Such an adorable place! It turns out that I actually visited the pie stand this visit, but Soons Orchards is directly across from the pie tent and there's a lot more to explore there. I definitely want to try their apple cider donuts!

My recent visit to Soons Orchards was a truly delightful orchard experience. From the moment I stepped onto the grounds, the picturesque surroundings and inviting atmosphere created the perfect setting for a memorable day out.The impressive variety of apples available for picking, coupled with the friendly guidance from the staff, made the experience thoroughly enjoyable. The well-maintained orchard added to the charm, providing a bountiful adventure with apples aplenty. The on-site market boasted a diverse selection of fresh produce, tempting homemade treats, and artisanal goods. Unable to resist, I brought home some of their delectable apple cider and homemade pies – a decision that left me without any regrets. The outstanding quality of these products underscores Soons Orchards' commitment to delivering top-notch, farm-fresh offerings.Adding to the appeal were the family-friendly activities and events that provided an extra layer of fun during my visit. Soons Orchards is more than just a place to pick fruits; it's a destination for creating lasting memories with loved ones.In conclusion, Soons Orchards surpassed my expectations in every aspect. The combination of a charming orchard, friendly staff, and exceptional products make it a must-visit for anyone in search of a genuine farm-to-table experience. Without a doubt, I'll be returning to Soons Orchards for more seasonal delights in the future.

What a fantastic experience! We got to sample hard ciders and sangria, the bartender was amazing, we had a snack plate with veggies, fruit, meat, bread and cheeses, we got to sit outside, we bought some delicious chili to bring home… I loved seeing the orchard trees from the road too as we drove past. It’s a favorite place I’ve been to before and I’ll go back time and again! Sometimes limited parking, depending on how busy it is.

I love going to Soons Orchards, mainly for Golden Delicious apples, which are my favorite, but I pick up so much more. Fresh carrots, for soup and snacking, beets, cheese, Apple cider donuts, hot apple cider, apple pies, etc. don’t forget the samples you can try of various offerings. There’s also a tap room right next door.

I visited the Orchard and the U pick recently. I would definitely return for apple cider, fresh made pies and the caramel apple. The apple picking location is on the other side of the highway. The u pick area is much smaller than the place I normally go to, area was closed in the back, I didn't get to see the whole place. And it got crowded very quickly around noon.Maybe it's the end of the season, or bad weather, there's not much left. Small bag is 20, the bigger bag is 30.Nevertheless, we found some delicious apples and pies!

This place is great. They have a nice cider on the more sour side, no sugar added. They also sell apples and veggies, along with local meat, and hard cider which is made there. There's a cider pub right next door but was closed when I visited. Excellent cider donuts also available, try them out.

First time visiting and certainly not my last! Very friendly employees. Everything is fresh! I grabbed some brownies, chocolate chip cookies and a plain apple cider donut. (Can’t wait to eat them in moderation lol)They have fresh/organic beef, cider, veggies, candies, fudge, bread, cider, homemade chili and much more. Very cute farm with lots to do. As the farms are opening up for the spring, I can’t wait to visit during the summer for more activities and fun! They have live music and a taproom!Ample onsite parking and family friendly as well.

We had a wonderful time at Soons Orchard. I purchased apple cider donuts, cookies, and apple cider. Everything was delicious. I was hungry so I went to the restaurant on-site to purchase chicken and biscuits which was absolutely scrumptious. Apple picking was fun and my granddaughter enjoyed herself.

Summer, once a month, family run Farm to Table restaurant. Country Store that includes homemade pies and fudge with a separate area for locally produced wines and microbrewery products. On my list for the longest. If you plan to attend one of their country dinners I suggest you monitor their site frequently. Once a date is released for the month seats are quickly snapped up by locals and repeat diners.Aside from the good food and the good company, I thoroughly enjoy the farm report giving during the intermission by the family patriarch👍🏽

It was a nice day out. We took the hayride to the pumpkin patch and spent time in the shop. However, we came from Brooklyn and it was a 2hrs drive there so we were pretty hungry when we got there. There used to be a restaurant, it closed and in its place is overpriced bar food that they bring you out of the back of the kitchen and teenagers making ‘flatbread’ outside under a tent. An order of soggy wings was $16 and the flatbread was $18. The ciders and the garlic parm fries were pretty good though.

Outstanding customer service. We drove from Pennsylvania an hour away and due to the weather missed our time slot and we had a personal drop off and pick up from the farmer himself and took great care in our experience. We enjoyed the real pick from the patch, fresh made donuts, amazing apple cider, great food and fresh produce. We will definitely be back again for our family tradition. Leim was great at helping take great care in our experience and helping us check out our pumpkins!

Great hard cider, and even better food. The food tasted very fresh and homemade. Highly recommend the grilled chicken sandwich, and the fries that came with it were better than most. Don't forget to check out the market, you'll find great local produce, meats, cheeses, etc. And the pies from the stand across the lot are sure to please!

Soons is a must stop spot nestled in New Hampton. During the fall, their Apple cider donuts are so great! Some of my family members have worked there as well over the years. Every time we visit, the atmosphere is great, and their fresh produce and desserts are full of flavor.

Soons is our go-to farm market and orchard, and has been for over twenty years. The friendliest and most knowledgeable folk you'll ever meet work there, available to guide you and answer questions during your visit. Whether you're interested in buying ingredients for your own baked creation, or purchasing one of Soons amazing pies, you'll find what you want and need here.Their store is loaded with local fare ranging from... well... apples of course to jams to vegetables to fudge to fresh apple cider and more. Don't forget the apple cider donuts - they are THE BEST! You've heard the phrase, "like a kid in a candy shop", well, that's how we feel when visiting Soons. There is much to see and do. Don't buy apples from the supermarket, when you can get FARM FRESH right here!Watch their website to see when u-pick is available. There is a special monthly event called "Dinner at the Farm", which is an amazing farm-to-table dining experience. Check the website, Facebook, and join their mailing list for updates. Our children have visited Soons over the years on school trips, and we make regular family visits. Follow them on Facebook, and watch as Sharon "goes live" & walks you through another adventure on the farm :)Conveniently located just off County Rt.6 and I.84 in New Hampton, Soons is HIGHLY ENJOYABLE and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Super cute country store with plenty of fresh produce and baked goods with classic flair. I recommend grabbing a chicken pot pie from their cooler, delicious! Their apple cider is crisp and perfect for fall. There is also a friendly dog that freely walks around.

My daughter and I really enjoyed Soons. They had late season peaches. Fantastic apple cider and cider donuts (3 flavors). Everything looked great and a lovely spot to visit. We enjoyed it in the fall. Watching them set up for the pie stand and pumpkin patch was quite enjoyable. We saw the tractors coming in from the orchard.

Always a great time here! Everyone who works here seems to enjoy working here as much as we enjoy coming. Very family friendly we often bring our 1 year old with us. The pies are out of this world from both the stand and inside!

If you're ever in the vicinity of Rte 17M in upstate NY just south of Rte 84, I highly recommend you stop in at Soon's market and tap room. Fresh baked pies, donuts, breads. Fresh picked apples. Among many other delights. Amazing place!

This Orchard has a lovely balance of classic Farm Fair as well as perfect things for adults particularly with their own in houses cidery. I would say it is perfectly family-friendly including Dogs. The baked goods and freshly-made cider donuts were particularly good.

Very low key but fun at the same time. We did the hayride to the pumpkin patch which was $5/pp which was a great price. The patch was a good size! The prices for our pickings were great, came up to under $20. Then we went to their market, crowded but expected (as we went on a Holiday), they had fresh cider, popcorn and donuts. I was able snag some local honey, fresh kettle corn, apple cider donuts covered in cinnamon sugar and cider.

I've been visiting Soons Orchards over the years and have seen it grow so much. Anytime I'm in the area, I stop in to grab one of Scotty's blueberry crumb pies - they are sooo RIDICULOUSLY good. The cidery has been a great addition and clearly people agree with all the awards they've won. What a great market for locally sourced produce, meat, dairy, and treats. I always look forward to my visits to Soons Orchards, and many more to come!

The market was sooo nice & the fudge I got is seriously so yummy. Such great and fresh apple cider. Everything about the market and area was so nice, I definitely recommend. But as as for apple picking, I wouldn’t go here for that. They do it by bag and it’s a $20, or $30 bag & the other places I go do it by weight which I prefer. Also the apples were mostly small and blah, maybe a different time of year. If you are coming, come for the market and restaurant. Also scotty’s pies because my family got one and it was great!
