I'd comment on the quality of the food, but I've been waiting a literal half an hour for it... Why are they slower than most normal restaurants?UPDATE: I finally got my food after 37 minutes. Thirty-seven minutes for FAST food. The image is the $13 pile of slop they gave me. I think I know why it takes them so long - it's because they grill each patty for 30+ minutes to ensure it looks and tastes like charcoal. Absolutely atrocious.

Long line, understandable. This chain attracts everyone to it. I waited to order a while no problem. And I got my order very quickly to the staff’s credit. But it was ridiculously quick how I got it. when I picked up my burger, it was on the cool side and did not taste fresh off the grill as my usual shack burgers taste. About 10-15 minutes before I ordered, they were calling someone else who never picked up their food, so I’m a bit concerned that I was given food that was leftover from a previous order. Additionally, there was Zero shack sauce on the burger. The staff seemed stressed. Hopefully they can work it out.

We ordered two Shack burgers and fries. We waited for about 20minutes for our order. When was ready the order was wrong so we had to wait an additional 10 minutes. When westarted to eat our burgers they were so salty they were bearly edible. We've eaten at other Shake Shakes and the food and service has always been great. We will never go back to this one again!.

Only giving this the bare minimum rating due to the fact that the one supervisor stayed behind while the rest of the crew walked out and has been nowhere to see for the last 10 minutes 11/4 7:30pm. The supervisor who stayed has been very kind and accommodating while the other supervisor caused a huge upset within the staff causing them to walk out/disappear. There is always something wrong when that supervisor is on shift he’s super disrespectful and has a don’t care attitude about him. He’s never doing anything but running register for a short amount of time and on his phone standing around or his hands in his pocket. The new supervisor they got for the evening shift is kind and helps his staff. Hence the score not being zero. He stayed behind to help the customers and is working every station. Kudos to him he deserves a raise or promotion he’s doing a hell of a job it’s a shame he’s not recognized for his hard work. Shame on the other guy he shouldn’t be left in charge.

I waited in line 15 minutes, only for the girl taking orders at the counter to refuse my order because she said they were too busy to make shakes or custard! They were not out of the ingredients, they just didn't want to bother with making items that were displayed on the menu! No signs, no announcements, nothing? Thanks for wasting my time.

The only people complaining are either ridiculously impatient people or flat out boomers who don't like anything different.Great addition to the area in my opinion, and the food is fresh and hot. I rather wait 15 minutes for something fresh and good rather than something that's just been sitting there.Keep up the hard work guys!!!

I ordered a burger and a milkshake. Then I waited for 15 minutes for the order to be ready. I went up to the workers that were there and I said excuse me, is my order ready and then she just took the receipt and looked then looked at the screen and then she came to me and said it’ll be another 33 minutes. Never again with this shake shack. I’ve had better shake shack places than this. They need to do a better job.

Never had bad service or a bad burger or fries or a shake at the shack. First visit to this location and I enjoyed every minute. To the complainers: the food here is made to order. Delicious shake! They were out of chicken and mushrooms (I usually get chicken), so I got a hot dog. I wouldn’t recommend the hotdog, but it was okay. There wasn’t much of a line when I went during lunchtime and the wait wasn’t too long. Overall decent experience.Vegetarian options: They were out of the mushroom option when I went. The rest of the meal options are meat.
