We were so happy with this restaurant right on the water!!!! The atmosphere is fabulous at the end of a day at wineries. Staff was very kind and we got seated right away outside. (We eat dinner around 5:00 so it wasn’t terribly busy yet.). The food was delicious!!! We want to bring our adult daughters back here in a couple of months! The Mexican street corn dip was excellent!!! Yum!

Despite the few reviews about their food quality, we were really impressed by all of their food.The Haddock was some of the best fish I’ve ever had, seriously, order the haddock. The crab cakes were bomb as well.Our friends got the chicken Caesar and a southwest, they loved it. The mussels were really, really good.They also had a bunch of local brews on tap, which we loved.We docked our boat and were seated right away. The service was a bit slow, but nothing major.The views of the bluff were spectacular here.

Nice place. Great scenic deck for dining right on the lake. They often have live music on the deck too. Food was tasty and they have a large selection of alcohol. Waitress was friendly and the bathrooms were clean. Parking lot is very small though. I hear on a really nice summer day this place is packed so maybe call ahead.

The Waterfront has all the bases covered: great location offering awesome views of the lake, fun atmosphere, great service and delicious food. Our server was excellent, he really made sure our experience was good, and that's not an easy thing to find these days. Our food was delicious. Look forward to visiting again. Highly reccomend.

Absolutely loved this place. The food was great. We got to sit on the deck and the view was absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend if you're in the area. Even if you're not, it's worth the drive.

What a perfect location on the water and great food. I did not take a picture of there garlic parm wings but hands down the best I have had in awhile. Crispy and delicious. Great food very happy we ate here for dinner.

Really nice vibe here directly on the lake. Menu looked great! My husband had the chicken French which he LOVED. I ordered the salmon salad. Salmon was dry and the carrots were large raw chunks with grill marks. What turned me off though was the ladies room - hole where the door knob aught to be. That all said, I’ll return again some day for the view and great service. Hoping it was an off day for the chef and that the facilities will be kept up to date.

The view is wonderful. My husband loved his burger. My pizza came out undercooked to the point I could see the individual cheese shreds. I asked to have it thrown in the over a little longer. The waitress brought it back about 5 minutes later looking exactly the same and told me it was “bubbling”. The flavor was mid but we made the best of it by enjoying the gorgeous view. I didn’t eat much and left hangry enough to take time out of my vacation to write this.

We held the rehearsal dinner for our son's wedding for 42 people at the Waterfront Restaurant. On the afternoon of the dinner, we dropped off flowers, candles, lanterns and pictures to be used for decorations. The manager, Be Sable offered to arrange the decorations. She did a fabulous job...the area looked beautiful. Be allowed us to provide our own desserts. We bought several cakes from local bakers. She provided an elegant dessert table. She and her staff cut and served the cakes. The servers dedicated to our party were friendly and attentive. We selected the buffet option including salmon, chicken cordon bleu, and cheese ravioli in vodka cream sauce. The food was plentiful and delicious. We enjoy the atmosphere because it is located right on the lake. We requested special accommodations for a guest using a wheelchair and Be made sure this need was met. Over the past 2 years we ate at the Waterfront several times and were never disappointed with the quality of the food. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant for its food, service and location.

If you enjoy unseasoned food, you find this place much to your liking. But for myself the panseared fish tacos, were unpalatable. The white fish was unseasoned, resulting in a briny flavor. The softshell wheat taco was delivered fresh from wegmans, the tortilla wasn't even warmed in a pan before serving. The "asian" salad was limp cabbage speckled with some kind of vinaigrette. It was entirely disappointing meal. The restaurant is perched atop the breathtakingly beautiful Seneca lake. There is indoor and outdoor seating as well as a boat dock. It is a stunning vista.

We have gone to this restaurant twice now. The second time we only went there because the switzerland Inn was completely full. We told ourselves after the first time we would not go back. But we wanted to try one more time. Is the only good thing I can say is the view. Both times our service was not stellar. Both times we were rarely checked on. To the point where we had to go to the bar to get more drinks. The first time I had ordered an appetizer and never received it until I reminded the waitress and she brought it out with my dinner. Both times we were one of the first people seated and yet one of the last people to get our order taken even though we tried to do so with our drink order. The second time it took a total of two hours to get our dinner. That is completely unacceptable. The first time, we also had to wait a long time for dinner, but not two hours. The only time the waitress said anything about what time our food was coming out. Was when I think she realized? We were going to walk out without our dinner. And then want to talk to the chef Which we were told we had to wait another ten minutes for our dinner. Which was three kids meals and four panini's. At the time our dinner came out, we were so upset, we just got it to go. We got nothing but an, I'm sorry, When we were clearly upset that we had to wait that long.You would think after waiting 2 hours and a $200 bill. That something would have been written or taken off. But again nothing. WE WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK.

Had beers after a day driving around a toon on the lake.. then came back later for the New Years in July party.. had a small gas fire pit spot outside, indoor bar with QuickDraw and a band at the outdoor bar party. Plenty of boats coming in for the party too.. Rumplemintz shot and Keuka Brewing beers in tap!! Just need a few more keuka beer on tap and it would be 6 stars.

The restaurant's quality has gone down considerably. I don't really understand why, but while the indoor-seating menu is normal, the menu for outdoor seating practically consists of just appetizers. In addition, the service is incredibly slow, and they are also very slow to inform us that certain dishes are not available. When we asked for extra bread, a cocktail menu, or the possibility of doing two flavors of wings, we were told no and not offered any other solutions. As for the food itself, well, it wasn't worth the wait. The chicken wings we ordered were too dry and lacking in flavor, and the fish tacos felt like something that was quickly looked up from Quora or ChatGPT; they were more like having a very disappointing wrap. On the plus side, the location is nice and the band playing was pretty nice.

Was with a small family group visiting the Finger Lakes for the weekend. This is a beautiful restaurant with an amazing outdoor dock. We had the sweetest server named Tori who went above and beyond, and the funniest bartender Ryan! I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Not only is the food good, but the people there are better!

The shrimp wasn't great and it took a while for the food to come out. Luckily, the workers were all very kind, and the outdoor area has a great view of Keuka Lake!Parking: There's a few spots for boats, which can get filled up pretty fast. There's also a small parking lot for cars in the front of the restaurant.

Food and proportions were wonderful and large. Could have easily split. Fabulous service… accommodated our group of 14 very well. Allowed us time to catch up with one another and we didn’t feel rushed. Beautiful location and reasonable prices.

We have gone to this restaurant every summer for years and have always been very pleased with the food and service. Tonight was no exception. We arrived early on a week night and were seated on the deck within minutes. Our waitress, Avery, was pleasant and efficient. The food arrived hot and in a reasonable amount of time. My husband had the strip steak special and it was done exactly as he ordered. We were in and out within an hour. A great place to eat and a wonderful view!

We have 5 people and asked for the table that sat six and away from the other larger party that was seated. We were given attitude by the hostess and sat at the smallest round table they had. They were not busy at all. After sitting for about 30 minutes we flagged down a waitress and she brought us waters and said someone with me over to get out drinks and take our order. We ordered drinks and finally got them after another 45 minutes of waiting. It was almost 2 hours before we got our food which was wrong. Onions on a burger after being requested to not put onions on. Paid $38 for steak and baked potato and received fries instead. When we informed the waitress that the burger had onions on it she was very cocky and rude when she took the entire plate away. We ordered a 2nd round of drinks before our food came out and didn't receive them until after we were finished eating. We went to get the bill and pay and had to ask the bartender who was very rude and told us to sit down and wait for our waitress. We spent $300 for 5 people to eat dinner and had 7 drinks. We did not too because of the rude people, poor service and poor quality of food. The manager came to our boat and was very rude instead of understanding then proceeded to tell us we were very rotten people, took down our hull number and told us we were not welcomed back. I would never go there again. It's the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant.

Whether you come by car or boat you are in for some beautiful lakeside dining! Great outdoor deck with bar and nice indoor bar and seating as well. Nice variety of food and drink options. Reasonably priced and good selections for the kids too.
