Very disappointed!!!! Today 8/21/23 around 12:00 pm I stopped on my way home from our camp to order lunch for myself and my daughter. I walked back to the sandwich shop. I heard the two female coworkers kinda arguing loudly. One girl was saying “ I have to make this wrap and you’ve got stuff all over the place could you please take her order!” Then she repeated herself in a similar way. And the other girl with the longer hair and hat on said, “ IM GETTING THERE!” as she walked up to the counter. With a very unfriendly look on her face. She seemed annoyed she had to wait on me. As another woman was quietly checking some invoice sheets that were sprawled out across the sandwich pick up countertop. At the same time there was a delivery man that had just brought in a recent delivery ahead of me standing there with all his boxes on a dolly. I asked the girl behind the counter “ do you have gluten-free sub rolls today? “ she turned around and picked a sub roll off what appeared to be a microwave. She held it up and tipped her head to the side and said nothing, just made a crooked face. I asked, “is that a gf sub roll?” She said “yes” I said, OK do you have another one? I would like to order two subs on gluten-free sub rolls please”. “ She says do you just want the rolls, or do you want me to make the food here?” I looked at her feeling puzzled, I repeated myself. “ I’d like to order two subs on gluten-free rolls please”. I thought maybe she didn’t hear me. She then rolls her eyes and cocks her head to the side makes a annoyed face, turning towards her coworker, as if she’s playing to the audience “ I asked her if she wants the roll or …….” This made me so angry! I said “ you are very rude! Just unbelievable!” She says “OK!” I turned and left the building, buying nothing. I have a family of five and we stop in frequently like once a week all summer for gas, groceries and last minute items on our way to and from our camp. We like the gluten-free sandwiches and gluten-free subs. Because of our food allergies it is difficult for us to find a place where we can just order a sub or a sandwich and not worry we’re going to get sick. Too bad your employees are doing your business and your customers such a disservice!

We stop often on our travels between Syracuse and Saranac Lake. We stop on the way there and the way back. Food is always fresh and tasty, store is so clean (I will even use the restroom there and I never use public restrooms) and the staff is so friendly and efficient. Love Sliders!

The lettuce, tomatoes and onions that they use on their subs is absolutely disgusting…The lettuce is so old that it smells and the tomatoes are just as bad, they need to start with fresh produce for the subs every day instead of every week…I think the problem stems from their rapid change of employees, there is 3 or 4 new faces in there every time I walk in the place…

They told us a half hr for our 1 pizza and 24 wings. Got there waited another half hr for our wings .our pizza was ordered pepperoni and mushrooms got it home just pepperoni and the pizza was ice cold. Two girls working in the deli with no hat or hair etc. Very dissapointed in a $50 meal that was not what we ordered and ice cold.

Good place to get fuel, grab a snack, etc. Always a selection of sweet treats to satisfy a sweet tooth, from donuts, muffins, brownies and more. Even a rack of toys to calm screaming kids.
