This is a fantastic shop, the owner (who I can't remember the name of for the life of me, sorry I'm bad with names) but is very friendly, very knowledgeable. Tried one of their pre-rolls on his recommendation and I was not disappointed. Very clean shop and well organized, product is great and price is fair. Can't recommend this shop enough!

i have been ordering from this shops website frequently for majority of the past year and noticed a rapid decline in their customer service and product availability. i always paid for express 2-4 day shipping, and it almost always took 4-7 days to deliver and the USPS updates would say they have not received the package 2-3 days after i had placed the order. i understand having a high-volume of orders and not having enough time to get to everybody’s, but nearly every time i placed an order on a bi-weekly basis? i first started buying from their website because of their low prices (that’s the only reason they’re getting more than one star) and i liked some of the THC cartridges they had available. after a couple months of ordering from them i noticed they stopped selling a lot of their cartridges and only had disposables available. the THC disposables had really bad problems spitting up wax onto the mouthpiece and sometimes clogging the device to the point it cannot be used (i know that this is not entirely the distributors fault, as they do not make the products, but i feel like any company should have good standards for their products, right?) every so often they would sell a line of cartridges again, but then they were gone for a month or more. my partner was also a frequent customer of theirs but not anymore after he had received a cartridge that was not in its original glass and metal packaging, like someone had taken the wax out of the original and put it inside a different one. i will compliment on their rewards system and frequent discounts, but i don’t know what is going on with this company anymore and needless to say i will not be buying from them again.

I will recommend this establishment 10/10 times to anybody looking for THC/CBD products. Other shops can be lacking in delayed shipping, available inventory, or lack of maintenance. Element had my package going out the same day (I ordered early morning). Great service, communication, and inventory. I will now only shop with them for future CBD or THC needs.

There were no prices on anything. I was given some misinformation to explain why they didn't carry a product that I asked for. When I checked out with a single CBD tea bag, I was charged $5. Disappointing to say the least. I have checked my Google location and the business's website to be certain, and this is definitely the correct business. The tea was chosen from a few tea bags that were leaned against the partition towards the back-right corner of the store. I have no reason to be dishonest.

If I could do 10 stars I would. Extremely helpful with education and understanding their customers needs and wants. Thank you for going above and beyond in explaining what things are and how they work. As a senior citizen I really appreciate GREAT business people who listen then respond with exactly what their customers really needed instead of what they "thought'" they needed. Awesome job! After vaping( I thought) incorrectly for 9 years for nerve pain control, NOW finally I know how to use the "battery'" which I never really quite understood before. As a former businessman it is more than a pleasure to meet someone who is not out to just take your money and move on. Well done Element earth, well done.
