One of the best winery experiences I’ve ever had! I’ve been to multiple with girlfriends and large groups and this time I tasted solo and bright eye early as soon as they opened at 10AM on a Saturday morning. I had Ms. Carolyn all to myself for a tasting and boy was it great! I left a wine snob. She was so informative and educated on the wines, wine making and the establishment itself. She made sure to accommodate to my likings while also opening up my palette. I don’t care for reds but she explained I’m probably not drinking the right ones and she was right! I left with a bottle and wanting more! I would highly recommend visiting. Come early so you get a more intimate experience.

My husband & I came with a reservation on the day of the eclipse. The tasting portion was relaxing as the barn is beautiful, service good. However, we will never come again. The tasting room manager Cheyenne was disrespectful, rude and had no customer service skills.As I looked over the options, I decided that the mostly dry wines were not going to be enjoyable so I opted for just a glass instead of a flight. We also had a farmers board. I wanted to find a wine I enjoyed and potentially buy bottles.This is where it goes downhill, during our time we witnessed Cheyenne continually dismiss customers--for example, there was a group of 6 without reservations- instead of kindly informing them of reservations that were coming in or coming up with an alternate idea to enjoy the vineyard, she verbally pushed them out and made them feel unwelcome many times. I completely understood her point of view re reservations; however for the next 1.5 hours there were no reserved patrons and these customers could have very easily stayed in the standing area.At the end of our tasting , I went to check out. The kind but very slow gentlemen was helping other guests and so she asked if we were checking in. Both another customer and I said checking out. So instead of helping, she proceeded to write out table tickets for future reserved guests for the eclipse--making us wait for over 15 min.--there were no other patrons and it was not busy-even though she had the capability to check us out since she checked out guests for a case of wine who came after the both of us waiting in line. So instead of helping customers in front of her-she worried about future customers who were not even on site.Here's the icing on top: We prepaid $20/EA for 2 tastings. Since I got a glass of wine instead of a flight, I asked to have the bill adjusted accordingly. She refused stating no refund within 24 hrs. I wasn't asking for a refund, but she could adjust the bill by changing the farmers board accordingly. She pretended to look at the bill/computer-then charged me the regular price with no adjustments. I stated the server never mentioned this, if so i would have gotten another glass of wine since a bottle was the price of the tasting. It wasn't the $10, it was the flippant attitude of hers. Again she restated the no refunds. I asked her name-she stated she was the tasting manager and the owner made the rules. She just kept stating the rules without any compassion or understanding. She stated restaurants do the same policy- I politely disagreed. She had no personality or customer service on what was to be a great once in a life time eclipse days.--Signed a previous GM of 2 recreational businesses with over 20k customers a season.

Owen was terrible and rude. Walked in to try and do a wine tasting and he couldn’t even be bothered to attempt customer service. The plot of land is the only reason it got 2 stars. I didn’t even have the opportunity to try the wine so I can’t even give an honest review on that.Maybe whoever is reading this will have better luck by going there on Owen’s day off where they will receive proper customer service and a chance to taste the wine.Boo to you Owen and Boo to management for keeping you around.

Walked in and was " greeted" by a younger gentlman I believe was named Owen. He was instantly rude and dismissive. Had an attitude when asking about the tasting room and was then even rude to another wonderful employee who stepped in and was trying to be pleasant and appropriate. After talking with her we walked around for a minute before we could hear him continue to complain out loud about us and decided to leave. Will not be returning due to poor customer service.

Beautiful view! Staff seemed to be knowledgeable, but they lacked in personality.My visit was on Friday, March 31. My second winery stop with my DD and two friends. Our server clearly had similar tastes to my friends and not me. They had two wine taste before she poured my first. I felt invisible, and then she made a comment that I was drinking the Ford version to the Cadillac my friends were drinking. Not cool! This was my first visit. Tasting is $15 a person. She needs to work on her people skills to sell wine. Needless to say, we walked out with nothing.

Definitely worth a stop for excellent wines, knowledgeable people, and some of the most scenic views of Keuka Lake. Fantastic dry varieties with wide selection.

Ravines had some of the most interesting wines we tasted all weekend but had a relatively mid experience. We enjoyed our time and were tempted to buy a bottle of their amazing Pinot but we probably wouldn't go back for a second time.

Great wines with knowledgeable staff! We had Byron lead our tasting. He not only had a extensive knowledge of the wine and winery but was also very personable. Made the tasting feel like we were chatting with a friend. The wines were very complex and was at a pretty similar price point compared to other wineries of the same calibur. Overall great experience and we will be returning in the future!

Walked in after very frustrating experience trying to book an online reservation. Best wine tasting of the day in terms of wines, all top notch. Tasting room staff friendly and knew their products. Only reason for not rating 5 stars is they need to fix that terrible online booking site.

We went to Ravines for my friends bachelorette party, and it was wonderful! There was a mix up with our reservation, but the team at Ravines on Keuka was incredible and made our time there such a memorable experience. The wines were delicious, we had incredible snack pairings and Carolyn took care of us and made sure we had fun. She has been with Ravines since the beginning and is very knowledgeable about the wine. Highly recommend going for a tasting and purchasing wine!

And the wines were high quality, including one of the very few FLX wineries with good dry reds! Of the 40 wineries we've visited in the area, Ravines made our Top 5 !!

Tough place to enjoy. Staggering price point for a simple tasting for wine that is far from impressive. Had bugs, as well as chips in the glass. Took a wile to get the wine and only had one glass to taste 5 wines, no fresh glass or way to rinse between tastings. No water served with wine to freshen palate. Very underwhelming experience.

Ravines winery...named after driveway to winery...treacherous. wine glass served had chips on the rim. Spider on counter. Thought it was $15 for three people.. no it was $15 each. Overpriced. No option to rinse glass or dump unwanted available.

Ravines is one of the best Finger Lakes winemakers. They make the usual array of good Reislings, and their Cab Franc and Maximilien is good if you're a red wine fan.

We stopped here on a vacation to Keuka lake and loved the wine. They send a shipment of a few bottles several times a year, and it is always excellent.
