The worst customer service everThere are 3 people at the front desk, I asked them for roofing underlayment, and they give 1/2" plywoodI ask them for ice and shield, and I ask them for deck armor, and they don't know none of them, and they have all the roofing materials on their yard

This review is specific to the Hampton Bays branch. The clerk was helpful, but it's lucky I checked the beadboard before putting it in my car. There were cracks and others flaws. I pointed this out to the young person who had done the cutting, and he looked right at me and said those were the best pieces. When I said I'd paid for good lumber he went and yes, found much better pieces. It turned out as I looked through the lumber more than half the pieces had cracks or small chunks missing.

You pay for what you get and you get what you pay for could not be more true about ANYWHERE ELSE. True professionals that help you with all your materials. Right down to the exact number of screws. I am a handyman and I fix all sorts of things. And I GO THERE FOR EVERYTHING!!
