Shari and Roxanne in the Pharmacy are outstanding!!! You should consider yourself lucky to have them as employees. Shari is very knowledgeable and always very helpful.As for the rest of the store the last few times we were there the first thing you smell as you enter the store is that urinal cake bathroom smell...quite disgusting

Bakery or cake dept.. last year i ordered a cake with fresh strawberry filling i told them no jelly kids are allergic well when i got the cake to the party it was all jelly and canned strawberry i called and they said donr know who made mistake next cake is free and that it said fresh strawberries on paper soooo never got free cake ... 5 months later sammmme story again i call and manager said next cake is free so i didnt order third time i went in got 2 cakes asked the lady if its whipped she said these 2 are so i took them and at home i was going to combine them into one so i had her write on one of the cakes and asked her to also add white and chocolate flowers on top she said come back in few min so i did i came back she was talking to few people joking around and my cake had butter cream flowers and dark green lines leaves and alot green on cake i didnt want to be rude went to register and the guys woeking there saw that i wasnt happy they asked if i was happy with the cake i told them all of this i wrote here too they insisted on calling a front manager she came and said I THOUGHR IT WAS A REGISTER QUESTION she laughed and walked away said call bakery sooo again register guy insisted on calling bakery girl i told him just charge i dont want to deal with them but she showed up min later he said wait so she said ok you never said not to make it green SO I SAID I ALSO DISNT TELL U TO MAKE IT PURPLE RED PINK OR WHAT EVER I TLAKED TO YOU AND TOLD YOU I WAS DOING CHOCOLATE AND WHITE CAKE WIRH NO COLORS YOU AGREED ITLL WORK AND PICKED THE CAKE WITH ME so she said yes and? So the guys at the register shocked at even this answer i just turned to him and said just charge it its ok i told you she just left they said the managers name is on receipt i would call thank you to both of them but those front and bakery managers have the worst customer service ever!!! This happened today hope this is read by someone above and they review cams in time something needs to change i ordered cakes there for years these last 2 years are hell dont know what changed???

WOW! Outstanding supermarket!! I love shopping here, and the MEATS are wonderful!! The meat that I've purchased here has ALWAYS been fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced!! FOLKS...BUY YOUR MEAT HERE, WITH CONFIDENCE, and don't let any hateful naysayer tell you differently!! The meats here are wonderful...I eat Market 32 meat daily! I know what I'm talking about!! If a retired U.S. Marine loves meat from this store...so will all of you!! Thank you! Semper Fi

Hello this is my awareness notice NOT to buy meat. From market 32 On commercial drive So we decided to buy a prime Standing rib roast. We open it up it’s spoiled smells like stinky aged cheese so we call to return it And says. Yes so we come in Go to customer service return to rib. Lady behind counter drops in out the ground like there is no tomorrow THENGives us the refund which we appreciate 3 hours later after missing some things for a meal We head to market 32 LOW AND BEHOLD Pass by the meat section for some reason who knows see Our rib tied up with cling wrap that we tied back up with to give it back to. Customer service right in meat section in case waiting for Customers to go buy Disgusting and disgraceful don’t buy meats from HERE

I was doing an Instacart order here and the app glitched out making me and the cashier have to re scan everything which I agree is annoying for both me and the cashier but it was only 17 items so it wasn’t like it was a lot to re scan. The cashier whose name I saw was Rebecca was rolling her eyes at me and was completely blaming me for the app not working. She was visibly annoyed and was making remarks with the other worker there Barbara or Deborah . I usually don’t leave reviews and I have shopped here many times before and done many orders here and didn’t have any issues but I just felt that this behavior today from them was uncalled for.

This particular Price Chopper is sort of a super center version of their regular stores. It's very nice. Well lit, clean, large selection, helpful staff. I've stopped here many times. First timers will have no problem finding what they need.

Went to buy some meat on sale today. Did not have any out on the shelf so I asked the butcher politely if he could bring me out some. He replied it would take a few minutes. I waited. Another butcher came out and just stared at me like I was bothering them. The one staring at me told the other butcher he needs to look up the price of the beef as he slammed down the beef. I dont no what his problem was but he should know without customers he would not have a job. I walked away without getting my meat. Because of this incident I will never buy meat from this store again. Maybe some classes in customer service would help.

The woman in the meat department was the most rude person I've ever dealt with. About a week later i tried calling the seafood dept to place an order, and was on hold for over ten minutes. A customer service representative then picked up the phone and again placed me on hold for over another five minutes before I hung up. The prices since becoming Market 32 are ridiculous and the customer service is terrible. Hannaford just won over a previously loyal Price Chopper customer.

I understand it's a stressful time of but I wasn't stressed today while there and I asked a worker where something was and they were very short to me better word would be rude to me. At the check out the man bagging the groceries was miserable and threw something in our cart and it broke open with absolutely no apology, my husband had to go and get a new package. No one was friendly at all.

This store is always very well stocked and very clean. It's always easy to find what I'm looking for. Prices can be higher than some competitors but are always reasonable. They have an excellent fish section which is my favorite. Also a large selection of pre cooked meals which is handy when you're looking for a quick meal.

Would be 5 stars if the deli/food court properly sealed their produce.But they didn't, and the poor girl who was bagging my groceries had a rotisserie chicken open on her and without hesitation offered to retrieve a new one. Both cashier and bagger girl were extremely nice and patient and obviously care about their customers.

I go to both Price choppers stores North Utica and New Hartford on occasion I live an hour away more variety than the one store we have in town. I love the deli area and the hot lunches that we can pack great for when you live 60 miles away you get home and put your groceries away and you're tired just warm up dinner. PERFECT AND IT WAS REALLY GOOD I'LL BE BACK PROBABLY MORE THAN THE ONE IN NORTH UTICA UNLESS THEY GET ONE THERE. P.S. and if I couldn't find something the employees who were straightening out and stacking shelves and at the self checkout register I needed help we're just great...

Great alternativw to the other supermarket in the area. I found awesome jalapeños, nice greens and did all my food shopping here. I found it to be at least 20% less than Hannafords.

For the price point, this is a lovely establishment! Most items were properly straightened and faced. The floors were sparkling, all the staff that I interacted with were pleasant. Overall a great experience!As of my original posting of this review:Clean, properly socially distanced, but currently remodeling, so things are mixed around and easily confusing if you've been going there for a long time.

It's now called market 32, which really only means its been updated inside and looks fancier. Overall I wasn't impressed seeing they had very poorly stocked shelves. At least half of the items I set out to get were out of stock. I didn't have time to run around to other stores looking for things so I was left choosing between alternatives that were either priced ridiculously high or reasonably priced (on sale) but not something I'd ever normally have purchased. I doubt this pandemic is to blame for their diminished inventory, other grocers' shelves seem to be well stocked in my opinion. The store was clean, pleasant atmosphere, and there were no long lines at check out. Parking lot hadn't been plowed so was very snowy and messy.

There are a few staff members here who go way above & beyond to bring a very sincere personal touch to grocery shopping. Kindness does get noticed! Most of the time the items I need are in stock. This is my preferred store hands down.

Terrible. The black man that works the meat counter curses at the customers and uses racial slurs on the white shoppers. Go to chanatrys for your meat. Its only a few miles away from this horrible place and the meat guys are friendly and dont curse at you at chanatrys.

I generally have no issues with this store and (used to) prefer coming here instead of all the other grocery stores in the area. However, that's all set to change after an incident with an employee at the self check out. After waiting for him to get it initialized (as the chip reader says 'Please wait for cashier'), I asked how his day was going, garnering no response. Then I continued to have problems with the self check out kiosk, prompting him to come over very irate and ask "What do you need?!"I called later to speak to a front end manager about his conduct and they said they'd refer me to a store manager to call me the next morning. It's been about a week and no call. Having a bad day is one thing but professionalism is still maintaining cordiality in spite of that.Edit: In lieu of customers breathing down your neck in line (I know the staff doesn't control this), the multitude of times I greet the staff and get absolutely NO response and have the cart kids totally cut you off where you're walking, loudly curse up a storm and generally have absolutely no regard for customers walking the parking lot, I'm swearing off PriceChopper/Market32 for life. If I was willing to be treated like a second class citizen unwilling of anyone's time I'd try and strike up a conversation with my own boss. Also the aforementioned store manager never called.

Our favorite grocery store in the area. They have an amazing selection in every department. Great fresh produce and a large, quality butcher department. The staff are so friendly and remember us week after week. We also love their bakery!

What I like about market32 is they carry some hard to find brands, the staff is friendly, the shopping is easy and the selection is pretty awesome. The pre-prepared Lasagna is delicious!

Always a pleasure shopping at your store, especially new Hartford. Just went there this morning, lines were getting longer with only two registers open but within 3 minutes management opened extra registers and I was escorted to an open register where two gentlemen cashed me out ninja style, within 5 minutes I was out the door. Very friendly, courteous and polite staff and management. Great job!!!!!
