12-14-2023 to call this store. Not one prompt answered and that includes the Pharmacy. I wanted to ask a simple question if they carried something I was looking for. It is absolutely ridiculous that not one person picks up the phone. I wouldn't go there if they gave me my item for free. Bad store for customer service.

THE WORST. This store needs new management/ new employees! Tear it down and start over! I try to visit Targets in other cities, since this one is the worst!

I recently went for an exchange. I chatted with customer service prior and I was very pleased with their service. I was advised in chat that the in store team would be able to help me with my return. Once I arrived at store the team was able to help and actually exceeded my expectations. After the past few years I have lowered my expectations in a lot of areas so I was very pleasantly surprised at this experience! And felt it deserved a review because I had also stopped writing reviews. Very beyond happy with my new Kuerig, it’s actually better than my previous one! Thank you!

I tried calling this target four different times to find out if they have a specific toy that I’m looking for. They don’t answer the phone. And I was hung up on. I like target but there phone service is horrible. A little advice don’t call them.

This Target is always clean, bright and orderly and well stocked with a wide choice of items in all departments. Prices are competitive. I have been a satisfied customer for many years.

Lately Target stores are starting to look like Sears/Kmart stores as they were going out of business.Items out of place, garbage on shelves blocking said items and unhelpful employees.It seems those who have jobs there don't put forth a good effort of performing their duties, but rather talk to one another.

Target's pretty awesome as we all know. Prices could use a slight improvement, more sales would be nice. If you have the circle app though you save considerably more as it's easier to spot deals. You can scan the barcode to find the price and any associated sales. This particular target I've never had any big issues at with staff or store. Nice enough & clean enough. Staff won't be going out of their way to greet or help you though.

I just wanted to say thanks to Melissa! She was at the front customer service and transformed me back to baby! When no one picked up she went back to the section herself to check to see if they had formula before I drove 30 mins to get it! She went above and beyond to help me get the specific formula I needed for my 3 month old! She was super kind, efficient and an overall amazing human being! Her kindness made my stressful experience better and because of her I will continue to buy my babies Necessities from target! Thanks again, Melissa! You Rock and deserve to be Recognize for your dedication and wonderful customer service!

Great Target store!! They have awesome customer service. They help you find things, and returns/problems are easily fixed here. They have a good selection of quality products. Their curbside pick up is the best. They are SO fast at getting your order out to your car and they are so friendly. They also have great cashiers, and they also have self checkout. You do not have to pay for bags here either.

I would just like to start off by saying I am not one to leave a nasty review. Shopped for groceries today and this is the THIRD time I’ve bought something that was expired or bad!! I should have checked the date myself, but how are they allowed to keep these things on the shelf?! I’ve purchased the good and gather lunchables and when I opened it, there was mold all over the ham. Another time I was given bad cucumbers. As soon as I opened the bag after a pick up, they were soft and squishy, clearly rotten. Then today I grabbed a package of turkey hotdogs to get home and open the bag to see the expiration date was November 24, 2022. Mind you today is December 8 and they were still on the shelves!! I am disgusted that it’s not even checked!!! when I called to let them know, they let me know if I brought the product back, they would refund me. Why would anyone hold onto a bad/moldy product just to bring it back in a different day. That’s disgusting. Should just be refunded, ESPECIALLY since it’s the THIRD time it’s happened to just me! The first and second time I called just to let someone know trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Now I’m disgusted. Check all the dates from the groceries you buy at the new Hartford target!!!

Curb side pick up. Did order online. Text to phone when ready. Use Target app. To pick up your order about 3to 7 minutes. They will load it into car and your gone. Good people great service

I uses to really like this Target, but lately the employees just dont care about customers like they used to. At other locations employees had no problem going back to look for items, but now theyre just rude and dont want to be bothered to do anythinf but the bare minimum in their jobs. Especially the two men who work in the toy section and in the back of the store. Very rude :\

I was frantically looking for Crisco sticks bec I don’t like to measure Crisco for a cookie recipe I use. Not one grocery store had them, so in a last ditch effort, I went to Target. Lo and behold, I bought the last 2 they had! Let the baking commence!!!!
