How does this place have 4 stars, especially of the late. Every. Single. Day. They’re either closing early without warning. Or closing for hours at a time for some type of “emergency”. I know I am not the only one fed up with this pharmacy. First they cut the days open from Monday through Saturday to Monday through Friday. Then it’s the hours. Monday through Friday 9am-8pm to Monday through Friday but only 9am-6pm with AN HOUR LUNCH in those short few hours. NOW it’s Monday through Friday 10am-6pm with an hour lunch from 1:30-2:30. And that’s if you’re lucky. I’m here now, 2 hrs before close (because Friday they closed way before 6pm without any warning) and I NEED MY BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE I HAVE HAD TO GO ALL WEEKEND WITHOUT! This pharmacy should close their doors. If it is them closing early it’s you waiting all day for ONE PRESCRIPTION. THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE HERE IN THIS TOWN THAT DONT HAVE A CAR, OR PEOPLE WHO WORK OUTSIDE THE “PHARMACY” business hours. People are having to leave work early just to get their prescriptions. Or go without. Again, CLOSE THE DOORS IF YOU CANT BE A HALFWAY DEPENDABLE PHARMACY!! I’ve already switched back to Brown’s in Deposit because their customer service is impeccable compared to Walgreens on every level. The wait time has always been ten minutes after receiving a prescription. The ONLY reason I ever brought my business (including my family) back here is because they started taking the Medicaid we had. They even posted signs about it outside. Yet they can’t fulfill THEIR DUTIES!! I might start a carpool or delivery service for RX from Browns if anybody is in need of better service. Reach out.
