I'm a bit upset. I buy all my cichlids from here and all my cat food from here and today I was looking at the cichlids and noticed one was dead and the other cichlids were eating the dead one. I informed a cashier which he didn't know this isn't his field so i found the lady in the fish department And made her aware of it and she said she asked so what.The so what is you don't know? What caused his fish to die if it was because they attacked and then ate him, if he's sick and died, but regardless having cichlids eat dead cichlids can cause them to be sick and when I explained this to the lady she was very nasty.Again it's very upsetting because I spend a minimum of 100 a week between maintaining my cichlids tank and cat food.

Preparing for a new pet. Have none now, but had some years ago. So we had to almost buy out the store! Lots of stuff in this store! Fairly easy to find what I needed. They got us checked out pretty fast even though it seemed like everyone in the store was checking out. We were still in the system too!

I used to love going to petsmart. I got my daughter a betta and some guppies a 3 snails for Christmas had to get a refund on the betta as it didn't last 24hrs. Went back got refund on the betta and a few more guppies. Got argued with over how many guppies we could have. Now one mystery snail died and the guppies have died over the course of a month. Just a tank for two snails now

I had an appointment here for dog grooming. They called me the day before the appointment to tell me they couldn't groom my dog if he had mattes (lol). He had a few but nothing major. He's a long haired dog, he's going to have some mattes from time to time.. I don't understand the point of being a groomer if you refuse to do the job? Anyways, I cancelled the appointment and won't come back here again.

I had heard that there was a diffuser available at the store to help your pets"get along". So far so good at my house, it is working. No matter what you seem to need for any type of pet they seem to have it. Staff is very willing to help you find things or offer suggestions.

Raquel Our groomer was nice , easy breezy check in and touchless check out . Good covid precautions taken , only one family allowed in receiving area. Haircut a bit too short and didn’t smell as fresh as when we bathe him at home ( could be products used , did smell cleaner ). Overall good experience and would go back again. They were kind to Archie, this was his first time at this salon.

My dog was so nervous about getting a hair cut. She was shaking. Molly was so patient and caring about her needs. My dog was so hot and needed a cut that would help her stay cool but still look cute. She did a wonderful job and made my dog so happy.

Store was clean, most employees were very nice, but the 2 young girls that think they know everything about fish one with 17 piercings in her face were very rude and not want to let me get the fish I wanted, I was very polite asked for 2 dinosaur fish, they look like eels, she tells me she can't sell me them because she doesn't feel comfortable selling them to me with a 55 gallon tank, then I say OK give me 4 of the rainbow shark's! She then says I can only sell you 1 per tank, I ask for chiclids she doesn't want to sell me them? I figured I could buy whatever I want right? Then the fish that I did manage to get are doing fine with my other fish and they have plenty of room and hiding places, these are ones she didn't want me to have either but they are doing great i dont understand there logic,never going back there for fish or anything else for that matter she was very rude and is supposed to get paid to sell not push you away, that's like saying you can't buy that toy for your dog it's to big lmao,place is a joke!!!

This was my first experience ordering on line and picking up curbside. It could not have been easier. The email arrived shortly after placing the order. When I arrived in the parking lot, I called the store as instructed. They were already aware I had arrived and recognized my vehicle. One of the kids ran my order out to the car and helped to load it. I will continue to use this service.

Today I tried to buy 8 guppies from this petsmart. I’ve bought guppies before, been fish keeping for almost a decade and I have a perfectly habitable bio-active aquascaped fish tank that I have been WAITING to buy guppies for. I picked them all out, they were gorgeous, I was thrilled. The girl handling them was a bit rough and pulled water for the bag from a completely different tank but we figured what the hell, she’s the professional, she probably knows best. We were wrong, within 13 minutes of cashing out they were all dead in the bottom of the bag. I was devastated. Took them back to get them refunded, and was told I had to bring back the dead bodies. ATTEMPTED to get a refund and did not get refunded the full amount. had to go back AGAIN. I will never step foot in that place again.

Their wash services are great. this one came back clean and a new bandana, which he has already started to chew. He was nervous leaving, so a trip through the snack and toy aisles were in order. They now have a Kong squeaky ball that he hasn't torn to shreds and it has been months. The last squeaky that looked like he could have months of enjoyment, lasted hours. The staff gives dogs a report card. Parking is never a concern. Would recommend to anyone with a pet.

Maggie started going here about 3 years ago. She has seen Tammy & Megan. She looks beautiful every time and Maggie likes going. All the workers are kind and sweet! I would recommend to all dog people!

It's your typical PetSmart. There rewards program is excellent. My dog is on a prescription diet so they don't carry what I need in the store or carry his canned food at all. It would be nice if they had the prescription food in the store and all you had to do is show the script instead of waiting for it to be delivered.

Honestly just lost a grooming customer and not sure if we’ll shop here ever again. This is the third time the grooming dept has moved up our dog’s grooming appt and tonight they cancelled our appt because we were a few minutes late AND had to wait for two families to leave with freshly groomed dogs. AND they said they were closing at 6:30pm (we had gotten there at 5:35 and had to wait for people to leave within their dogs for 10 long minutes). Freaking ridiculous. We’ve tried to be understanding about lack of staff but we’re tired of driving out this far for dog grooming.

Bought bird food at a great sale price and utilized curb pickup for part of the order. Purchase was 80 pounds of bird food. It was so helpful to have it delivered right to our trunk. Pickup was quick and easy.

Went to get two female Molly's. They ended up getting me two males. Maybe get employees that actually know about fish in that department. I stated loud and clearly 2x. " 2 Female Molly's ". Now I have 3 Males and one female thanks to them.

Not to happy. I recently purchased fish from this location and so far 8 fish have died. And before all the comments my tank is set up properly, and tests done are all good . Will not go back or recommend this place for fish ..

Petsmart is always clean and you can find mostly anything you might need for your pet. My visits are always in and out. Not like other places where they keep changing things around and you always need help to find what you are looking for.
