More of a review for Party City in general. 2018 me: "Wow ordering balloons is so easy, I'll so that again for sure!" 2024 me: "I'm never ordering balloons again." Put the balloons back behind the counter and make it easy like it used to be, and if it's too much work for the staff, hire more people, you charge $15 for a balloon, sure you can afford another employee. The products and selection are fine but the process isn't easy like it used to be.

Ordering balloons here is next to impossible. I was also told I wouldn’t receive an exchange for my balloons when they were not inflated properly. I would order balloons elsewhere.

The store definitely is half the size in products, and prices were insanely high. Plastic ware there was 3 to 5 bucks and same exact items 1.25 at dollar store. Almost no costume area and stock is extremely limited. Kinda looks like they are trying to hang on to a far gone business. Party City closed not long ago, and someone thought they could make a run of it by reopening it with a smaller stock, etc. Nope, better off going to the dollar store again.

The girls behind the balloon counter were so helpful. Unfortunately one employee isn't very friendly and he doesn't have any information on what is in the store. I wanted to make my own pennant banner and he told me they don't exist anymore.. um okay.. so I asked the girls at the balloon counter and we got it done. Thanks girls.I've ran into many unpleasant employees at this store. Very unfortunate.

I don't know what corporate decision was made to completely rearrange a store and dissolve the inventory, but please put it back. How it was! We left empty handed because we could not find anything we needed, When we know for a fact, they used to have aisles separated by themes. And everything was so easy to shop!

Literally everything! Be sure to visit in October! Party supplies galore, in every color & so many themes I lost count. Some of the party favors are being added to my accessories because they're so cute.

Their online ordering system is fast and efficient. No overcomplicated hoops to jump through and the order was ready to pickup within an hour, closer to half an hour actually. If I need a party supply I'll definitely be going here again.

Was a pretty awesome experience. Chose balloons for my friends Bday and they filled them pretty quick. Several associates checked on me as I was deciding. They were all polite, friendly, informative, and a wonder crew working together. Get your balloons here!

Disappointed in the Manager, Joey, who refused to blow up 3 balloons for me due too being to busy. When I called to check prior to leaving for my shopping trip the answering machine clearly stated no appt needed. Upon arrival I was told it would be 2 hrs. Thank goodness for the much less expensive decent options down at Dollar Tree. Joey doesn't care about customer service & the blonde & purple haired chic was argumentative when I explained I called earlier.

It is very difficult to find anything that is green. That's the first thing. The second thing, when you don't find anything that is green, you go up to the balloon counter and talked to the associate there. Who then walks away right in the middle of your conversation. Another associate comes up to help you, and they don't know what they're doing! they then go to check you out and the computer isn't working. They asked the manager to help them with this. The manager then says no I'm not going to restart the computer for you right now I'll do it after you serve this customer. In the meantime you can manually enter the numbers of the items and the item number. This took longer than it would have to take into restart the damn computer! Very annoyed never

Several times shopping here the man at the register was rude, impatient & seemed to be irritated that i kept asking for different balloons. Every one i wanted he checked & they were out of that particular one so i continued to ask for alternatives to my original choice but the man was difficult for really just supposed to be doing his job. With that said, it was not a pleasant experience & this happened on 2 separate occasions visiting the store. Recently for Halloween costumes, the girl who waited on us was very nice but no one announced the order was ready as she said they would call our#when it was ready & we waited much longer than needed. Overall the sure was pretty clean & organized. They are extremely disorganized when checking out & for a party store, most of the workers acted miserable to be there. 3 stars.

Paid over $30 for less than 20 latex balloons and 3 of them popped before even getting them in the car, will not be doing balloons for anything here

Your employees need to have some better training! Called on a gender reveal box she tells me the balloons are included on the phone and that you never carried confetti grenades - got down there and you DO have the confetti grenades and the box DOES NOT come with balloons.... then I asked to Change my pick up time today from 2 to 12 and when my boyfriend got there to pick it up they told him no it says 2 they will not be ready.That store has turned into a joke and the employees that work there are absolutely horrible now!!

There were 4 people (I saw) working, 7 people in line and only 1 register open. No sense of urgency. What happened to customer service??? Not just here more places than do, just don't care about the customers anymore! It's time people realize that customers are the ones who allow them to have a job! While.this place has a huge selection, I for one don't want to stand in line when there are capable people to assist. When the line got down to just 1 person waiting someone finally decided to help out.

Kind of disappointed at their stock. Was looking for pizza themed party supplies and they had none! This would be good for a lot of popular party themes, but I ended up having better luck at Walmart.

Great place to go if you're planning a party. There's not much they don't have and the prices are very reasonable. The associates are very helpful. Check it out.
