Tops Markets in Hannibal is a blessing to the people of the area.Prices are competitive, they have great sales, the staff are friendly and helpful, the produce is fresh, the meat department is always willing to help you find the cut of meat you want. The bakery and deli offer great choices, at great prices, and the food is delicious. They also support community fundraisers and offer a wonderful Christmas dinner for Senior Citizens.

FULTON TOPS FORMALLY PRICE CHOPPER - I was cashing out in lane 7 . Lauren (wearing 2 greying ponytail)I told her I was doing a food service delivery. 3 times she then used store discount cardI asked her not too., she them exclaimed that she was told.. she blamed me for not telling her . Then Whisperz to front manager black haired pulled back in single ponytail looked at a guest and they both agreed on what they were talking about.. very rude and horrible costumer making your guest feel completely uncomfortable and onlooker

This store closes lottery at 7pm when store doesn't close until 10pm. I was going to use a lotto ticket to get gas but couldn't even get gas because of this. When they opened I went back and they said lotto didn't open for an hour. At least this lady was nice and put the money from the ticket on my pump anyways.

Excellent small town grocery that is stocked with all the essentials of a larger store. Clean, neat and orderly. Prepared foods are plentiful and delicious. Location also has gas pumps providing everything you could need.

The store leaves sale price from previous week posted for days ,this way the customer grabs it thinking its on sale and it's full price .did u check receipt? Most don't, and the deceptions complete. Every week several over stock items will be miss marked as sale items. On purpose!!!

Some things are pricey but they run sales weekly and they seem fair priced. The bakery is good for cookie cakes, cakes, cookies, donuts ect. Staff seems friendly.

Store has a lot of good prices and deals. However it seems that some of the employees need a little more training and to try to be a little nicer! Also wish the self checkouts weren't such a pain.

The employees are very friendly. Some of the prices are ridiculously high. I like to buy apples, but sometimes they have this "buy one, get one free" deal, where you have to buy 2, and if you buy just one, you end up paying almost 6 bucks for just one bag of apples! They're overpriced as it is and when they use the word "free", it's not free. It's insulting that they use these tricky business practices. Their rotisserie chickens are always good and at a fair price, and the store is always well stocked and clean. Overall I do like this store, mainly because the employees are so nice and the products are good.

Good selection, stocked shelves, friendly employees. Soft drinks such as soda kept in the beer cooler, mildly confusing but ultimately not an issue since it is visible through the door. Overall, excellent experience.

It is a nice clean store and I can almost always find everything I'm looking for. However, today I wanted sesame seed bagels from their bakery and they do not offer that kind of bagel. I got delicious looking cinnamon raisin instead. Still happy!!

The deli has gotten my pizza wrong numerous times. But when they do make what my family and I order its delicious. Since the new owners came in employees complain they aren't treated well and it shows with most of them because their customer service is lacking. Most of the people that did work here prior to the new owners left. The store is clean and organized in an efficient and easy way to find your groceries though. Their meat is amazing though my family keeps going back because their meat speaks for itself.

I love Tops... I almost always have a pleasant trip to the store. On occasion I get annoyed when waiting to get fresh lunch meat and the ladies are to busy talking to realize I'm standing there. Or they'll be busy finishing up a kitchen task and rather than say I'll be with you in just a moment they just ignore you. More than once I left with out lunch meat and just bought it else where. As far as every other department in the store I have nothing bad to say. The store always looks well maintained and all the worker that I speak with are very knowledgeable.

Store is very clean, they make the best cakes, and the employees are very friendly. The prices are a little higher than Walmart, but that's to be expected for a smaller local market. For me it's worth the convenience of being able to walk around the block to get what I need.

Very small but has alot to offer. I found far more vegetarian items in this top than my usual, and this one is 4 hours away. I would definitely shop here again, and they have really good prices compared to alot of other tops. Staff was very helpful and kind, eager to help you.

This place has terrible prices, me and my family go here because it is the closest grocery store around. The workers are very kind however. I like their sparkling beverages, but it's expensive. Like cow tails for example, in most places it is 3 for $1 they have it for a dollar a piece. I miss the IGA.

Is anyone shocked this dump closed down? No one? Correct it’s called “crap shack” or “top” for a reason. It was the local sewage plant , literally everyone wne their to “unload” if you get my drift , no. 2 litterally everywhere gross 🤮

Tops is good. There meat packages are worth stopping out with the price of food these days. Everything else seems to be costly.

This past week I went I to Tops and purchased lunch meat at the deli. Turkey to be exact, to only find out when I got home that there was a bone in my slices of meat. Somebody could have easily choked, not to mention it’s just down right disgusting. Tops is fine for other groceries but just think twice before you get your meat from Their deli.

Typically small town store. Selections are small and don't vary. But they have most of what needed by majority..but it's our local folks working there, they are the ones that earn the ratings. They are All great people .
