I received a flu shot and a Covid booster from this Rite Aid location. After making my appointment online, the staff was very efficient, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the vaccines. I have had plenty of opportunities to be helped by the great pharmacy techs and pharmacist, Jamie! I will continue to go to this Rite Aid in the future and would also recommend it to family and friends!

Made an appointment for my Covid booster and flu shot online. I arrived at the designated time, checked in with pharmacist and was immediately taken in to get my vaccines. The pharmacist, Jamie, was friendly and knowledgeable and I didn’t feel either shot (until the next day!). I had such a good experience with my vaccines last year that I didn’t hesitate to go back again this year. I also tell my family and friends about the great experience I had and recommend they give Rite Aid a try!

Always have problem with the prescription. They don't understand nothing, the doctor send me 3 insulin pen for months and they give me 1 every 10 days and finish with me 3 month refills. Always is the same. When I have more than one unit of the same medicine for one time for the month, they always give me just one at the time, and I paid for the whole package, Every month I have to discuss with the cashier for the same reason I have to explain the prescription as I am a doctor or pharmacy technician.

I go to this particular Rite Aid store because it is convenient and the pharmacist, Meredith, takes great care of me, answers all my questions and gives a great vaccine! She is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

The staff is friendly enough, but it's like pulling teeth to get my prescription refilled. Every few months we go through the same song and dance: one person will tell me my Rx is ready and waiting, the next tells me that it needs to be ordered (and I confirm that yes, I'd like it ordered), another person tells me it was never ordered. Profound disorganization on their part means that I'm left without medication, while they scramble to fix their error.I've never had issues before using this pharmacy.

I was scheduled for surgery and could not find my vaccination card. The pharmacist, Meredith was very friendly and helpful and was able to reproduce my vaccination card for me which allowed me to have surgery.

The staff in this store is so helpful and accommodating. The pharmacists were especially helpful with my handicapped mom and getting her vaccinations. Kellogg Road pharmacy staff rocks!

I’ve been using Rite Aid on Kellogg Road in New Hartford for years. The pharmacy is excellent and all of the pharmacists are caring people who go above and beyond to help.

I needed to pick up a script and spoke with a woman named Rebecca in the pharmacy to ask if it could be brought to my car as it says to do on the sign outside as I wasn’t feeling well . From the first phone call she was short , annoyed and rude . Same with the second call and when she came out to my car she looked the other way as she handed me the bag ,and when I said thank you she walked away , again , rudely . I called the pharmacy and they wouldn’t give me her last name but people do not need this kind of undeserved attitude when doing business with a pharmacy

I was in the store to pick up a perception for my girlfriend and they gave me the wrong one so my girlfriend called to see what happened an the pharmacist was really rude to her she has Ben waiting for her medicine for three days an it's for her blood very un professional
