So my son and I were looking for freeze dried skittles and we went to target and they didn’t have them so then we went to 5 below thinking we wasted our time coming to New Hartford but when we walked into 5 below we found them thanks to amazing customer service! This one girl was the sweetest she let us get a new one because their was a hole in the bottom and It made my sons day cause he’s been begging me for these 😂 thank you five below ❤️

I bought a metal shoe rock brand room 2 room and the thing was horrible, imposible to assembly, the holes on the back of the parts where you put the screws were not aligned and then i notice that the metal parts were not good finished and pretty beaten up, now i have to go again to return it.

Lots of good deals but staff is a little over bearing with their pretending to spruce up the shelves nearby a customer just to watch if they're taking or doing something they shouldn't. Doesn't make a customer want to return

Workers are decent. The store is setup for primarily young girls. Most of what they sell, you would expect to find in a dollar store. The electronics are 3x the price but same quality you would get on Temu.

90 percent of the time they have pallets of products in front of things and you can hardly walk down or through Isles. The person next to the door is always super friendly but the staff stocking acts like you are a burden and are super rude

Amazing store. Huge variety. Not much below the five dollar threshold though but the items that are between five and ten are definitely worth it. Good amount of employees to help out with any questions. Clean bright atmosphere.

Aisles are too small, there’s items unorganized everywhere, they got rid of a bunch of good stuff recently, the self checkout girl was the only friendly one who was working hard while her manager just stood around ignoring her. What an absolute mess.

I used to like going to this establishment before they moved. I went in to the new place for the first time to get gift cards. The store is a mess. There doesn't seem to be much organization. I couldn't find gift cards, I asked a staff member for help. She pointed to the self check out area and said "they are over there" and the tone in her response was as if she couldn't be bothered. Came off as a bit rude. I found the gift cards and attempted to purchase them through self check out and the scanner wasn't working properly. It was a hassle just to get three $20 gift cards. Don't believe I will be going back anytime soon.

The staff here are extremely rude here, called my friend a liar when she went to return a product and pressed the issue further by asking her why she wanted to return the product! This is unacceptable and I will not be taking my business here again!

My kids and I love this store! I would advise to steer clear of the electronics (headphones, chargers, drones) and the beauty products (face wash, bath bombs, makeup, jewelry) though...you get what you pay for would be a polite way to put it! Besides that-super cute small gifts, pj's, games, candy, crafts and misc items! Birthday cards and gift bags are adorable too!

Most affordable, great selection although a small store, surprisingly good quality for cheap prices. All my gifts come from here and I never spend too much. Plus the makeup is generally pretty good and I don't have to pay over 20 bucks for one item.

This store is without the absolute best establishment any town,county,city or could open. I appreciate a store that doesn't have escalating price throughout. It's a pleasant,easy store to shop at, all year round. The store had such an impression on me. The first visit, I asked a sale person was it a seasonal store. They said no, I told them their store would due great. It's obvious that it has. Because their holding strong, when many other brand's that has been around for decades. Has closed down & vanished.

If you want a good deal on products that last longer than the dollar storm's, this is the place to go.I've found a wide range of products from gifts, beauty products, crafts, outdoor tiki lanterns, clothes. They really have it all.A friend just told me they even carry Fitbit screen protectors. You really cannot go wrong here.... and all for $5 and below!So yes, 5 stars because I really do love this store that much. & the employees are always friendly and helpful.

They have some really cool stuff. All types of phone accessories, kids crafts, hair accessories, coloring books, patches and many other items all $5 or less. Great spot for stocking stuffers. For teens too! Don't expect a whole lot of help from the staff though.

Nice place to do some Christmas shopping. Everything is five dollars and below, just as the name states. They have a bag your own candy area, with a wife selection of candy's to choose from. They have shorts,shirts, exercise equipment, decorations, perfume, makeup, toys, coffee cups, electronics's. Had to keep reminding myself to check prices, I wasn't in the dollar store. Lol.

Good place to find unexpected gifts for Christmas. Especially for someone who you don't know what to get them for Christmas, or any other event. Decent price. You really can't go wrong. Maybe they'll bring some Mets gear or Knicks.

Always good deals. Seems like a slightly more limited layout and selection compared to other Five Below stores I have been to, but the staff is really great here.
