We went for a TSA appointment it was so fast process, Kyle should have the number 1 for customer service. He explained all the process very detailed. Also the store very clean and every one super helpful . They have even the USA passport pictures in 10 minutes done .

Perfect place for office shopping, UPS, printing, Amazon Hub, TSA pre-check and passport pictures. Super nice costumer service and very fast! Some prices are even cheaper than Amazon. Love it!

I've been to this store forever and everyone is normally so nice and helpful, but today we encountered an unpleasant and unhelpful and quite frankly rude employee named Gabby. She was cold and unhelpful to us, giving 1 word answers, and was extremely rude to someone behind us in line as well who was clearly confused on something.

I purchased a desk and a chair totaling $315. We went to put the desk together. I hired help, we got halfway through we’re missing a part, and one of the parts was made wrong. I called the manager he said to call the 800 number they would ship me the right part and the missing part in a couple days. When I called they told me there was like a 15 day wait for the parts. I wasn’t going to wait because are too many other places to purchase from. I proceeded to open the box to the chair and assemble that and there was a broken part in that also . I had to return everything I bought. The manager never even offered a small gift card to the store for my inconvenience. With the prices of gas and having to return some thing I purchased didn’t make me a happy customer. It wasn’t my fault.

Went to staples this evening at 6pm. Store closes at 9. I asked the guy at the copy desk to make 55 copies of 2 sheets of paper. I had the card stock with me that I purchased from staples last week. Even though there were zero customers in the store the guy told me I had to wait till tomorrow morning. Zero customers in the store and the guy couldn’t make 55 lousy copies? I’ll never go here again. Thanks Staples!!

Needed a large color poster printed and wasn't sure about dimensions. Marianna helped me figure out all the details and fit perfectly. Printing quality and lamination exceeded expectation and Marianna had my order ready much faster than expected. Really great customer service, thank you Marianna!!!

I stopped at Staples today after stopping at another big name brand store ( that could not help me) looking for a charger. I was blown away with the customer service. The moment I walked through the door the cashier directed me to the exact spot I needed to go and when I came back to cash out another gentleman made sure I had the right product and even opened the box to compare the one I brought with me with the one I was about to purchase.I will being going back for all of my office needs in the future. Outstanding service and knowledge!!!

I go in to buy a file cabinet . They have all on display. Come to find out that they don't have any in stock. I ask about floor model they tell Me they don't sell floor models. Staples can go to hell. Rude customer service. I was about to spend about 300 in store today. Don't ever shop there.

Do not buy computers at this store. When the computer was not what I wanted or expected in quality they refused to refund setup fee. I called Best Buy and asked if they would have returned setup fee if I’d bought it from there and they said yes. I will never go in this store again.

One of the better Staples stores. The staff & supervisors are friendly and helpful. There were a couple of times when the item I wanted wasn't in stock, but they led me to a kiosk, and helped me place an order that would be shipped, free of charge, to my doorstep. Great customer service! Highly recommended.

People were friendly, but service was slow. I waited there with only one other man in line at the printing part. He was being helped by an associate. There was another helping me as well as doing other this simultaneously, which really slowed the process. Just help get me out of there and go back to the other work. Customers first.

Looking for printer inks. Was looking for a specific number on the brother inks. Search them for over 10 minutes while an employee was right next to me in the aisle unloading boxes. Never once asked if she could help me. Cash register guy was way too serious. Couldn't get him to crack a smile for nothing.

Staff is usually decently helpful. Store is neat and clean and easy to navigate. The print/fax/etc. functions are easy to use and to figure out yourself; and if you can't, the print center staff will help you out.

Worst customer service ever! When I described a product I was looking for, the sales associate appeared puzzled and walked away. I assumed he went to ask another sales associate where about the product. Instead of returning to tell me he was not able to help me, after waiting almost 20 minutes for him to return, I found him in another area of the store helping another customer with a transaction at the customer service area. He should have shown common courtesy but chose to let me just stand there waiting for him to return. It is obvious to me that Staples does not train their employees in customer service because there is none. I operate 3 offices in varying locations and will never waste my time at a Staples store again.

Horrible experience. I wish we had more options here in town because I don't ever want to return. I came in with a USB and wanted to get something printed. I was also hoping to get help. The woman told me I had to go home and send it online. I asked if I could do it there and she refused. I got home and it took me forever to figure out how to upload. Finally it was sent and I was able to order in the evening. I called the next afternoon and asked if it was done . I was told it was. I made a special trip to go pick it up and it wasn't even started. They told me to come back again tonight.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of home office, school, and business supply's, computers, printers, and furniture. They also have several copy machines that take credit cards, so no waiting to pay for your copies in a line. They have UPS pick up there if you need to ship something. Also have public restrooms.

Worst experience. Justin the guy in copy department is zero help. And had his pants sagging so low you could see his butt. Not professional at all. Wish there was an office max or office depot instead. Poor customer service here all around. If I had a choice I wouldn't return.

Worst Ever!!!😡 4 freakin printers all I wanted was 10 copies of 4 pages..... none of them worked. Instead of just making them for me... the associate told me in her nasal voice "I can do it, but it's going to be 15 min"... I was already there for 15 min. Smh

Copy center needs help. Staples better listen and train their staff better. It seems that I'm not he only one with issues with the copy center. I won't be using their copy center anytime soon.
