First time here to New Hartford store and it is BIG! Bigger selection than Mattydale. Down side so far is that for a store this size clearance section was empty! Did find a couple things to purchase though and store was clean.

The usual cheap quality products I'm getting sick of being followed around the store like I'm gunna Rob the place blind tho.... Let me be clear tho it's every store now I'm not saying only these guys do it out seems like the last 6 months no matter what store anyone walks into they are treated like a criminal

Found some really good items but I was not offered to sign up and was not given the discounts. I had no idea about the rewards program bc it was not mentioned. I bought 2 items for $35 which seems higher than average even tho the sign said 40% off. Again I would have gotten a better price Hadid been offered to sign up.

This isn’t a review about how great their prices are, or how much awesome furniture we just bought there. This review is about Nick. He is amazing!! My boyfriend and I have been coming here to get some new furniture for our new apartment we just got. And he was so so helpful. Walked us through the Loaning process, reminded us about our coupons and saved us so much money! I don’t even live out here but I will keep coming to this Big lots as long as Nicks is there.Nick needs a Raise!!!

Great store for home decor and seasonal items. And while you are there check out other staple items, such as cleaning, beauty and storage. Their items are really trendy, and tend to change so that its not always the same boring thing. I do wish their promotions and sales were better advertised... sometimes I think even the employees are confused, or no sign was put up so the consumers have no ideas. With that said.. always check the website for in store promotions and coupons (or sign up for their reward program and make it easier on yourself).

Hmmm they had a lot empty spots on there shelves.Helpful when I came to pickup my futon for curbside order. They brought out. And help loaded it into my car. Thank you!!!

Totally love the Big Lots in New Hartford. Always clean, don't be afraid to ask for help, associates polite and courteous. Great perks when you sign up for their in store card.

Love Big Lots! Love seeing they have a new store! Staff Randy and Nick were incredibly friendly. They could do a little better at pricing merchandise (trash cans are a mess) but other than that great experience!

I could not be more impressed with the staff here. I ordered a children's recliner from rome for in store pick up and it was canceled without us being notified bc they didn't have it. So I called new Hartford the next morning (black Friday may I put in there) and spoke to frank from furniture. He was absolutly fantastic. Put the last blue one on hold for me so my husband could come get it and even honored the holiness price which was $30 cheaper than in store. Thank you frank from furniture you made our Christmas and you deserve a raise. I work in customer service myself so I was extremely impressed!!!!

If you are going to have the floor model of something you should have it in stock or at least be able to order it. Since they didn't I asked to buy the floor model was told I couldn't because they didn't know if they were getting more in or not.. Also had a propane fire pit on sale (clearance) I liked it so looked it up to see if I could order one that wasn't all chipped and cracked and found out it was recalled for melting and causing fires store was still selling it

Always a great experience. Friendly staff, great prices, great discounts. I'm going to Friends and Family Discount this coming weekend. I'm putting an oak wardrobe on price hold. You can't beat their deals.

I like they have groceries etc I stay away from Walmart especially during this covid Too many people there It was quiet at Big Lots I was looking to see if they had any TV stands out I was disappointed I thought they would have had more furniture Hope they get more there
