We stopped at the Pantheon for breakfast on the way to an event in Cooperstown. This is a moderately sized restaurant that serves food at all times of the day.The breakfast menu was reasonably priced and offered all of the standard staple breakfast menu items. Our server was friendly and helpful!It did take a longer than usual amount of time between placing our order and being served. The restaurant did not seem to be very busy.I ordered eggs and sausage with wheat toast and home fries and an additional side of corned beef hash. The food was delivered warm and as ordered. The food, for the most part, was as you would expect for breakfast food from a diner with one exception. I found the home fries particularly bland, lacking any seasoning or flavor.The final gripe I had with this visit was when the check came. This establishment charges an additional fee on top of the cost of the meal for using a credit card. I HATE this trend. I'm someone whose check from work is direct deposited and use a credit card or my phone to pay for virtually everything. I never have cash. This is just the way it is in the digital world. I realize restaurants are charged a fee for taking credit card transactions, but penalizing the customer for not making that extra trip to the bank is not classy.Overall, my experience at the Pantheon was fine. It was not amazing nor was it terrible. The extra dollar it cost me to pay by credit card isn't going to break the bank. But I wouldn't be upset to see a few cents added to the menu items to offset and eliminate that "credit card" surcharge either.

Always loved the chef salad but bought one a few days ago and there was zero cold meat, no egg….soooo, not a chef salad but charged for one! The apple pie tasted like it had petroleum in it. So sorry because we need a restaurant in this small area and it’s right off of I-88. Waitresses are always friendly and it’s a comfortable spot to relax. How about step up your delivery too!! Your website will say you have delivery, you put the entire order in and after calling, find out there’s no delivery. The boneless wings are really REALLY good.

You get what you expect here. The name may make you think it is a Greek diner. While it has some good Mediterranean offerings, this is mainly your traditional diner with some unexpected but delightful additions. The pizza is good and the prices are fantastic. I will certainly be stopping on future visits through the area. The rice pudding wasn't available when I visited, but I heard multiple customers ask for it.Kid-friendliness: Booster chairs available

On a family road trip to Animal Adventure Park and stoped in to eat. The staff where amazing and the food was beyond amazing. This will be 1 of our new dinners to visit when we come threw again.

Took a really long time to get a grilled cheese to go and was given my soup to go 30mins before that was ready so it sat on the counter and got cold. Food had no flavor & went in the trash idk how u mess up a grilled cheese but soak it in butter & left it untoasted... This experience wasn't it. Was there once before, it was way busier & food was better & was faster the difference was lunch time super slow & the evening it was totally different but I wouldn't go again...

The waitress was polite, attentive and hard working but she was the only staff there today. She somehow managed to run the restaurant single handedly waitressing and cooking. I can't praise her enough, but she must have been exhausted. This was my first time here. My parents were with me and they're return customers. The building is a simple country diner. There's a nice variety of food- Breakfast: omelets, waffles, pancakes, home fries... lunch: gyros, Greek salad, cold and warm sandwiches, soup, fish, burgers, pizza, wings... Dinners: turkey, chicken, meatloaf, pork chops, steak, pastas... The food is great and the prices low. They also have milkshakes and desserts. I had the chicken souvlaki. Very good.

Were in there for lunch today on our road trip route from, Ca to Boston. Crossed 16 States ... sure feels great to be greeted by girls like Vallery & Grace! They were overloaded w work on their Sunday shift, but awfully sweet & broad smiling. Food was 👍too 😋

Rice, brown lettuce and a slice of tomato cut in half? The shrimp was good, have not started on the potato, but so far for the price I'd definitely not say it was worth the cost. :(

Had a great time at the Pantheon in Harpursville. Glad to see the building turned into something nice and enjoyed some great food with my family!

We stopped here on our way through town. Everyone was incredibly friendly. I started with the chicken and rice soup which was fantastic and we ordered the rigatoni and meatballs and the Parmesan chicken. Both were exceptional. We expected a pizza place when we walked in and while they do serve pizza we were pleasantly surprised with the vast options on the menu! The atmosphere was warm and the place was extremely clean! The restrooms even smelled good! I would highly recommend this place if your local or just driving through!
