I got cash from the ATM machine and need to break a twenty. I was told by a staff member that I had to wait 8n a line to buy something I did NOT need to break the twenty dollar bill. Is this store policy? It is a very inconvenient and not customer friendly store policy.

This is one of the two places I regularly shop for groceries. Fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, poultry, seafood and huge selections of produce. Staffs are super nice and helpful. They always have seasonal items and local farm products which I very much appreciate.

I go here all the time... Close to home.. Staff is kind and helpful... Store was clean... Some Staff was stocking products... Everyone is willing to help if you have a question... Prices are a bit high but they are elevated everywhere... Shelves are stocked, rotated and filled...

I absolutely love Hannaford! It's always clean, and well stocked. The staff are extremely friendly, and always make sure to say thank you even if they weren't the ones to help. I couldn't recommend Hannaford more.

The Hannafords that I shop at in Washington Mills, New York is the best in the area. Everyone working there is helpful and very friendly. I don't like to go anywhere else to shop and they always have many choices so that you won't go home disappointed . They have the best meat prices, and the "very best produce" . I'm never disappointed going there !!!

Very rude employees! Don’t know who the woman that spoke to me but very unprofessional! Didn’t let me finish shopping for the few items I needed to get. Told me I was technically trespassing because it’s after hours. If their are people still in the store shopping they should be able to finish to shop! Very disappointed. WONT BE GOING BACK. Get it together guys!

Store is neat and well stocked/merchandised.. friendly associates, especially the deli dept. Over all regular and sale pricing not on par with other stores in area..I find maybe only 1 or 2 items in their ads that have a great price so they don't get much of my business..fresh meats seem really high,even when they put markdown stickers on items,it is still way more expensive than others stores everyday or sale pricing.

Good store, good people, experienced, conscientious and caring department heads who can frequently be seen working hard alongside staff they supervise as with any grocery store worth revisiting. Meat dept especially well run. Produce a bit expensive however, despite typically being fresh. Market forces and demand for food affect prices for sure, but with a head of iceberg lettuce here at $2.49 and a bunch of either celery or parsley at $1.69 each, one had to wonder if locally-sourced farm goods are being considered.

Nice basics and small selection of speciality items. Store is clean and well staffed. Cake department will always come through in a pinch. Don't hesitate to ask for speciality cuts at the meat and seafood departments.Reasonable selection of gluten free products including cookies and other hard to find items. Close to two major drug stores and a Dunkin Donuts. Great morning and late evening hours.

I have shopped at the store in New Hartford for a long time, have always been so happy with how the store is stocked until recently. I am not sure if there is new management but I will shopping at Price Chopper. The produce has been terrible, not well stocked, shelves are not kept stocked throughout the store. There used to be a lot of ready to eat items for people that work--a lot of those items are gone. Very sad since this store is on my way home!!!

Great meats and produce! Mostly local New Hartford people shop her. You wont see the typical utica scum at this place so no worries whilst shopping. Prices are kept at a slightly higher than average purposely to keep the wellys out. Great selection on organic foods!

Hannaford is the best market in CNY. I absolutely love the place. Best place for produce, deli meats, specialty cheeses, the bakery is excellent from breads to cakes. Make sure you grab a cup of fresh coffee from the back near the bakery, simply delicious. Friendly folks on hand to help you find exactly what you need. You can't go wrong shopping at Hannaford market.

Decent store! Its clean, lines usually are not to long, deli service is pretty quick, and they have geab and go pre sliced deli meats. Decent health food section too.

I go there specifically for land o lakes low fat half and half...they had no land o lakes half and half of any type. I did finish my holiday grocery shopping. They had everything else I was looking for

Went shopping and my boyfriend decided he wanted a beer and they refused to sell him one because I didn't have my id on me but he had his. I'm 24 years old o have tattoos and piercings and had both my kids with me like really. It wasn't even for me. And it was just one beer not a case....
