Rite Aid Southampton always have my prescription meds or it's ordered for next day. Others tell you your meds are ready then you get there and it's on back order indefinitely.

Pharmacist wouldn’t fill a valid prescription. Said he had to check with the doctor. Made no sense at all. Went to another pharmacy and had it filled immediately.

I went to RiteAid ( store #4226) to send a friend money through Western Union. Without going into details it was a friggin nightmare dealing with WU. Long story short Jenn the store manager went Over and Above to help me finally resolve at least getting my money back. Thanks Jenn!!!

It seems like this place is short staffed and they rarely answer the phone. I went to get a scheduled COVID booster and the Pharmacist refused to give it to me, because he said i didn't have the physical proof that he deemed necessary. I showed him a picture of the first shot as evidence and the NYS Excelsior pass of to which he dismissed completely, and refused to administer the booster. I followed up with a call to a general number in which i was told the opposite. Now I cant get a Booster until January. Not good customer service by far. I would NOT recommend this place at all. Very frustrating and disappointing considering the new variant is so potent!!!

Pharmacist is amazing, however, they understaff this branch of Rite Aid and he is much too overworked. He is managing the vaccines, dispensing medications, and trying to answer the phone. I hope Rite Aid reads this review and provides more staff for this location. Pharmacist was amazing, however he was completely overworked!!!! Regards, Dr. Caruso.

Worst pharmacy to get a prescription filledYou always have to wait hours but sometimes days before you can pick up a prescriptionThere are times when they don’t even have the medication you need and have to order it which takes even longer….. they never answer the phone so you can’t even check to see if your prescription is actually filled and if you are Not well you go in and have to come back againThey have a Tex sign up alert but it’s hit or miss …. Sometimes they use it mostly they don’t they are very understaffed n the people always look stressed so after literally 27 years using rite aidSwitching to CVS or White’s and that is where I will buy my shampoos n lotions make up n other toilettes too

The Staff are a little understaffed but they really do try to get the prescriptions handed to the people in line on time. But other than that, great store, would definitely come again!

Would have giving zero stars, but had to hit one to leave a review. Worst communication the pharmacy or store NEVER answers the phone, drive all the way there and they never have your medication. Rude just disgusting

I work for a provider and tried calling this pharmacy to confirm if they have the medication. Could not reach anyone for 3 hours. Pt was at the pharmacy and asked to speak with a pharmacist since no one is answering the phone and they did not want to speak with me. Horrible customer service for a pharmacy especially during this time

My pal and I went in to buy beer and they asked for our ids. My buddy give his to the clerk who said they wouldn’t sell it to us! Very poor service and lucky I don’t give them a 1 star review.
