nice place. milk shake options are few - vanilla, chocolate, mint, coffee but flavorful. lines are long for a reason. parking is tight but usually enough.

I love this place! I come to Utica once a year, sometimes twice and no matter where I am I make my way here if it's ice cream season. This time they had pistachio and berry soft serve so I got a twist. YUMMY!! They do one thing. Ice cream. Nothing fancy but this is all you need!!Parking: There is a parking lot. Kid-friendliness: I can't imagine kids not loving this place. They have picnic tables you can sit at.

Worst customer service ever. Ice cream tastes so bad too. The girl that was at the window was so rude when I asked her a question and gave me attitude. Do not recommend at all

Great little ice cream stand in New York Mills, NY!! This "old school" ice cream stand brings back the way ice cream used to be served!! I ordered a small chocolate soft serve cone and my mom got a small raspberry soft serve cone! We both loved them! Reasonable prices and good customer service makes Burrstone Ice Cream parlor something that should be visited by anyone living or visiting the Utica, NY area! 👍👍👍👍👍

Absolutely loved it and ice cream was delicious. Ordered nachos and they were incredible with Rico's nacho cheese, lg. Slush Puppy mmmm good. Never been to this place but sure will return many more times. Prices were excellent with the large portion they serve. Kudos to this owner!

Great ice cream, soft serve is excellent but limited flavors. Price can't be beat though, got three cones and they didn't skimp on the ice cream, all for eight dollars. Very small and not well maintained, but local businesses don't do very well in this city. I was impressed with the quality and prices.

Hidden gem. Ice cream is great and service is fast. Nice place to park in back where our dog could gobble down his ice cream cup while we enjoyed our cones.

Great ice cream, very nice to see multiple dips available, not many ice cream places have that (usually just chocolate). Portion is excellent, I'm a very satisfied customer and so is my 7 year old daughter. This is definitely one of our favorites in the area. Highly recommended. 👍👍

Ice cream was good but what stuck out was the service. After getting our ice cream at least 6 cars came and were served and back to their cars in less than 5 minutes. Impressive!

Absolutely amazing customer service. I had a minor issue with the bill that I didnt realize until I got home, I messaged them the next day and the customer service I got in response was excellent. Jeff took care of my issue immediately and was truly sorry for the inconvenience (it really wasnt a big one). Every business/employee makes mistakes at some point but the way its handled makes all the difference. I will be a forever customer!

The soft ice cream is really creamy and the owner pleasant, but the amount of ice cream I got was chincy in the large versus the last time I was there. It was the same amount for the large as my wife got for her medium.

I Love Burrstone Ice Cream! I remember the day I discovered the unlikely flavor combination of Black Rasberry & Pistaccio... it was instantly my all time favorite. I drive from Rome for their ice cream.👍
