Great store with lots of variety including organics, great produce and meat departments, great prices, very nice employees, helpful. The store is very large and very clean. Today I was looking for something unusual, canned purple plums, such a nice employee helped me try to find them. Cashier was fast, and someone helped bag my groceries. So helpful.Parking lot can be busy.

Pharmacy staff always look so miserable. They never greet anyone kindly and are so rude. On top of that, one of grocery workers shoved my disabled sister instead of saying excuse me or apologizing. Worst customer service.

We always shop organic and tend towards gluten free, with a generally healthy diet.. This Stop & Shop has a pretty good range of health food products and a great selection of organic produce.. The prices are fair, especially compared to the Wild By Nature just down the road!! The few times that we’ve stopped in here we’ve had a very good experience, with a helpful and friendly staff as well as a clean and organized store.. All in all this is a great option for grocery shopping in the area..

Oh hampton bays stop and shop...where do i start. I have been followed around the store multiple times and for some reason I am ALWAYS being double checked on my items...which is very frustrating and Not one person can give me an answer as to why I am constantly being double checked or followed ...besides that the prices are good and the food is fresh..have noticed that strawberries and fruits only last about 2 days once you get them home and flowers don't last long either. But pharmacy staff is very nice. I shop here twice a week for my mother who currently cannot for herself...and thankfully thru all the negative ive experienced here there is one staff member named Seth..if I could give him a rating he would get 10 out of 5...that has made my opinion change a bit about the vibe in the store..he should be employee of the year. This man goes out of his way to make sure that every time he sees me he says hello, he has a smile..I've seen him helping customers I've never once seen him with an attitude and he goes out of his way to make your shopping experience a bit more personal and enjoyable. I asked 1 time for the booklet they give out and ever since he always keeps one to the side and when he sees me he gives me the booklet that my mother likes to make recipes from and is nothing but polite, kind, and helpful. I wish there were more staff that worked at this supermarket that acted like Seth does. He's made the negative experiences I've had at this store a little less terrible because he always greets me with a smile and a great attitude. My original review of this store was 2 🌟's but because of Seth's kindness alone I have revised my rating to 3 🌟's.Stop and shop- 2/3 🌟Seth- 10 🌟 if I could give them.

Nice place to shop. Great pharmacy staff. The pharmacy staff has always gone above and beyond for me and my family. They’re great. I also really like the Stop & Shop app which lets me do most of my shopping on my phone as I walk through the store.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS- my wife and I on two separate occasions we’re overcharged on items that we’re on sale or did we did not have in our basket. They were happy to refund us after we found it.

Store has been remodeled recently (was a Waldbaums previously Therefore the aisles are aittle wider and the items aren't in the same places as before the remodel. With that said, your shopping experience will be a much better experience once you know where everything is now.

Use them for the pharmacy. Their GoodRx prices are a lot better than my local CVS using insurance. Saved $55 on my last prescription, so even a 26 mile round trip is worth it.

I always have a pleasant experience at this store. They go above and beyond to help you. The staff is knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Wish I knew the night manager's name. He runs a good store. I find the prices, sales and value outstanding

The store was good years ago.Now there's no one who can help with literally anything.The app is supposed to give you discounts but the product never is listed. No one working there knows how the app works. So the price you pay is NEVER what is advertised.Too bad gracias as a national chain of grocery stores is hoped it would improve, not deteriorate.

The gentleman who helped me was extremely nice and proficient, but the line was long, and when it finally thinned out, another service agent decided to help customers. Of course by this time, there was only 1 guy behind me. On the upside the car is clean and not smokey.

Everything you need, clean, organized, only issue I like the floral dept & bakery dept better in King Kullen & fish dept in ShopRite. Freezer section for ice cream needs to be fixed. Frost on everything! Sale ice cream items are better on the end caps

Seems like every time I shop there, I am charged the wrong prices on a couple of Items. So I am supposed to drive back for two bucks?The cynical side of me asks if it isn't intentional. And am I the only one bothered by the trend to self-checkout? To have the items checked and bagged by a cashier is something we PAY for. If WE do it, we should get a discount, not just save the time waiting in what are now understaffed checkouts. Finally, with regard to pricing, here's an idea: tell us how much ONE of a particular item costs - not 3, 5 ,8, or 10.

Stop and Shop always has everything I need. The store is clean, fully stocked and there are two young men who clear the carts who I always see offering assistance to people who look to be struggling with bags or their carts. One is named Danny who is very polite and I wish I knew the other young man's name.

The manger Walter at 190 West Montauk Hwy, Hampton Bays was rude, begrudgingly went thur the motions, very aurgmentive. Refused go over a simple rebate after giving fault info prior to purchase. Had a real attidute problem when brought to his attention. Maybe management should consider retraining Walter to be more helpful or find him another position where he would be happier as he most definitely is not a good representative or a front line person. Our family members, friends and associates have been loyal costomers almost since your store opened 10 years ago. Unfortunately his behavior was most unacceptable unprofessional regardless of position especially in the public sector. Very disatified and disappointing.

Prices are better than most places in Hampton Bays and they have a lot of good sales. Very friendly staff for the most part, but best part is, they always have what you're looking for. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to go grocery shopping.

It's a supermarket. Management needs to get their acts together. The store is having issues and no-one seems to be doing anything about it. Thankfully the staff knows what to do to get the job done. Most of them are great people.

Lack of many products on shelves.Sale products are sold and not replacedreadily.Last week Sirloin roast 3.99 was not in showcase until I requested it.The butcher brought ONE out for me...I have critized this store on several occasions.
