We purchased a laptop and Microsoft office. They did not give us the authorization number on our receipt and stated that it would be emailed to us. It was not. I tried to call the store and was routed to a "help" center who told me the pin number on the receipt was the authorization number. It is not. I had to make a seventy mile round trip to obtain the correct number.

Went there today to purchase wireless headphones. Noticed that you have to have someone get them for you which is fine as long as you can get someone to help you. I asked someone and was told I’m in computers. Waited 10 minutes and left. Purchased the ones I had picked out before going to the store on Amazon. They will be here tomorrow and if I don’t like the sound I return them. Box retail is done! Customer service is gone.

So far soooo good.! I really appreciate the quality of service and tolerance for dimwits such as myself. Dillon was my sales rep and quite exceptional at problem solving, matching my needs and providing technical skills. He also stepped up to oversee various other customers in need and locating sales associates to help them. Dillon convinced me to go from a $150 cell phone to purchasing a 750 package of goodies. In the end of my time today we were all happy to say " See ya! ". I hope his bosses and management recognize this too. I also want to thank Josh for wrapping up the computer screen. He gently put in the car with my art stuff and barn shavings. 😁

Normally you're greeted by a staff member once you walk in and they help by directing you or walking with you to where the product is. I didn't get any of the above mentioned. We eventually found what we were looking for, but had questions about the product. Left without purchasing anything because staff were to busy chatting with themselves or on their phones.

4 star visit that should have been a 5 star... (i'm petty)The customer service desk moved and there was no clear sign. I went to the "customer service" desk (before it moved) and was directed to the customer service counter.I saw order pick up and cashier but nothing about customer service. As I got level with the counter sitting against the wall that was not visuable to the store sat a small sign. I walked over and placed it at the angle and on the register that would make the commoner (like myself) know where the customer service desk was.The lovely employee helped me return 1 item and sent my back where I start to the Total Tech counter. Because the PS5 control was the one that came with the PS5 it had to be done as a "part". After a few minutes of waiting the interaction was fast and pleasant.Total Tech is totally worth it as I have never had an issue with getting things taken care of. Over all I give the interaction a 4.9 stars.

Not trying to bring nostalgia into my review with this place but it's very hard for me caw caw. BACK IN THE DAY...both Circuit City and Best Buy were the places to be for awesome tech stuff caw caw.Now it's just just decaying store due to online stores taking over many of the avenues of retail caw caw. Before the stigma of best buy was that you would get bombarded with employees every second you shop. However as of this date of this review that is not the case at all. It's a barren wasteland now where you will only find the employees at their stations caw caw.Employees seem to also have this "I'm better than you" attitude with some few exceptions of course. Funny story I remember watching a training video on youtube one day and the video told you that you have to "earn the blue shirt" in order to work there. I'm not sure why people go through so much hassle to work in this retail store and not get paid commission... and to be treated as a converted slave salesman.Stick with amazon caw caw.

I like Best Buy, but most of what they sell can be purchased from Amazon for a much lower price. Staff is helpful, but again, Amazon is a lot cheaper.

I’ve been a longtime customer and shareholder with Best Buy. After being treated with no respect while trying to buy a lg g3 $5000 tv while half the stores staff stood around on their phones chatting I will NEVER do business with you clowns again. I’ve purchased 20+ Sonos products, appliances (commercial and residential) for both myself and my company. You lost a loyal company that put a lot of money into the company. I’ll be closing my bb credit card, selling all my stock and I’ll never step foot in your store again!

The store just looks terrible! The restroom looks like a gear locker in need of repair and associates walk around aimlessly with no desire to greet customers. I am just glad I could get part of my order...

If we weren’t here on vacation and could get the price when we got home I’d not have used this store.Store manager Jon needs to be re-educated on dealing with customers and looking up prices on his own merchandise. Don’t go to this store if you want to price match anything if you are a total tech member and an Amazon prime member. Jon calls you a liar and accuses you of being physically aggressive with him. I wanted a price match for an Amazon price because when I went to purchase an Apple Watch, the Best Buy price wasn’t coming up as what I had seen 10 minutes earlier on the Best Buy website. Jon insinuated I was a liar and couldn’t find the price I was referencing. After he had spoken about me negatively to another customer and I had left the store, I ended up coming back a few minutes later when I found the price. It was actually less than the Amazon price I was asking Jon to match for me. How do you like that Jon? Who’s the liar now?Definitely will try not to return. I have no problems at my home Best Buy location. The only reason we came back to make the purchase is because it’s the only store around and the sale wouldn’t be running when we got home. Ultimately, I also know that my purchase doesn’t personally affect this manager.The only people making this store experience less than terrible were Karla the asset protection manager and Sumari(a?), a sales associate. They should be promoted.

Greeted as we went in, right away we were helped at the customer service area by 2 employees. They were very knowledgeable and helped as much as they could. Everyone we've ever spoke to in there has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Best Buy! Keep up the good work. So we ended up buying a security camera, and a Galaxy S9+ phone. The gentleman was extremely helpful, and transferred Everything over from my other phone... he made it quick and painless... the best experience I've ever had buying a cell phone.... I'll definitely do it again when needed.

Box stores are on their way out and online shopping is here to stay. That being said, it's aways nice going to a box store to look at products and check the latest tech first hand. This is no the experience you will get at this location.The stores floor plan is highly confusing and unorganized. It is not intuitive to navigate and thus makes it difficult to find what you're looking for.When we finally found what we were looking for (headphones) we were met by a highly limited selection of either Beats by dre which are comeple garabage or other non name brands that looked like they would break in a weem or two.The only good note about this location were the staff. They were highly professional and friendly.3 stars for the poor conditions on the store and stalk.

Best Buy has outstanding customer service and product availability. We purchased a new washer for the first time in 19 years together with 3 year service contract, installation, and removal of old machine. It will be installed within 2 weeks.If you need to recycle a computer you can do so for free. Monitor recycling cost $35.

Great gifts, helpful staff and gadgets galore! Check out this temperature regulating travel mug (!) Charges like a phone then keeps your drink an exact temperature. I'd prefer a cooling version to keep my beer cold though 😆

Wednesday we got a new TV from this great store! Person came and installed a great new TV, took our old one to be recycled, set up with provider and all our apps, set up all our external devices, showed us how to navigate everything and was courteous, professional and knowledgeable.Highly recommend buying from them!
