At Home corp. advertises right on the Website that they'll deliver next day for $39 and yet, they cannot fulfil that promise in Utica, NY! At Home contracts with Roadie (UPS Company) to deliver furniture; was flabbergasted to learn that the last time Roadie picked up anything for delivery was over 3 months ago, even more bizarre is learning that At Home corp. couldn't care less to resolve. No one is winning- not the company, not the store, and not the customer)! But the staff at this store is super helpful and loaded my rental UHaul van.

They be having deals as well ( clearance area) the store is a lot bigger than I thought it would be as well lol.. I'm obsessed w this place I literally can't wait to get my new house and fill it with all the beautiful decor i liked while I was there looking around..

This store is growing on me. When I first went to this store years ago I thought the selection was not so good and the products were average. Now I'm thinking that the selection of products has increased substantially as well as the quality of products they carry. The staff at the store are very helpful and accommodating. I would now recommend people to this store and I will most likely go back myself.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I will never return here. The man cashing me out was so rude. I had $7 and change worth of items. He told me I needed exact change or to use a debit or credit card. I had only cash on me. I told him I didn't have exact cash and change. He threw a fit. Well now you have to have change he says to me. I said no I have a $10 bill and he proceeded to argue about change.. I mean seriously who goes to the store with exact change like they know what they are buying and what prices are. I also payed attention when he finally took my $10 huffing and puffing at me. His drawer was not short change so he was able to give me change for a $10. So idk what his issue is. Very very poor customer service. On my way out I even had other customers saying something to me, they couldn't believe this happened either.

Solid selection of holiday decorations. Stopped by with the family the other day and picked myself up a 12ft Inflatable scary Halloween tree. Now, mind you I didn't go in there for that, things just happen. One thing led to another. Now i'm afraid to go back.

I really love At Home ...but just recently I purchased a Yard Candy cornhole game .i only used once and it was like a contact paper peeling off...very very bad quality so disappointed

Wow. ENORMOUS! Items for every season and holiday! Gorgeous false plants. Goods for inside and outside, bathroom, bedroom,kitchen, cooking,living areas. High quality goods. So don't expect Walmart or Target prices here it is more expensive. Unique items. Huge outdoor grow pots. Fun place to stroll,chat,and search for lovable items. I spent an hour and it feel like twenty minutes.

First time in this store. I'm very impressed with the beautiful products. Everything is color coordinated, ie all blue tinted pillows in one isle, reddish in another and so on. Same with glassware and pottery, therefore, whatever your decor, you can find the colors easily to match.

Dirty, disorganized, understocked, overpriced, couldn't find help when I needed some. I only gave 2 stars because the cashier was pleasant. Store is a great idea...too bad. I can order the same things from the Internet for less.

Lots of interesting things in the store. I went to purchase a couple of rugs and found a couple that I really liked. I looked for an employee for assistance for over 20 minutes, but had no success. I ended up leaving with nothing but frustration.

Remarkable variety of home decorative goods. Huge variety of just about anything you can think of. I’ve never seen a store with this many different kinds of lamps and lamps shades. Pillows. Shelf and mantle stuff. Carpets, rugs and mats. Furniture. Outdoor stuff. Seasonal stuff. All priced on the slightly high side of fair. Lots of sales. Stuff is well made and prices seem fair. It’s not cheap junk. Great store.

We just stopped in to see what the store was like. Its pretty big, takes a good 30 to 40 minutes just to check everything out. Tons of home decor, definitely something for everyone. Bathrooms were very clean as was the store.

They have a nice selection of mass-produced nonsense, and their regular markdown prices are reasonable - but the holiday stuff is never clearanced at the same percentage points as literally ANY OTHER RETAILER.I get it - why should they take steep markdowns when they have so much space? - but it certainly makes me think twice about buying the kind of random tchotchkes I'd pick up were they half off and not 31%.Pillows, on the other hand, are a STEAL. Not even Walmart carries king-sized bedding at that price.
