My son enjoyed his visit. The staff was very helpful and helped him size different shoes of several types. Would definetly recommend this store to others. It was not a long wait before we were helped by multiple employees. The cashier was kind too.

I worked with Matt in the golf department. This guy is the best.Very friendly & knowledgeable. Answered every question thoroughly. I highly recommend working with him.I'll never go anywhere else for my golf equipment

Did not care forr the local police in tactical gear being used as security, but aside from that I purchased a super warm winter jacket. Expensive, but you get what you pay for. Good to great quality for a reasonably good price.

The staff is a group of high school students who did the vare minimum to help me when I called the store twice to confirm my shoes have arrived. Once I got there, they kept counting me from one employee to another when I kept telling them the shoes were in the back and they kept saying no they are sold. Eventually one of them went in the back coming out red as santas hat, get your staff trained! Standing around just talking, wasting my time when my shoes were in the back storage room.

Yesterday I bought a light pink sweatshirt that was $60. When I got home I realized it the tag on it that buzzers when you walk out of the store. We had no way to get it off so we pulled it it exploded. I put stain remover on it immediately and I had to get wire cutter to cut it off. Now my sweatshirt has a blue stain on the pocket and I called and they said they can’t do anything about it.

During the back to school and during the holidays there needs to be more staff on. I was looking for cleats for my son and there were only two people in the shoe department when there was about 100 customers looking for shoes and cleats. It was a disaster. Found cleats eventually that were reasonable priced. Like that they have their own brands and only charge $20 for them

Loved this store especially since herbs looks like someone came in an robbed the place nowadays. But went to buy shoes the other day and found what I wanted and noticed there was at least six other people holding a shoe waiting for an employee to help them and decided "ain't nobody got time for that"...fix that issue would be my one suggestion. Otherwise love the selection and the store

The store itself has pretty much everything you need that has to do with sports, but don't expect to get any help from staff. I've shopped in the store numerous time's and I've either been ignored or told to find someone else to assist me. The only reliable staff is the cashier at the end & by that time it's too late.

Love this place. Usually have great deals and a decent variety. That goes for children's sneakers, etc. as well. This is usually always a stop for me for back to school shopping. Staff is usually pretty helpful and not too overbearing.

Drove 45 minutes to get here to get soccer cleats for my daughter. The guy in shoes was less than helpful. We asked him for a size and he never came back to tell us they didn't even have it. We saw him about 15 minutes later helping someone else, the ONLY reason he came over was because we made eye contact. He didn't care about helping us at all. When asked what they had in stock in her size he said he didn't know and that it was just a matter of picking one, nothing was in her size. So unwelcoming and unhelpful. We WILL NOT be going back and we have 5 kids in school playing sports so we will be shopping for their sporting goods needs elsewhere in the future.

Little customer service. Finally found a person she was efficient. Got kids winter gloves, nice ones, but expensive. Not many sales in store. Overall not impressed, but no competition either.

Has everything you need for whatever sport you are playing. I was suprised my son outgrew his helmet and cleats as they were recently purchased so we went right before the baseball season started and they still had a great selection. I thought they would be a bit pricey because it is a brick and mortar but between the batting helmet and cleats it came to $20 below the Amazon prices.

Cashiers cleaned their tables and card swipes between customers, arrows on floor and still a great selection of items! Caught a great price on golf balls for an outing tomorrow evening!

They carry a large amount of sporting goods without pressure to purchase items. They have a large staff that is helpful, but they do not lurk over your shoulder. They are pricey if the item is not on sale.

They usually have everything we are looking for but the prices are outrageous!! We find items very similar at other places for way less.

Stop in to get my son soccer socks. At the beginning of soccer season. They had nothing on shelves and what they had was in a shopping cart with very limited sizes. Associate told me I could get them online. With brick and mortar stores closing every day. I would think the last thing you would tell a customer is to go online. But I did and got socks the next day from a different company.

You can always find everything you need here whether it's hunting or fishing, all the way to hockey and golf. Very nice store not to mention the employees here, always helpful and friendly👍

Dicks acts as one of the main entrances into the Sangertown square mall. Why the one star? Because when you try to leave from the exit you came in, your required to navigate around corners past the registers to leave the place.Its incredibly frustrating and should be remodeled.Do not shop here untill they get their act together.

The lady who rang me up was very nice and helpful. It was a very positive experience and they had a nice selection of rain jackets to choose from.
