The manager of this dollar general always tries to bend over backwards to make sure your experience has been great. The store mY not be the cleanest but the friendly staff more then makes up for that.

Very reasonable Grocery and cleaning supplies. My go-to store for this area. Rumor has it a complete remodel is in the works for August of this year and I cannot wait. Employees here at this location eager to assist and very friendly. I have downloaded the app and now anticipate upcoming specials and sale events.

Terrible experience. The old man and fat blonde are rude. Store is always overstocked and hard to move through aisles, cashiers never up at the register. Cigarettes thrown at me the other day by a new girl. Only employee I ever have a pleasant experience with is the young girl with colored hair. Every other employee has thrown attitude in my face and given me dirty looks.

Typical dollar store, not bad, but critically not great! competing against small town businesses, with prices that low income citizens can't afford to not shop for. And basically just another small version of big chain greed, Dollar store employee's are all understaffed, expected to stock, shelf, and assist and cash out customers. Nothing against our local store employee's, they are just regular folks trying to earn a living. I appreciate all you employee's do for the chain store and us local shoppers, big thumbs up for handling rude customers and rude management CEO bosses.

This store isn't the cleanest by far. But you generally can get in and out pretty fast because products are easy to find. I've worked for this company and its not a bad place to work for except they don't really train you and then they hold it against you when your told that's not how we do things but they don't tell you that until they end up writing you up or firing you for it. They are pretty underhanded in promising some people stores and telling others they are getting that store under Pam. Pam would promise you that you'll be in this one store and they mess up and they'll have to relocate you because they didn't realize they couldn't carry so many employees on their payroll for that specific store. It took me like 2.5-3 months to start my job here after I was already hired. If that tells you anything. Then every other day Pam would try to tell me this is my home store now That's my home store and she couldn't make up her mind or didn't know what she was doing I think its the latter which explains why she's no longer the district manager anymore. I don't know. They've suffered from poor management that much I do know but they know their merchandising that's for sure.

The female that started working there with really short hair was vary unhappy and had poor people skills, and that was the 2nd time I was in there when she worked at the 104 location. I usually go to the Hannibal store and their all great their but this one person is obviously misrable. The other people at the 104 store location have been great.

Small and messy store. Employees are never professional and it’s hard to keep them off their cell phones! On a positive note, they are often well stocked.

Store is clean but 2 of there employees are not good employees 1 does not know how to bag items puts can of biscuits in same bag as 2 liter of soda. And cat litter in bag with loaf of bread. Other employee very rude and smelled of marijuana horribly

It's a great place to shop for groceries with affordable prices and nice selections. Nice alternative to taking a trip to a larger store like Walmart if needed.
