This is the cleanest rest stop/gas station I’ve ever been to! The staff are so kind despite all of the people traveling at 10pm because of the eclipse and it has everything you could need from snacks to toys and pet food! We were even able to get Advil!

This is not my usual stop when I drive to Rochester, but I had to pull off for the restroom and found this place. Probably one of the cleanest and nicest gas stations in all of NY. Apparently a refurbished old baseball bat factory building, this place has an integrated coffee cafe and sells some souvenirs like sweatshirts and bumper stickers. Very nice bathrooms and even brand new gas pumps.

A nice store with a different update on the convenient store. Clean store , restrooms and staffs were attentive and friendly. I liked their fresh brewed coffee. Bought hazelnut and coffee were freshly brewed. Attached gas station is Exxon mobil. Gas prices are on par with local stations. Prices are average, nice selection of both national and local flavors. Definitely recommend to stop by if you cross this area. Very clean, bigger in size then usual store.

Came across this hidden gem by accident this afternoon as we were headed across state lines today and stopped to get gas. The little convenience store is super clean and very well stocked with a everything I could’ve ever wanted on a road trip and even had a little restaurant cafes integrated into it. I figured I’d try one of their breakfast meals since I hadn’t eaten yet! The dish was incredibly well put together and tasted fantastic would definitely recommend stopping just for the food and coffee! Another positive side note is that their restrooms are completely spotless and very well stocked. Every single person I spoke to inside was absolutely delightful especially the young man Josiah behind the counter!Will definitely be returning on the way back and any other time I’m nearby! A absolute must stop if you’re ever travelling through upper New York!

Stumbled upon this gem of a place by accident this morning as we were headed across state today and needed to gas up. Upon going inside we learned this convenience store is super clean and very well stocked with a vast variety of items. I figured I’d try one of their steak, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. This sandwich was incredibly great! Another positive side note is that their restrooms are absolutely spotless! I’ve made a permanent mental note to stop here again on my next cross state trip.

We got subs and coffee. Everything we ordered came out quickly and it was so delicious. Also, it was incredibly clean inside and outside. There was a guy polishing everything outside, including the trash cans. It looks great!!

Best baked home goods! What a treasure - we were on a road trip and stopped for gas and a break. I ordered a grilled cheese and fries - they were prepared to perfection. Then we noticed the home baked goods - bought several pies and a package of Whoopi pies - and OMG - delicious! The whole place is a delightful cafe with wooden tables and chairs. Bathrooms were spotless. If you are traveling - plan to stop here! You won’t regret it!

Nice place love the baked goods cookies and fry pies we ordered subs my wife had a Philly cheese steak and i had the turkey both were really good and they don't get skimpy with their toppings definitely worth the stop! Just look for the old billboard sign that says "awesome subs"

At first i thought it was just a gas station & convenience store; but when you go inside, they have this really cute small restaurant …. REAALLLYYYYYY delicious cheeseburger & Philly cheese steak that my friend and i ordered.As for the rest of the convenience store/gas station , they’ve got VERY very clean bathrooms, and great selection of snacks & drinks & coffee & even freshly baked cinnamon rolls!!From now on, every time i drive to New York, I’m making a pit stop here!!

Bacon egg cheese sandwich. Needed to fill roll more. Bacon was excellent. Pierogis with onions and sour cream delicious. Too full to try home baked goodies in market next time.Very convenient- directly across from the very short exit ramp. Easy on and easy off. Clean bathroom.

Staff was amazingly generous and helpful. Table setting was spacious, atmospheric feel of a comfy venue provided a wide variety of items from food to cold/hot beverages to -much on- demand, important utilities. I was dehydrated when their large wall sized-refrigerators stacked with beverages lured me to a garatode. Cc declined, the sweet staff person comped it. It was random act of kindness. I will never forget that, as it does not happen often. Thank you Old Bat Factory! The Gatorade was phenomenal.

Stopped in on my way back from Cochecton. I was out of hours and needed something to eat. Had a Philly cheesesteak. It was very good. The young lady who made it was very friendly and did an excellent job. Inside the store it was bright, clean and very well organized. I’ll be making this run weekly and will definitely stop again.

Some coworkers and I visited this place twice last week. Nice place, clean bathrooms, friendly staff, and a pretty good assortment of drinks and snacks besides the the deli. Their deli food is very good and reasonably priced, for example a cheeseburger with fries and a Snapple is less than a Big Mac meal from across the street.I'd have given 5 stars but during the first visit the only fresh coffee available were decafs and hazelnut, then during the second visit none was available. They close at 11:00 PM but we arrived there around 7:00-7:30 PM and tried to grab the coffee before 9:00 PM. We ended up getting coffee from the McDonalds across the street during the second visit.Other than the coffee issue we will continue to patronize this place, since we'll be in the area frequently for work.November 2020 update (2 months since first visit) - coworkers and/or I have been stopping by almost weekly. Staff is still friendly, bathrooms are still clean, and most importantly the food is still very food.

I want to love this place. They have great coffee, pastries and are conveniently located. However, they don’t seem to follow basic Covid restrictions posted on their own door. Staff and every person in the store seemed to have a different set of rules and are unmasked. If they can’t follow these basic rules, I wonder what other corners are being cut?

The food is AMAZING, and has been fresh every single time! Very quick as well. Never waited any longer than 20 minutes on a busy day. Everyone there is pleasant and the store is always very very clean. If I had to recommend anything from their menu, I can’t just recommend ONE, but the Jalapeño and cheese stuffed pretzel 🥨 is my ABSOLUTE favorite. The Philly Cheesesteak is always good too. My fiancé likes to order hot food, so usually he gets the burger, and he loved it. I’m glad this place has opened, we need more locally owned businesses here.Edit ONE YEAR LATERThe food is STILL as good as it was when I first reviewed. The prices have gone up, but the given economical status, you can’t blame them for the inflation. My BIGGEST complaint at this given moment is customer service. MOST employees are pleasant and professional, with the exception of one man. I was going to say gentleman but he is not. He is rude, unpleasant and makes for an extremely awkward transaction. He is “fairly” new and not one of the family members of the owners. He used to work for another convenience store here is town a few months back. At any rate, he doesn’t greet you, he never asked if I had a rewards card so I could collect or even spend my rewards AND never even told me my total amount I owed. I know everyone had “bad days” and sometimes you can’t help projecting your misery, but at least do your job. Don’t think I’ll be back, this is not the first time I’ve had this type of interaction with this man as well as my fiancé. He’s miserable and really shouldn’t have a job in customer service if he can’t be the least bit pleasant. Also, it is not a personal thing with him because I don’t even know who he is.

I was in there on Veterans Day at 8:30 in the morning buddy and I stopped for gas and got breakfast sandwiches on our trip. Never been there and will always go back when we are in the area! I ordered a steak bagel but got sausage. Not a big deal because it was the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. The gentleman realized he made me the wrong sandwich and came to the table apologizing he made the wrong one. Told me he would make me another one told him no it was delicious even if it wasn’t what I ordered. Then said I’d make u one to take for the road. Told him no then said I’ll but u ur next sandwich the next time I’m in there. The young man was awesome!! I may never see him again but he left a mark on me!! There are still honest great young people in this world! Young man keep doing what you do there are people who appreciate who u are!!
